This is a great lotion! It is not too greasy, and actually the reason I got it was because I wasn't a huge fan of any of the other smells. I don't smell anything tropical, but it is just a plain scent. One time I ran out of face lotion and I decided to use this instead, which is usually a major no no for me because of the grease factor, but I was amazed! It evaporated quickly, similar to Vanishing Cream actually, and it didn't break me out or anything.

I love this lotion from my neck down to my toes.

Unlike most LUSH lotions, you have to put the jar close to your nose to pick up the scent. It's slightly tropical and coconutty, but not in a sunscreen-y way... it's more like an actual fresh coconut smells. The texture is almost whipped without being thick, which makes it feel luxurious even though it's actually not oily or greasy at all.

I'm using it on every part of my body except my face, and I can't praise it enough. I have sensitive skin that tends to be dry in the winter and prone to oiliness on my back and chest. This totally moisturizes all my dry parts and doesn't over-moisturize or aggrivate my skin at all. It soaks all the way in and doesn't leave any residue, which I love.

There really is no downside to this lotion, unless you only like highly scented products... if that's the case, give this one a pass. As for me, I like having a lotion that lets my perfume be the star.

I love LUSH lotions, all other lotions either don't really work or are too chemically, but LUSH is great. I love coco-lotion because it's a lighter alternative to the other lotions. It is light in weight and non-greasy (but very moisturizing) and has a really light scent. It smells just like natural coconut oil, very light, but I love it.

I have Psoriasis and this moisturizer rocks. My dermatologist recommended to use natural products and this one is BY FAR the best moisturizer that I have used. I am also extremely sensitive to odors, so I appreciate the natural scent. I have recommended it to several friends who have become fans of it.

I slather a decent amount on my skin and 10 minutes later my skin feel dry again. I thought that this was supposed to be a moisturizer!

Also, (this is my own fault for not realizing that there was no coconut in the ingredients...) I assumed that the smell would be coconutty because of the name however it actually has a chemically smell.

Perfect daily moisturizer before applying makeup. I originally purchased Celestial and then was given a sample of Coco Lotion at the Lush store. I will be purchasing this product as soon as my sample is gone. This works really well for severely dry skin. I gave the Celestial away as it was making my skin oily/greasy.. My skin never absorbed it.. It just sat on top of my face. Coco Lotion does the opposite. My skin drinks it.

If you're looking for just a great, no-fuss, no bells and whistles, sexy-skin-making moisturizer, Coco Lotion is it!

The number one reason I purchased this lotion is because I heard that it was very mildly scented. I use a lot of other products on a daily basis and didn't want the smells to be competing. The reviews were right! If you are looking for something that smells strong and awesome, this is not right for you.

I am very picky when it comes to lotion--I really hate greasy lotions and I really hate having to reapply lotion all day. Coco Lotion is the PERFECT lotion. I have combination skin (rough patches in some places, greasy and acne-prone in others, and totally normal for the most part) and it perfects all of it.

It absorbs quickly, really leaves my skin noticeably softer ALL DAY without making it greasy. This combined with the the Rub Rub Rub shower gel before hand gave me the BEST skin I've ever had.

I really can't say enough good things about this lotion. I think I've found a life-mate :)

Wonderful moisturizer. Though frangrance free the ingredients create a lightly fruity creamy scent. The consistency is nice and light but deeply moisturizes and locks it in. Almost feels like it is slightly whipped. Great for after sun use, skin drinks it up.

Read ingredients at the store and thought I would give it a try... Disappointed by the lack of tropical scent as I assumed it would have. Nonetheless, I love love love this moisturizer! It's a great soother for just shaved legs. I also love to use this lotion before bed, it needs no reapplication in the morning. I also like it when my perfume doesn't have a lotion match since it's pretty much fragrance free. I'm on the website now making sure it's still available as my jar us getting low...

This lotion is wonderful. At first I got the impression that it would be too simple compared to my other lush lotions and creams. The reason I bought this is because sometimes I want to smell like my bath bombs, soaps, or shower gels. This was the perfect solution. It doesnt over power the scents I used in the shower and it is also very moisturizing. Today my sking is soft and i will smell like its raining men all day. I love it, new staple in my collection.

I use this lotion religiously. I love Lush scents but I love my signature perfume even more, so I like to leave the Lush scents in the shower. I hated the scent of Dream Cream and it dried my skin out, but Coco Lotion is perfect for me! There is hardly any scent at all and the lotion is very creamy and the moisture stays. It is nongreasy as well.

