I have a zillion LUSH products, some I'll repurchase when they run out, some I don't want to replace. Dreamwash, however, I will always keep stocked in the shower. It is my favorite shower item, hands down - and there are a lot of items in there! I have sensitive skin and when I get any kind of burn or itchy area or redness, Dreamwash calms down my skin and makes things comfortable again. I like how gentle it is on more "sensitive body areas", too. It cleans, it soothes, it is my must-have.

What I can't figure out is why so many reviewers complain about the smell - it smells completely pleasant to me. I wouldn't change a thing about it. Oh, except for the online picture...I agree with the reviewer that said the photo is a bit misleading. My jars have had much paler pink whipped creammy contents.

Bottom line, though? Thank you, LUSH for Dreamwash!

I've had severe psoriasis going on 5 years now and out of all the over the counter products and topical creams i've ever used nothing has ever brought me the kind of results dreamwash and dreamcream deliver! I love the fact that their products are fresh and organic as most products sold today contain mainly harsh chemicals and words that are uncommon to my dictionary, lol. I use this product in the shower as my daily soap and it does a great job at giving a squeaky clean feel, locks in moisture and has quiet a pleasent smell :3. honestly, i can sit here and type away at all the awesomeness this product brings but buy it yourself and experience it first hand! :D you'll be happy you did! i know i am!

if you have scalp psoriasis also try using SUPERBALM scalp treatment along with BIG sea salt shampoo (adds BIG volume to thinning and dry hair)and R&B moisturizer as a leave in conditioner :) for myself the end result was little to no flaking or dryness :)i've provided pictures for proof

After spending a full day in the hot sun on easter sunday in New Orleans (after a cold winter and cold spring), i was completely lured into LUSH because of the enticing smell and fresh made ingredients (although i have received some LUSH products years ago as a gift - just to forget all about LUSH).

The salesgirl saw my uncomfortable red skin and left some dreamwash on my skin for a few moments, then washed it off. She then added some Dreamcream. WOW it INSTANTLY reduced my redness and discomfort. I then went and bought the pair, as well as a few other goodies.

I also find that i feel SO CLEAN, i have literally thrown away all my drug store brand "moisturizing body wash" and find my skin feels clean and healthy.

This trip was several weeks ago, and i found several LUSH stores near me in New York City and Short Hills mall in NJ. I AM ADDICTED.

I have also used it on my children, one who has eczema and some other skin issues (he is 7). Dreamcream has also helped him with it.

I LOVE this product. I have very dry skin, and also very bad eczema. Dreamwash has a pretty immediate calming effect. I use dream cream with it, and together, my itchy, irritated skin has been significantly better. It also cleans VERY well. If I had to choose one product that made me feel "squeaky clean," this would be it- no question.

I get eczema bad in the winter, so the people at the store recommended this one.I used this shower smoothie after work. I put it on in the shower but after washing off, my skin felt dry. I used argan oil after and my skin does feel smooth. I would recommend using body oil after using this shower smoothie and your skin does feel different.
I don't know about buying this product again but I would differently try another shower smoothie.

I have very sensitive skin but I honestly don't like this has a body wash. It smells unpleasent to me and I ended up using this as a shaving cream. It helps to tame razer burn and irritated skin after shaving.

This product is really good for the shower. I have extremely sensitive skin and alternate with the shower jellies on hair washing days. The calamine powder really helps my skin and it's really gentle. It can feel a little drying in the shower and there isn't much of a smell but what is there isn't bad.

I struggled with a really strange case of keratosis pilaris (chicken skin) on my chest (usually it's on the upper arms) and I couldn't find anything to use in the shower that wouldn't irritate my itchy, red, bumpy chest. I went to LUSH and was given a sample of this product, and after a few days I purchased it. It is so great for kp and for any kind of irritated skin! My chest was calmed down and moisturized. I can't say that this "cured" my kp because I began using a lactic acid lotion shortly after I started this product, but the Dreamwash is the only product I will ever use on it in the shower and I know it definitely contributed to how smooth my chest looks today!

