Q:My skin is oily, breakout prone, acne, blackheads, spotty, dead cell. Can i use this product? If not then which one will be perfect for my skin?Asked on 2/14/2015 by Muna from Houston,TX 77081
A:Ayesha is a good option for your skin - the asparagus will absorb the excess oil on your skin while the vitamin C found in the kiwi will help to brighten up the skin and freshen everything up. Honey will help to moisturize the skin and reduce any redness as well. Another great option for problem skin is our Cupcake face mask: it has vanilla absolute to reduce redness, spearmint oil to cool and soothe the skin, and Rhassoul mud to reach deep into the pores and cleanse from the inside out, clearing those problem areas and brightening up the skin.Answered on 2/16/2015 by Meg from LUSH Direct
Q:How do fresh face masks work? One review said something about refrigeration. How many uses from a single pot? How long before it goes bad in the fridge?Asked on 2/20/2012 by DryMinnesotaWinter from St. Paul, MN
A:Fresh masks are a deep cleansing facial treatment meant to nourish the skin, and leave it soft, smooth, clear, and calm. Each pot contains approximately 3-4 applications, and they have a shelf-life of approximately 3 weeks. Each pot is labeled with an expiration date. They need to be refrigerated at all times because they do not contain any preservatives.Answered on 2/23/2012 by Megan from LUSH
A:All fresh face masks last 3 weeks because of fresh ingredients that are used such as fruits, ect. It will have an expiration date on it. I use the mask twice a week and usually get 5 uses out of it so I run out at the expiration date anyway.Answered on 2/25/2012 by Lisa from New Jersey
Q:how often can I use this mask?....once a week, twice a week or everyday????Asked on 1/22/2012 by zldjan12 from austin texas
A:It really depends on your skin! I like to recommend using it twice a week to start, and seeing how your skin reacts from there. Because it is clay-based, it will draw out dirt and toxins, but also oil, and you want to make sure that your skin is not being dried out. See how your skin reacts to twice a week, and then you can adjust to more or fewer times per week from there!Answered on 1/31/2012 by Laura from LUSH
