I always like to try out new products, especially when they are clever reinvention of a necessity. I love cinnamon and cloves, so I decided to try Atomic. The bitterness of the Sodium Bicarbonate and Cream of Tartar was off-putting. (Instead of chewing them, I like to crush them in my hand, then rub a wet toothbrush in the powder. Takes the edge off.) It also left a horrible coffee after taste. The taste doesn't last too long and my mouth soon feels fresh and cinnamon-y. But if you hate coffee, as I do, avoid Atomic.

I just got these in the mail, and I had to try one right away. As most reviews say, half a tab is pretty much all you need. They foam a lot. My mouth feels clean and totally fresh after just using the little powder that settled at the bottom of the box. I think I found a new favorite tooth 'paste'

Atomic toothy tabs are great! The cinnamon and clove combo is very effective in freshening your mouth and breath, and they have whitened my teeth considerably. The consistency took a little getting used to but I will buy these again and again.

I bought this on a whim because I had not seen anything like this before. It's amazing! I love using it and it leaves my teeth feeling clean and fresh. It also does not effect my sensitive teeth. (I usually use a special dentist recc. toothpaste that is how sensitive my teeth are.) This is great for traveling to!

After this, I am never going back to "normal" toothpaste! I think it's just a lot of fun to use and super effective! I get gross morning breath, and this stuff just fixes it right up, it leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed and my teeth are sparklin'! The taste is definitely different from typical minty toothpaste, but as long as you are a little adventurous, you will be fine.

I've never had my teeth be cleaner than after using this, so the toothy tabs are a wonderful product. The baking soda is a bit chalky, but if that was the only issue, I could handle that. Don't get this flavor, please try a different one. I don't taste any cinnamon or ginger, its all mouth numbing clove. Blech!

Good stuff. I use only 1/2 a tab and it does the job great. I was expecting a stronger taste but in the end it's really quite subtle, too bad. Will get toothy tab again, but maybe I'll try another one next time.

I bought these because I thought the idea pretty nifty. I love the concept.

Atomic ain't joking with the Ginger bomb unleashed. I cannot detect the coffee (other than the tab's color) and the clove is slight. It's the ginger that gets in one's face and lingers. The other prevalent flavor is salt from the sodium bicarbonate (which isn't bad, just didn't expect a salty flavor from the product description). If you like Ginger Altoids, this will be right up your alley.

Admittedly, it took more than one brushing for the flavor to grow on me. But I do enjoy how they make my teeth feel squeaky clean and my breath non-minty but smelling good.

One star off because of the intense ginger that almost burns the tongue.

I may not buy the Atomic flavor again, but it has definitely stoked my interest in the other flavors.

I bought this as a last minute item at the counter before a long flight. I have to say it is effective. It foams and cleanses really well. It is so nice to have a solid compact tooth "paste". Though, I must add that the taste is so awful, I do not like clove in the first place so it's not helping. I didn't know they had more than one flavor of those. It makes me gag every time I use it, afterward it leaves the mouth fresh and it's fine, but while I'm brushing I have to hold my breath. Very good product in general, and I will finish it before I get another flavor.

I had started using Toothy Tabs with Dirty, which I love, but I wanted something stronger. I was reccomended this by a Lush worker and I fell in love! It tastes like Chai, and makes your breath smell amazing. It foams up quite a lot, which is great because it cleans the whole mouth and feels gentle. It can be gritty if you don't chew it up enough, and using toothy tabs definitely takes some getting used to, but once you switch you'll never want to go back!

I like to crush one with my back teeth instead of my front ones because I feel like it gets it into a more consistant powdery form. I also use a dry tooth brush because when the toothy tab mixes with your saliva it creates PLENTY of it's own foam. For me, there was too much foam when I used it with a wet toothbrush. My only complaint is that the baking soda taste can be a bit strong but the Atomic and the Dirty toothy tabs do the best job at masking that flavor. I love the tingly super clean feeling you get from the clove and my breath stays clean and fresh for so much longer compared to using regular toothpaste AND mouthwash. I don't even feel the need to use mouthwash after these; mostly because I love the clove flavor that lingers. They really do leave me with a better taste in my mouth than mouthwash ever did.
Try these! They work!

After trying out several toothy tab flavors, Atomic has absolutely hit the mark. Granted, I'm the coffee/cinnamon fiend in my circle, so that probably has something to do with it. I'm a college student studying in Europe for the semester with weekly international trips (thus lots of airport security lines, liquid limits, and bag weight restrictions), and the few weeks I've had with Atomic honestly couldn't be better.

I use this as toothpaste, both at home and on the run (because it's the same portability/usability as a package of breath mints but actually fixes the problem instead of just covering it up). The first time I used it my entire mouth felt cleaner than usual and my teeth got about 3-4 shades whiter with just a 2-minute brush. Best of all, I recently discovered that Atomic also does wonders for canker sores (as in "swish one around and feel better within 30 seconds" wonders). Thank you salt, cinnamon, and clove oil!

The only negative aspect is that it's a little hard to find the right tab:water ratio, so sometimes I wind up spitting out more than really got scrubbed in. These tabs may be little but wow do they work!

This will be a great subsitute for my travel tube of toothpaste when I fly. I don't want to have to worry about TSA problems. This toothpaste works great and leaves teeth Very clean. No fuzz left! It did numb my tongue a little which was just different (probably the cloves?) The taste at the beginning was okay but got almost bitter toward the end. Leaves mouth feeling great! (after your tongue becomes un-numb!)

I had never used a solid toothpaste before but I adore it. It was strange at first, but my teeth felt better than any ordinary toothpaste. The flavors are interesting and I think I like the taste even better than the smell. I have both Atomic and Aquatic and adore them both. I will never use a non Toothy Tab toothpaste again. Love it. Definitely worth trying.

This product is great. i used to use regular mint toothpaste but it always tasted too sweet! i dont have a problem with toothy tabs atomic. all i do is wet my tooth brush and bite on one toothy tab and i start brushing. it does feel tingly on your tounge but its only temporary. and not too harsh. it leaves your mouth feeling clean!

First, I love all the Toothy Tabs I've used. Atomic has to be my all time favorite!! I don't have a bad breath issue, but I figured I'd try it anyway. I love it! It has a nice taste (thank you, coffee) and it has a light after smell. I just wish it had more in a box! (I use a different Toohty Tab at night so I don't use all of Atomic so quickly.)

Side note: It's fun to shock people when telling them to try a solid toothpaste. Everyone I've told thinks it bizzare, but after they try it, they're in love, too!!

This is my favorite Toothy Tab of the 3 I've tried because it is the strongest flavor and I love clove. I agree with the other reviewers; use only 1/2 a tab or you'll have foam all over. These tabs seemed a little more prone to falling apart than the UltraBlast-- a few were damaged in the package which makes them harder to use but not impossible. A good travel companion or everyday use product. I like them but, again, if clove is not your flavor friend, pass this one by; it is not a subtle sensation

Lush has done it again! My boyfriend and I love these toothy tabs. They are subtle, novel and fun, easy to use, and taste sweetly spicy (think chai spices) with only a touch of coffee undertones. My mouth feels sooo clean and fresh afterwards, and I swear it's been whitening my teeth.

I really want to recommend these for daily use, but I worry that they may scratch enamel because the tabs are pretty gritty and have baking soda...also, it doesn't have any fluoride, but you can get your fluoride fix from mouthwash which is what my boyfriend and I have been doing. I'll probably talk to my dentist before completely committing...
