Q:What is the shelf life of this moisturizer? I know that the cleanser rolls have a 3 month period to use them in, and the face masks about 3 weeks. Since it contains parabens, does that mean it lasts longer?Asked on 9/30/2014 by Kelly from Los Angeles, CA
A:Yes, the parabens contained in this moisturizer extend its shelf life. Therefore, the shelf life for Cosmetic Lad is 14 months.Answered on 10/1/2014 by Anonymous

Q:Is this product a good moisturizer to use at night and is it suitable for someone who is looking for a moisturizer that Is good for acne prone skin yet gentle and moisturizing?Asked on 11/13/2013 by bella from California
A:All of our creams are perfect for day or night! However, this cream in particular may be a bit heavy for acne prone skin. I would recommend trying Vanishing cream!Answered on 11/15/2013 by Anonymous
A:Yes. It is lighter than most night creams, but still plenty moisturizing. It does not bother or irritate my sensitive acne prone skin.Answered on 11/14/2013 by Anonymous
A:I use it every night and when i wake up my skin feels great. I also have really sensitive oily skin and I've been using this and Angels on bare skin and now my skins almost completely clear after about 3 months of use.

Q:does this help clear up acne or oiliness?Asked on 8/24/2013 by Sammy
A:Cosmetic Lad is very soothing on irritated skin, but in terms of directly addressing acne or oiliness, Vanishing Cream, Enzymion or Imperialis would be great options to check out with more ingredients that will help treat spots!Answered on 9/25/2013 by Anonymous
Q:How often should I use the moisturizer?Asked on 8/16/2013 by ryan
A:We recommend moisturizing as your skin feels it needs some moisture! Or, you can always go by the rule of moisturizing after you cleanse to restore hydrate. Use your skin as a guide though- if you're feeling tight and dry, it might be time to tone and moisturize. The same goes for excess oil- sometimes the skin produces excess oil if it is not getting enough hydration. Drink a big glass of water, and gently cleanse your skin, then follow with toner and some Cosmetic Lad!Answered on 8/21/2013 by Megan from LUSH Direct
A:I use it twice a day. I use it in the morning after I cleanse and tone.
Then again at night after washing my face before bed. It makes my skin feel really amazing and soft.

Q:A Lush cometics worker recommended me this product for acne scars, will it work to help clear dark spots?Asked on 12/22/2012 by Anonymous
A:Unfortunately, we do not have a cream that will get rid of dark spots. With that being said, once you start using a moisturizer, it will help to improve the appearance of your skin which will lessen the look of the dark spots but not get rid of them.Answered on 8/21/2013 by Elizabeth from LUSH Direct