We bought this wash originally for my husband who has problems with eczema. However, he found an alternate product that worked for him and never used it. I couldn't let it go to waste, so I started using it in the shower. AND I LOVE IT. I do not have problem skin, and I still don't have problem skin. Dreamwash is a dream wash. It gets you clean quickly, rinses easily, and is a delight to use instead of soap. It is so effective at cleaning that it begins to strip the ink off the container. It takes sap off the hands quickly. I suspect it will clean my paint brushes of residual paint. This stuff just works and isn't harsh on your skin, just the dirt. I personally like the smell. Very sensible. My only negative is that I sometimes get the wash on my shower curtain and don't get it rinsed off and it looks messy. It will cake if not rinsed.

The skin on my chest, skin and back are all suscetible to dryness, flakiness, and patching. I have eczema on my neck and folliculitis on my chest and back, and having tried topical steroids and antibiotics to which they've done little, I decided to give something a bit more natural a try. Although I know that natural products won't give the desired effect as quickly as antibiotics, I was willing to wait.

I was excited to use Dreamwash due to some reviews describing how it has helped them out with their eczema and dry skin, so naturally I bought it to try it out. However upon applying it on my skin (first with my hands, then later applications with a loofa), I noticed that lathering it on my skin was producing a stinging/burning sensation on my chest and back. I had to wash it off quickly because it was irritating my skin too much and was kind of disappointed with my reaction. Regardless I tried again, this time the stinging a bit more dull, but left my skin dry.

I'm not really sure what produced the sensation (maybe the chamomile?) but whatever it was it didn't work with my skin; but I don't think it was a good enough product for me to recommend it to someone.

What a dream this truly is. When applying this in the shower, I only need a LITTLE BIT for each part of my body. I scoop up a bit with the top side of my nail, place it onto my palm and rub my hands together. From there, I apply it on my neck and shoulders. I repeat this sequence until I get down to my toes. I rub it in really well for a minute or two then I wash it off. I feel squeaky clean! I even use it to shave my legs and under my arms. My body feels clean and smooth. I apply the Dream Cream afterwards and slip into a dream myself.

As a bath addict, I NEED my evening soak in the winter. It feels so good to get warm to the core, but unfortunately this habit dries my skin. Enter Dreamwash!! It's a soothing and luxurious alternative to soap on my arms, legs, chest etc. where a harsh soap and scrub just isn't necessary. Consider it a winter indulgence with a purpose. Try it!

I LOVE dream cream so decided to give dreamwash a try! I never used any Lush shower smoothies so when the sales lady told me it was like a "conditioner for skin" I got to try it. After 1st use, my skin felt dry. It is a great "cream soap" but didn't feel moisturizing at all! If you just want some shower cream soap it is a good buy, especially if you like the smell of dream cream. But if you are looking for a moisturizing treat, stay with their body butters!

Ever since the first time I shaved my legs, I have had terrible experiences with burning, irritation, and stubble. I rarely wear shorts or skirts without tights because my legs look so awful after I shave and the hair grows back so quickly. I was skeptical about trying Dream Wash on my legs before and after I shaved, thinking it would be like every other body wash but I was amazed with the results!!!!! Not only were my legs extremely smooth and hydrated, but they were red free! I love all Lush products but this is my first life changing product. I love you guys! Thank you so much!

I was talked in to buying this wash by a lovely associate at LUSH. He knew I loved lavender anything and did a demo on my arm, following up with Dream Cream. It smelled heavenly and lasted all day. The combo of the two products actually smells like the face serum bar, which is delicious.

Since this product doesn't clean your skin with soap (therefore does not lather), you need to approach washing yourself in a different manner. I spread a few fingers full over my arms, legs, stomach, and back in the shower, and then scrub it all into my skin with my trusty scrub brush. This helps exfoliate my skin while getting it extra clean and delicately fragrant.

This smells of rose and lavender and is definitely dreamy!

I bought this product for my mom after a friend told me it was great for heat rashes. By the time I returned home, I was away on a trip when I bought it, her rash had already cleared. I began using this product on my feet when I bathed and I love it. It made my feet soft and soothed them after a long day of standing.

I have been using this product for about 5 years for shaving my under arms and bikini area. I have sensitive skin and since i have been using dreamwah I do not have breakouts. Definitley recommend for shaving.
