I cannot say enough good things about this. Dorothy is LUSH's best bubble bar, and that is saying a lot! There are mountains of fluffy bubbles and the water turns a gorgeous deep blue. It smells absolutely amazing. Mostly floral but with some sweet citrus notes and definitely very clean. If you miss Christmas Eve (the limited edition holiday bubble bar) this is the next best thing. They smell very similar, except Dorothy leans more toward fresh citrus and Christmas Eve is a little more rich and sultry.

Overall, I recommend this to everyone because of the color, bubbles, and scent. I could not live without this. If you have not picked up Dorothy you are seriously missing out on life!

I usually end up splitting my bubble bars in 2 or 3 slices, depending on size, so as to make them more worth the money spent. I used one half of this bar in the bath. The scent of the rainbow very orange-y/citrusy, which I like, but the blue part smells a bit like chlorine, which I don't like. This counteracts the lovely orange scent when put in water, because there is more of the blue than the rainbow. The bubbles also disappear quickly. I had a nice bath, but if the bubbles lasted longer and the scent was more powerful, I would be happier. When the bubbles went away, I threw in a Big Blue bath bomb, because the bubbles disappeared so quickly that it wasn't worth draining the water.

I love this bubble bar! It was a tough decision, but when I first smelled it in the store I decided to purchase Green and Pop In The Bath instead. I ended up ordering Dorothy later online, and I'm glad I went for it because after actually using it, it was so worth the wait! The scent is great, and the water becomes a gorgeous blue color. It's super moisturizing, and the bubbles lasted a really long time. I used about half the bar and that was plenty, so I will get at least one more use out of it too.

I would definitely feel comfortable buying this bubble bar again online, even though I'm pretty picky about citrus scents. I usually love orange, grapefruit, etc., but anything with lemon or lime is a deal breaker unless I can smell the exact product I'll be taking home before I buy it (which in hindsight is why I'm glad I bought some of the "riskier" bubble bars in store, and saved Dorothy for an online purchase even before I had read all the scent descriptions). For reference, I love my Happy Happy Joy Joy conditioner and Figs and Leaves soap as well. Two of my absolute favorite Lush scents.

I was sceptical to tyr this one. The way the smell was explained didnt really apeal to me. I have tried almost all the bubble bars and bath bombs in the store, and thought what the helk might as well try it. IM SO SORRY I WAITED SO LONG!!!!! It made more bubbles then I have ever seen in a bath! And the smell was super relazing at the end of my long day. Know it is a regular, I pick up 2 or 3 when I go to the LUSH store. Love, love , LOVE this bubble bar.

The cat wound no leave the bubbles alone. I had a terrible day and this was the start of turning it arond. Loved the bubbles blue water and my skin smelled great afterwards.

My favorite things about Dorothy are that it pairs well with any bath bomb in my opinion. The scent of it is subtle enough that it won't disrupt the smell of a stronger soap or bath bomb. And I love how thick the bubbles are in the tub, they last for ages!

I used this as a bubble bath, using only a little at a time, and holy cow it produces a lot of bubbles. and it lasts a long time! you can probably get 3-4 baths out of it. Its not my favorite smell, but it still smells pretty good! but I'm probably not going to get it again.

im obsessed with the smell! even just having it lay by the tub leaves my bathroom smelling great! i cut mine in 3rds and it still created a bunch of bubbles :) it also leaves the water a beautiful blue-green/aqua color . perfect after a rough day of work/classes!

I am a farely new lushie and bought Dorothy on my first trip to a store. The thing that drew me to it was the rainbow, it was so cute, I couldn't walk away from it. I don't know why but when it's in the bath the scent kind of reminds me of medicine, not that it's a bad thing, I actually like it. I split the bar in half and got fairly okay bubbles and amazingly blue water. Although the bubbles didn't last as long as I would have liked them to the color of the water won me over. My only real complaint is that I wish dorothy were a bit bigger.

I was in love with this product when I smelt it. It is floral-y but not too floral... a little sweet maybe?? The rainbow makes it ten times better. I always cut this in half to get more use out of my products. This is probably the 2nd Lush product I have ever tried! As a new Lushie... I thinks it is one of my favorite stores. I always overspend on moisturizes, body sprays (especially) and body products. However, since Lush is quite expensive I enjoy every second when I use their products and I do not over spend. I use Lush products occasionally. I love Lush so far and can't wait to make more purchases!!!
I only wish the bubbles lasted a bit longer, but AMAZING product. Thank You!!!!
( I do not have a Lush store very close to me so I ordered this online based on reviews and I was a tad bit hesitant because I am not a big fan of super floral things. I was pleasantly surprised :) )

Love this product. I received this as an early Christmas present and decided to take a bath. My bath was relaxing and bubbly!! Tip: Don't use too much, it will bubble anyway and make it last long!

