I ran into Lush, almost literally, after this product due to lady trouble-related skin rebellion. Thank goodness I did. Yeah, this stuff is funky. However, I can forgive an obnoxious smell for ten minutes in exchange for a smoother, more even, and mattified complexion. It's a bit too thick to spread easily and wash off (I use a mild cleanser to wash it off; the smell's taken care of, too), but that's not too much trouble in the long run. Over ten minutes I can feel this stuff working really nicely through my pores. In the morning after I use it, my skin is perfectly lovely.

I use this product pretty much every day. I first wash my face with ultra bland cleanser, then wipe clean with a warm wash cloth, apply cosmetic warrior fresh face mask for 10 minutes. Wash off then apply tea tree toner, grease lightening, then imperialis moisturiser. If you want a complete spa experience use a tea tree toner after your cleanser and use the left over water to remove your cosmetic warrior fresh face mask.
I have hormonal acne and love this product as part of my skin care routine. The texture is a little chunky but it doesn't bother me at all, it still goes on smoothly. The smell is't the greatest because of the garlic but nothing that bothers me much at all. Also, because the mask draws dirt out of your pores your skin may have more pimples before it gets better, but worth it!

I walked into the only Lush store in my state, (Lush we need more in Oklahoma!) and was looking for a solution to my acne prone skin. There weren't any full sized ones so a worker whipped me up what was left of the sample and sent me on my way. After dealing with lots of stress this week, I decided to try it out and it is so awesome! The smell isn't awesome, but I can handle it. Who doesn't like garlic face? It feels really tingly when it was on and felt like it helped take care of my oily zones without drying me out.

I first bought this product on a whim bceause one of my friends recommended it. I was so impressed by this mask that I made it a permanent part of my skincare routine! This mask is a life saver -- I have suffered from hormone-induced breakouts for about 10 years now and this product has literally saved my skin! This mask has been particularly effective on deep cystic pimples, but is great for milder breakouts too. It clears up my skin without irritating it and soothes all the redness.

The only downside is that it smells somewhat medicinal from the garlic and tea tree oil, but the results are totally worth it!

I randomly picked up this product because one of my friends said she really liked it. I have suffered from moderate inflammatory acne for about 10 years now and even though sometimes I can get it under control it always comes back. I recently had the worst breakout of my life (huge cyst on my cheek) that was literally throbbing with pain and this mask shrank it by half overnight! It went from a huge red painful bump to a flat pink area overnight. I have tried everything from chemical peels to antibiotics to proactiv and nothing ever worked as well as Cosmetic Warrior!

This product has literally helped save my skin and I would recommend it to anyone with recurrent acne. The smell is somewhat medicinal (garlic and tea tree) but it really doesn't bother me because this product works like a charm!

I apply this 3 times a week (maybe more depends) and i LOVE it. It makes my skin feels so clean and soft. The feeling after taking it off is amazing. My skin has cleared up and when using this i never have breakouts. I would try every product and never get the same results.
The smell is kind of like garlic and hummus combined. I got used to the smell after one use. Thankfully the smell does not last. But it does tend to stink up the room when taking it off.
Overall i LOVE IT.

Wow, wow, wow! This product is GREAT.

I've had acne prone skin since I was a teenager. It cleared up for about two years when I was in my very early twenties, but then it came back with a vengeance!

I've used LUSH products before and RAVED about them to anyone! The fresh and natural ingredients really made a big difference with my skin, so much that people were noticing! :)

Anyways, this is the second fresh face mask I've used (I've also used Cupcake), but I would say I like this one far more! I know it stinks (man, it really stinks) but I just keep telling myself that it works! After I use it just once, I could already see the redness on my face has lessened. After using it the third time, unfortunately, it made me break out around my lip (I mean, I got like 4 pimples!) but I just used it again and they were practically gone the next day!

If you can get over this smell and you have acne, USE IT. It is just great!

literally amazing. I have horrible skin. Ive seen several dermatologists and had them all tell me i have the worst acne/skin theyve ever seen. after spending hundreds of dollars on their prescribed cleansers, masks, and creams I decided to try out this product. Five days later and my skin is a hundred times better and clearing up beautifully. I truly reccommend this for fast and fantastic results!

this was the first fresh mask i have used. Overall its very effective with preventing future breakouts and calming pre existant ones but the mask itself is very flaky and falls off in pieces as you wait for the time to dry.. it smells horrible also. but deff works

So I'd heard that this didn't do anything, but I'm prone to hormonal breakouts around my period and I was desperate. I just used it, and so far, I'm impressed. My face looks more even in color than it has all week, and my pimples are darn near invisible.

