I went to my local Lush store and saw the Comforter Bubble bar and I heard so many good things about it, but I had to try it out on my own in order to buy it. It is a bit pricy, it is [$] for one bar. I was a bit skeptical because I am sensitive to smells and they come off strong to me, but when I smelled it, I was in HEAVENNNN. It smells very relaxing and sweet when mixed with water, and smells a bit like Blackcurrent/Black Berry.I bought it, as a one time thing, to try it out, and I have taken 3 baths with it since, gave a big chunk to my friend AND I still have enough for about 3-5 more baths. You honestly do NOT need to use that much, and as long as you keep swishing the water around and agitating the product you WILL get huge bubbles and froth!-I will be repurchasing this one forever. As long as I have this, My day will be better.

This bar is pretty expensive, so I wanted to get the most bang for my buck with this little bubbly wonder.
Using it was pretty easy. Instead of crumbling it under the tap, I held it under the tap so it would slowly and effectively create lots of bubbles. This method worked really well cause soon I had bubbles overflowing the edges of the tub. It also made the water a nice light pink color.
However, I did have some reservations with this bubble bar. I was in the bath, not just to relax, but to shave my legs. Each time I lifted my leg out of the water the drips from it would cause the bubbles to flatten. When I had completed by bath I hardly had any bubbles near my legs, but there were still fluffy bubbles behind my back.
The scent it quite lovely and fruity. This unfortunately doesn't transfer to the bath water very well. I'm sure if I used the whole thing it would be better, but I feel that since under the directions it says you can break it apart for separate baths, that they would put enough fragrance in the bar to make noticeable in the bath.
Bottom line: This is a good bar to use for multiple baths if you're wanting a good soak and not planning on doing more heavy duty work while in there.

Calgon ain't got nothin on Lush! Sakura, MMM bath melt, and Comforter for bubbles. This combo had me in Heaven. I was so relaxed I had to make myself wash (with Flying Fox), instead of just sitting there and taking in the great scents. I had a lot on my mind and the stress just dissolved. No pun intended! Skin was soft afterward, no lotion necessary.

My Mom was wearing a short sleeve shirt to one of my sister's school concerts, and she was embarrassed by the look of her elbows. Her elbows were red, dry, and even peeling. So I thought that this gift would be great to pamper and nourish her skin. When she opened the adorable box this morning, she was so excited to use all of the great bath products. Since the body conditioner is not meant for everyday use, my Dad and I decided to add in the Happy Hippy shower gel, so she can use that everyday. My Mom couldn't wait to hop into the bath!

I love this product. Its supper bubbly. I first used it in my small tub and i tmake a ton of bubbles. When I used it in a large tub there was not as many bubbles and the bubbles didnt last as long.. Im not sure why. I would definetly reccoment that everyone try this if they love bubbles. I only gave this four stars because i feel that there is room for improvement

Oh I love love love this bubble bar. Not too scented, it leaves just the right amount on my skin.
I do have a warning, however. I have a deep, jetted tub. From now on I will ONLY use 1/3 of the bar at a time. I had SO MANY BUBBLES when I turned on the jets? My boyfriend came in to the bathroom, started laughing and left. The dog curled up in the corner hoping not to be consumed by the plethora of thick, rich bubbles flowing over the edge of my tub!
My skin felt amazing. And the bubbles did dissipate when I took the hand held shower to them. I will absolutely buy this bar again. It was worth every penny - especially as it will last for 3 baths at least.

This bar is absolutely amazing. The smell is so yummy, and it makes the bath a gorgeous light pink color. Creates the perfect amount of bubbles and you can get 1-3 uses out of the bar if you break it in a few pieces. It leaves you with super soft skin and makes for such a pleasant and relaxing bath. This for me is a must have, so the price is well worth it!

This was the first bubble bar I used from lush and I love it! It smells delicious and I loved that it turned the water pink without going onto my skin. Im a total girly girl, so bath time + pink water made my night! The only thing I would say I didnt like was that there werent many bubbles. But that's a pretty minor problem. I love The Comforter. It reminds of the liquid Amoxacillin I remember as a child. So, this bubble bar takes me back to my childhood. If you are a first time Lush buyer... this is the bar to start with. First off, let me put it out there that I like more earthy, warm, and floral scents. Not candy sweet smells, like this bar is... BUT! I always make sure I have one of these beautiful, pink bars in my stash. It is the best for your money, and I say that as someone who usually cuts up bars to be able to use them more than once. You can get three, maybe even four (depending on the size of the bar you receive/purchase), baths out of it and you will have pink, candy smelling water/bubbles all bath long. The bars I get in the mail are the size/shape of the one shown on the website... long story short. Get this bar. Do it.

This was my first bubble bar, and I loved it. It smelled wonderful, and it really was comforting. I broke it in half so that I could get two uses out of it - though I may actually break the half I have left into half so I get an extra use. It bubbled up really quickly, and the bubbles lasted the entire time I was in the tub (30 minutes). The water also turns a lovely pink color which left no residue after the tub was drained. My skin felt very soft and moisturized while I was in the bath, and it stayed that way when I got out.

Oh man, this is probably THE Lush product that I would stock up on if there was a apocalypse approaching. I loved Mr. Bubble products as a kid, so having this was a nostalgic trip.
Firstly, they recommend that you split your bar into two- do it! Even at a half, my tub was still filled with bubbly goodness. Second, the smell! It is like a more refined Mr. Bubble product for adults. Third the water turns an opaque pink. I felt like I was wrapped in a bubbly candy blanket during my bath. The bubbles lasted at least half an hour for me, and there was no residue.
Next time someone claims the world is ending, I would be happy locking myself up in the bathroom with my hoard of Comforters :).

This was my first LUSH product. I have been wanting to try them for so long but I wanted to put a full order in and do it right so I waited until I had some extra $$ and went for it big with about 12 differnt products.
First off I love the size and color, BIG and beautiful pink...very girly! Then the smell!! OMG amazing like a big ball of sweet bubblegum! I'm craving it now actually.
I cut it into 4 pcs with a knife and let the water run through it in my hands until it was completely disolved. There was quite a few bubbles but I would not say ALOT like others mention, then again I only used a forth of it and my tub is like JACUZZI LARGE! Talk about making my body silky smooth...like a lil babys bottom whoooo hooo!! I just wish the bubbles lasted longer. After about 15 mins. they were completely fizzed out.
Anyway I am still very happy I went for this one and will definately purchase it again in the future. Great little treat after a long day. Tomorrow I will be trying the Big Blue and am very excited!
Oh a little tip...after I cut the comforter bar I sat the other 3 pcs on the edge of the tub to really amp up the aromatherapy experience!! Awesome!!! I added a pic of its beauty! Second pic is of my tub (drained a bit) after the suds were gone...pinky pink and no tub staining either...a definate bonus too!

We strongly recommend not allowing the bubble bars to get into the eye area, as this will sting a lot! We advise that bubble bars should only be used by those over the age of 7. Ooh, I love using the You've Been Mangoed bath melt with the Comforter as it will make the bath smell like fruit punch!