This is the best Lush I've ever smelled so far! It was also my first bubblebar. I didn't get many bubbles but I don't think I was agitating the water enough, I need some training on that, apparently. Nevertheless I lingered in this bath for a looooong time. I suppose the only possible con for this is purely aesthetic-- when the 'rainbow' part of the bubblebar is added, it starts to turn the water a slight murky brown in places, but this will not deter me from buying this product again for myself and others. Bravo, Lush!

I chose this bubble bar because it had the cute little rainbow on the top. No, seriously. I don't live near a *convenient* Lush location (the closest is nearly an hour drive) and I didn't how this smelled. I went based on reviews and its cute look.

When it arrived the rainbow had fallen off and the product was much smaller than pictured on the website.

So, like, I was kinda disappointed. But then I opened up the bag and everything changed. It was like the clouds opening up and God coming down and saying 'you are the chosen one'. Ok, so that's a bit of an exaggeration but...I can't stress how much I love this product!

This is by far my favorite bath treat I've tried. (Take that for what it's worth since I'm a relatively new Lushie). Even though it's small I still managed to cut it into fourths and then I used the small bits by hanging one of my old nylons on the tap and running the water over it. Even in fourths this product made a ton of bubbles!

Firstly, this bar smells...beyond, beyond amazing. I can't even. I squealed when the bath was finally finished and I got in. That's how good it smells. I can't describe it exactly. It's not floral, it's not spicy, it's not sweet...I don't know. All I DO know is that it is o-ma-zing.

Secondly, the color in the tub was so beautiful! It looked like the bluest sky in the summertime. Some people have mentioned it is a lighter blue but not so for me. Maybe my tub is smaller, I don't know. I can't imagine how deep the color would be if I used the whole or even half the bar. (Remember mine was only a fourth). The blue color is the kind that makes you smile. I loved it; it instantly put me in a better mood.

I give the scent and color four stars and took away a star just because the product is a bit small and the fact that it doesn't LINGER. Lordy, why can't it LINGER???

They say that Figs and Leaves soap smells just like this bubble bar. I'm totally gonna go for that next - as soon as I finish my Snowcake stockpile. :)

Get this bubble bar! Go now, before you change your mind. Go! :) I love Dorothy!

I bought this item simply because I love the Wizard of Oz and I thought this idea was cute. I was extremely suprised when I received it and saw how great it smelled. It is WONDERFUL. It turned the water a gorgeous blue shade with tons of bubbles. I love this bar!

The first time I smelled this bar in the shop, I was intrigued. It's not like I died and went to heaven, but I definitely wanted it. I picked it up and brought it home, and decided to use it today.

This is my second bubble bar experience, and it was amazing. I used half of this bar but I have unbelievably strong water pressure, so I could definitely have used less. It turned the water a pretty blue color - not technicolor blue (ha!) but more of a faint watercolor blue. The bubbles lasted more than an hour and a half.

The thing that makes this bar great is the fragrance. It is truly unique, and yet I feel like I've smelled it before, somewhere. It has an exotic yet familiar feel to it, which is probably from the ylang ylang. It definitely smelled different than it did in the store - in a good way.

The fragrance isn't floral, really; it isn't herbal, it isn't sweet, and it isn't earthy. I guess that means it really is from somewhere over the rainbow :).

Overall, I would recommend this very much.

Every time I smell this bubble bar I pretty much have to clench my jaws shut so I don't eat it.

This is one of the best things I have ever smelled. Ever. In all my 25 years on this planet. I cannot believe how amazing the Dorothy bar smells. It's unfair. I would marry this scent. I would have its babies. My husband is a little put off by this, but it's true.

My biggest disappointment with this is that there are no other LUSH products that smell like the Dorothy. I NEED Dorothy soap. The scent this thing produces... oh man. It's like an explosion of joy in your nose.

The problems with this bubble bar include: the bubbles don't last long at all, the scent doesn't stick to your skin (woe, WOE!), and you can't eat it.

This bubble bar turns the water dark blue and it's so pretty and so relaxing and holy cow, that smell. But I prefer the scent in bubble bar form, because once it's dispersed in the bath it's not as strong or as delicious.

Please LUSH. Make more Dorothy scented products that last on your skin. In the meantime, I'm going to start lining the wall of my house with Dorothy. My house is going to smell AMAZING.

I traveled a far distance to stock up on Lush products and out of a bag full of bombs and bars, I could not stop smelling this. It smells almost too irresistible to use! Like a fig and an orange merged and created this amazing smell. After a bad day, I needed something to catapult me to a sunny disposition and figured it was time to give this thing a shot. I broke the bar in half and got a tub FULL of fragrant bubbles! It worked its wicked (witch) ways and snapped me out of my funk almost immediately. My only complaints are that the smell didn't seem to last as long as I'd like in the tub, and YOU WILL WANT TO EAT IT. And it is very very hard to refrain from that. Other than that, I will be adding this to my Lush rotation! Such a staple!

I use this whole bubble bar in one bath.It is affordable so i can it is not like the comforter which is very expensive. This just cheers me up and make my day better.