One con: the smell. Oh goodness, the smell. It smells like hummus. But if you're cool with hummus, then you'll not mind.

This mask is my favorite ! It doesn't get the hype it deserves ! Although the scent was weird at first , you get used to it after a second time . It reduces redness and fights acne . It is nice and cool when you put it on , plus it is relaxing ! I seriously recommend it . Don't listen to the haters of this product !!!

To really think of the smell , I would say it is like a clean smell with a tinge of raw garlic , but don't let that scare you off !!! Amazing product !!!

This is the only face mask I've used from LUSH and I love it. You can apply the mask very thin and still get great results. The mask sucks every bit of oil from your face, yet somehow your skin won't require moisturizers afterwards. Every other face mask I've used from other companies leaves my skin super dry and painfully tight after. Not this one! The smell takes a little getting used to (very garlicy). The only real downside is that there are a lot of what look like flower petals in this face mask. Said flower petals do not stick well to your face and tend to fall off while the mask is drying. Not really a con- my dogs LOVE the smell of this mask and always try to lick it off my face.

I purchased this product not too long ago because I had acne on my forehead. I use this stuff diligently every night along with my toner,moisturizer and grease lightening. My skin has never looked better! This stuff WORKS. My husband even said my skin looks amazing! It doesn't smell Terrible but it's not a pretty smell either.

I bought this product after consulting with a rep in store about my oily/acne prone skin. I have used it 5-6 times, and have found that I can get over the egg/garlic smell. It does clean your face and leave it feeling smooth and tight. I have noticed with myself that a day or two after using the mask, I break out in patches of acne. I don't know if it's related to the mask or not. All in all, it seems to do it's job, but I don't think I will purchase it again since I am breaking out after each use more than normal.

No, this mask does not have a pleasant smell. It kind of smells like a combination of wet dog and raw garlic. That being said, if you can tolerate the smell (which really is mild), it's a good mask if your skin has been troubling you lately in terms of blackheads and breakouts.

I have pretty clear skin, save for the occasional pimple, so I can't comment on it's ability to clear up chronically acne-prone skin. However, I have noticed that it has been helping out with the blackheads on my nose. I have had blackheads for as long as I can remember and nothing (not pore strips, extractors, or expensive masks or cleansers) have done anything to remove them. This mask has made a visible dent in the blackheads on my nose when I use it a few times a week. Sometimes I put it on just my nose area and use another mask on the rest of my face.

The garlic in this is so off-putting! First time I used it, I almost gagged from the smell. Second time, I added more of my own tea tree oil and it took care of the smell. It works wonderfully for large pores and blackhead prone skin.

Okay. I used this once- ONCE!- and overnight, literally, my forehead cleared up! No lie. I got five or six uses out of it, every other night, and it was so worth it. It took me about a week to re-buy it, and in that time without it, my skin was already creeping back to spotty and red. Yes, it doesn't smell as lovely as other LUSH products. I can't think of a nicer way to say this, but just get over it and use it anyway! If you have combination/breakout-prone skin like mine, this mask is your savior!

I absolutely adore this product. I actually enjoy the smell also. I believe the tea tree oil over powers all other scents, and i absolutely love tea tree oil, so, this worked for me. Not to mention, i had acne before including this into my daily routine. It cleared up all of the flesh colored bumps on my forehead and evened out my skin tone. I actually use this anywhere between 5-6 times a week and i have yet to encounter any problems with this mask. I have combination skin.

This is the first Lush mask I have tried. I used up the entire container and I would say it's pretty good. It clears up your face if you have acne and I think it just makes your skin look better. It doesn't go bad quickly, so you can use it for a little while after the "expiration date". It definitely smells pretty bad when you put the mask on, and it's hard to put on because of the thick consistency and chunks of stuff in it, it's a bit hard to wash off but smells more like tea tree oil then.

The only reason I wouldn't repurchase is because I want to try the other masks (currently using love lettuce and LOVE it). But i would recommend it!