This product is not smelly, therefore no need to love or hate it based on fragrance. It works wonders on dry hands, is not greasy, soaks right in and really makes a noticeable difference. I have every body butter and hand cream known to man, and this truly works the best. I have tried Clinique, Bliss, Lancome creams, various pricey alpha hydroxy and beta hydroxy creams, and many more. CocoLotion works BEST of all for winter's dry hands and cracked fingertips. It needs to be applied at least a couple of times a day, but makes a visible difference right away.
It works better than any Lush product I have ever used. It is not cheap, but many of the above mentioned products cost more. Cocolotion makes your skin feel good, not smell good! That's a big improvement, Lush!
Lush stuff is mainly perfumed products, not things that actually work well, i.e.; Lush soap often doesn't lather, shampoos are harsh and drying, conditioners are often greasy and worthless BUT they just smell good! And that's the reason we buy them, for the perfume, not for the "natural" ingredients they supposedly contain.
This product (CocoLotion) actually improves the appearance of dry skin. It truly makes your skin look better and feel better. Buy some for your teacher, your Mom and Grandma. They will love you for it.

I have tried so many drugstore brand moisturizers. They always work initially, but by the end of the day my skin is mediocre. It isn't improved.

Not so with Coco Lotion! I'm soft all day, and I stay soft. Even if I miss a day my skin is still smooth. The smell is very light, it's a good base smell if you hate things taking away from your perfume. I will continue to use this until you guys make something better!

And remember- a little goes a long way. Well worth the price.

I really wanted to purchase this product for my dry skin. I like the lightness of it, I can put it on and not have to wait for it to soak in or rub off on things, like the dream cream. I really love the smell too, it smells like real coconuts not the fake stuff. This is where the magic started.I also gave it to my mom and she inadvertently used it on her face. Oh mom, how could she do that, why doesn't she ever use things as intended. This is where the magic really started, I used it on my face too. My face moisturizers would leave my dry skin hydrated in my dry spots but always oily in other areas. I ran out of moisturizer and I thought well if mom loves it for her dry skin maybe mine will too. I so love it as a moisturizer for my face!!!!!! It has an amazing balance for my combination skin. The coconut and other light oils act as the perfect moisturizer for dry troubled skin. I don't get any breakouts with it and my skin actually looks less tired and actually glows! I always thought that 'glowing skin' was marketing mambo-jumbo. For the first time in my life I can see my skin has a soft pink glow in my cheeks. I am 26 and i can see the signs of aging happening, small lines and creases that are a little deeper with I get out of bed,and things that were not there before. This product helps my skin retain that baby soft feel and look. It comes to life with this product. I have deep furrows that become softer and my skin looks like it did when I was younger. It also helps get rid of the old blemish marks I have. Its such a great value I also use it on my neck to prevent it from looking bad when I get older. Plus its only [$] for a huge jar of it, so as a facial moisturizer its a great deal. I highly recommend getting a sample and trying it out on your dry skin, especially on your face. Remember a little goes a long way. If you find that it goes on a little to think use a toner before hand, this will help it apply a lighter coat and it helps with even distribution. Its a one in all. I use it on the dry tips of my hair after blow-dying, face and body. Throw it in your bag and go, its a one in three.

I like this as a face and body moisturizer. I got this because I like trying new Lush products and I was not disappointed. I read the ingredients and it contains things that you'd find in the face creams, so I said what the heck I'll give it a go. It's supposed to be good for dry, sensitive skin, so it's perfect for my skin type. So far I'm liking it! But it still takes a few weeks of use to see the full effects. Good job Lush!

I LOVE coco-lotion! It smells like pineapples to me, but it's very faint and it is mostly unscented. I wanted an unscented lotion that wouldn't compete with my perfumes (as much as I adore my potion, karma, and charity pot, they just don't blend well with some perfumes). I also wanted a very light, non-greasy lotion because it's very humid in south Florida. This isn't as moisturizing as dream cream or charity pot, but that's the reason I bought it- I really needed the lightest lotion possible. It made my skin really soft and lasted quite awhile.

Maybe it's just me, maybe my skin is just really dry lately, but I feel like this does nothing for me. Maybe it's not moisturizing ENOUGH for my skin (I do go to an art school and wash my hands very frequently) but I honestly feel like it does nothing. My skin might even feel more dry after putting it on. What a loss - should've bought more Dream Cream instead. =(

This lotion is amazing!!!!! It goes on light like Dream Cream, yet it moisturizes like nothing I have ever used before…..EVER!!!! My skin is smooth and well hydrated after only 1 use and I don't need to reapply throughout the day. I was using Dream Cream before which is good, however can leave the skin dry due to the chamomile oil used. Coco lotion leaves my skin seriously soft as a baby's you know what, without any greasy residue or smells. Speaking of smell, there is a slight tropical scent to the lotion in the pot (light coconut and pineapple scent) but when applied the smell goes away making it great to use around people who cant stand strong scents (I work in a hospital, so I gotta keep the scents down). Thank you Lush for an amazing product!
