This product comes in a little bottle with an eyeliner brush attached to the cap, handy for a dropsy individual like myself. It's short and fine, easy to control, making it perfect for liner application. As far as liner prices go, it's on par with higher end products, but you get quite a lot for your money, and it moisturizes your lids, so to me, it's worth it.
As for the product itself, it's pigmented and opaque and totally gorgeous. It doesn't dry my eyelids and doesn't flake, though I would recommend a primer if your lids tend to get oily. Also, if you can get down to a Lush shop, have the SAs do a color reading for you. It's a lot of fun. :)
