I bought one of these on my first visit to Lush for my 1&1/2 yr old. As I'm filling up the bath tub, I just rub it in my hands under the running water for about 30 seconds. It smells so good and it leaves my toddlers skin very moisturized! It's lasted through about 8 baths. So now I'm buying another one!

It's an okay bubble bar. I didn't get any real scent or rich long lasting bubbles. But if your okay with some bubbles at the beginning of you bath then this works just fine. Lush has some other amazing smelly and amazing bubbling bubble bars.

Ok Guys,
The trick I've learned with these bubble wants is to place them under running water for a TON of long-lasting bubbles. Not the whole time but try at the beginning of drawing the bath.

Try IT and you'll see the difference.

Run the carrot under water for the best result, but not for too long or you will have too many bubbles, not that there is anything wrong with too many bubbles but there were a lot of bubbles! The water was a nice orange color and the bubbles lasted through my hour long soak. I didnt really notice much of a smell while soaking, but my skin is oh so soft.

I really like that this is reusable and it's fun that it turns the water orange but the bubbles only last minutes, if even. It's fun for the first 5 minutes but then it doesn't seem like I added anything to the bath...except for my slightly ore water. I don't really smell it.

I heard you could use this bubble bar for about seven times. It has a pleasant citrus-y smell and isn't too strong either. This would be perfect for smaller children or just as a little present from the easter bunny.

First of all, I must say that the design is adorable. Definately great as either a decorative peice or a gift because it is so eye-catching and cute. This is the first LUSH easter product I have tried, and I have been very impressed with this little vegetable.

For the record, it does NOT smell like a carrot. Rather, it has a fruity citrus scent with a hint fresh-cut grass. Basically it gives off an "essence of spring" smell that makes you think of an afternoon in springtime. Perfect for the dreary Pacific Northwest, where Springtime is always long in coming. I found that it paired especially well with my "Grass" Shower Gel, which brought out the more of the subtle grass/ herbal notes in the fragrance. This a bubble bar gives the water a soft orange color.

I have so far used it for 2 baths, and there is still plenty left. It doesn't crumble apart or get messy either, so it is very easy to take while traveling or use as a gift. I would estimate that you can easily get five baths out of the carrot. Definately a great investment Overall a terrific springtime bubble bar.

"Carrot" only gets 4 stars out of 5 because of the bubbles. Although the instructions said to swish the carrot around in the bathwater to create bubbles, I found that this did not produce very many of said bubbles. Instead, try holding it under running water to get big, frothy bubbles. That said, the bubbles "Carrot" produced did not last very long, and were almost completely gone 10 minutes later. Nonetheless, I would recommend this bubble bar to others, it is definately worth the money!

I bought this online and was unimpressed with the smell. It looked so cute and I thought it would make a great gift for my little nephews, but the smell isn't really fun enough for kids. Surprisingly, it actually does have a vegetable smell to me, but with a hint of lemon. That being said, the smell that it does have (whether you enjoy it or not) is not very strong. It made okay bubbles, but other bubble wands have been better. The design is so cute, but the scent isn't very impressive. Go ahead and try one for yourself, but I don't recommend giving it to someone who hasn't had LUSH before, because it doesn't impress the way other products do.

I bought this as an Easter treat for my 4-year-old nephew, and it was a hit. I didn't get great results just swirling it around in the water, but holding it under the running water did the trick. We got lots of bubbles and fun orange-tinted, citrus-scented water, and I expect he'll get 3-4 more uses from it before it's gone.

Well when I first got it, the nice lady in the store taught me how to use it, she said that she had the carrot for a long time and I say that it was still big! I decided to buy it, I used it and it made lots and lots of bubbles for me, smelled nice, and is supper easy to use. I loved it soo much I went and bought 3 more... :)

While shopping at Lush, one of the Lush employees suggested the carrot top bubble bar to me. Honestly, I wasn't interested at first. I figured she was just pushing it because it's seasonal and she wanted to get them out of there ASAP. However, the smell BLEW MY MIND. That and it wasn't a one-time use bubble bar really did it for me. I had to have it.

I never tried swirling the carrot in the tub, I just place the carrot right under the stream of bath water and that seemed to make plenty of bubbles. If you add enough, it turns the water orange! As someone who is easily amused, this is an added bonus.

Actually, I just finished up taking a bath with the carrot top bubble bar. I like to read for school while in the bathtub, because there are no distractions, so I usually end up taking rather long baths. The bubbles lasted the entire time, the water stayed orange (Yay!) and I could feel it moisturizing my skin while I was in there. I got out with legs that were super duper extra soft.

I'd definitely recommend this bubble bar to um, only everyone I know.

this little carrot should not be underestimated! it smells nothing like a carrot at all, instead it smells sweet and fruity. i found that the best way to use this is to hold it by the carrot top and stick the carrot under the stream of water...this makes it bubble up much better than swirling it in the tub does. i like using this with hippy chick for an ultimately fruity bath!

7-10 uses is right. After 3 uses, I still have a lot of this awesome goodness left, and my tub is really large. The scent is pleasant, and the shape and concept is super fun!

I LOOOVEEE this bubble bar!
The scent is sooo good! I first started swishing it around in the bath and it was so much fun seeing the instant burst of orange in the water. I recommend for bubbles simply holding the carrot under the faucet with hot running water. I got tons of bubbles that stuck around for 30 min or so.

This is a great product to give to newbies and get them hooked on lush!

I love this product! I went to the store not expecting such a wonderful smell, but as soon as I picked it up, I fell in love! This is by far my new favorite product. It makes my bath water so soft, and gives off a great/long-lasting sent.

I love these! They are so cute!! I have one in my travel bag because it isn't soft and messy like the other bubble bars. I love the scent. I think that these should be around for the spring and summer, and not just for easter!

I bought this while on my birthday haul at lush, and at first just looking at the carrot I smiled thinking it was an adorable idea (like everything else of Lush) and expecting it to smell like a carrot which I don't strive for, but when I smelt it WOW it was heaven! And I am not much of a budget buyer but the fact that this bubble bar is hard and won't fall apart/crumble and can be used 5-7 times was a no-brainer. LUSH ON! :)

i love this product its so easy to use i hold the carrot buy the fun green stuff and put it under the running water and it instantly make luscious bubbles! .....It smells so fruity a very wakening smell! like your in a candy shop. You think its pricy but i used this carrot a couple times and it looks like i have not even used it. Its reuseable so i think its totally worth the money! I have to add that i went back and purchased another one for backup when its gone since its a limited edition :( ....I want to go back and get more cuz i am so in love with it!
