I LOVE dream cream so decided to give dreamwash a try! I never used any Lush shower smoothies so when the sales lady told me it was like a "conditioner for skin" I got to try it. After 1st use, my skin felt dry. It is a great "cream soap" but didn't feel moisturizing at all! If you just want some shower cream soap it is a good buy, especially if you like the smell of dream cream. But if you are looking for a moisturizing treat, stay with their body butters!

Ever since the first time I shaved my legs, I have had terrible experiences with burning, irritation, and stubble. I rarely wear shorts or skirts without tights because my legs look so awful after I shave and the hair grows back so quickly. I was skeptical about trying Dream Wash on my legs before and after I shaved, thinking it would be like every other body wash but I was amazed with the results!!!!! Not only were my legs extremely smooth and hydrated, but they were red free! I love all Lush products but this is my first life changing product. I love you guys! Thank you so much!

I was talked in to buying this wash by a lovely associate at LUSH. He knew I loved lavender anything and did a demo on my arm, following up with Dream Cream. It smelled heavenly and lasted all day. The combo of the two products actually smells like the face serum bar, which is delicious.

Since this product doesn't clean your skin with soap (therefore does not lather), you need to approach washing yourself in a different manner. I spread a few fingers full over my arms, legs, stomach, and back in the shower, and then scrub it all into my skin with my trusty scrub brush. This helps exfoliate my skin while getting it extra clean and delicately fragrant.

This smells of rose and lavender and is definitely dreamy!

I bought this product for my mom after a friend told me it was great for heat rashes. By the time I returned home, I was away on a trip when I bought it, her rash had already cleared. I began using this product on my feet when I bathed and I love it. It made my feet soft and soothed them after a long day of standing.

I have been using this product for about 5 years for shaving my under arms and bikini area. I have sensitive skin and since i have been using dreamwah I do not have breakouts. Definitley recommend for shaving.

I asked Lush what kind of products helped out with eczema (because I forgot to bring my medicine for flareups) and a lady recommended this to me along with the Dream Cream. The lady who helped me said that owner of the companies son (or whatever) made this product just because of his skin problems and is the reason behind the products creation. When I started using it, after about three days to a week, I saw that my flareups were gone. Both products worked really well together and I do recommend this with anyone with eczema.

I have dry skin and I occasionally get small bumps on my arms. Upon recommendation of a Lush employee I got a sample of this product and then later bough the full size.

I was expecting more lather like with my previous experiences with shower smoothies. I did get clean with it, but it seemed like it took a lot more than it should have.

On to the smell--its like calamine lotion mixed with chamomile tea. Its not offensive, its just not that nice of a scent. If you have ever used the Fresh Farmacy facial cleanser it smells just like it.
The product does help with irritated skin, however, for those like me that have consistently dry skin, you HAVE to use a good moisturizer afterwards or you will be dry all day.

I just recently got a sample of Dream Cream and it really does make Dreamwash better.

I don't have any skin problems; but I loved the smell of this product in the Lush Store and hence purchased it.

I love it's smell; but other than that everything about it is wrong for me. It's difficult to use; doesn't lather up how much ever you use it. I'm unsure it even cleans my skin! It leaves a powderish residue on my skin (because of the calamine in it, I guess). And plus it's way too pricey to be used "liberally" in the shower. I used it today and 1/4th of the container is already over.

I really liked it's smell, but not gonna purchase this product again. Extremely dissapointed.

You have no idea how irritated my skin was when I first tried Dream Wash! I was suffering from an eczema outbreak that was going on for about 2months...with no relief in sight! I had tried everything I could think of...prescriptions, lotions, creams, bath soaks, etc. etc.

Dream Wash (and Dream Cream) saved my skin! The rash that I was battling started clearing after 1-2 uses. After a week, it was completely gone!! I can't believe it! In my 25 years of battling skin disorders, I've never had an "over the counter" item completely change the texture of my skin like Dream Wash/Cream has!

As if I wasn't already a believer...Last night I was in a severe allergic reaction to something I ate and started breaking out into HIVES! It was spreading like wildfire! The first thing I thought was I need a bath. So, I jumped in the bath with a "In The Nude" Melt and lathered up in Dream Wash and tried to relax for 15-20 mins. I also used my Dream Cream.

When I woke up this morning, the hives were significantly improved. After repeating the process this morning, the hives were gone by 10am. Now, I know the antihistimine I took helped too...but to be able to have something to greatly reduce the amount of itching that would normally accompany such a reaction is nothing short of a miracle!

From now on, I will keep a stockpile of Dream Wash and Dream Cream...It has truly changed my life!

I have small red bumps on the back of my arms and when I get stressed my legs itch uncontrollably. Dream Wash has done wonders for my irritable skin! It eliminates redness and moisturizes wonderfully. It is so thick and creamy it really makes for a luxurious shower or bath.

In terms of the smell I don't mind it. It smells sort of bland but that is pretty typical for products meant for people with sensitive skin. I don't think it smells awful by any stretch just plain. I would much rather use a body wash that reduces redness and skin irritation than a body wash that smells really awesome but does nothing else.

In terms of price I have used this body wash for a month and have used somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of the jar. If we say I have used a third then that means this soap costs you about $7.30 a month. For the results it provides I think it is well worth the investment. Just go to starbucks one less time in a month and you won't even notice the difference in your budget.

If you have sensitive and irritable skin I cannot recommend this enough! I do use this with Dream Cream. I would imagine if you want optimum results you should use both of them as I do.

Strange but true. I went with a friend to the Mall of America Sore as she recommends LUSH products and she was out. She bought the Dream wash and cream for her father and the staff gave me some samples.

I am astounded by the results. I have very dry flakey and irritated skin. Way to much sun in my youth! I have been using the wash and cream every day for 2 weeks. I am getting great results.

I will say that the wash is hard to use and does not smell good-but who cares-it works!

This product is a little hard to use. I can't decide if it is better to use a washcloth with it or not. It doesn't smell too great but it does the job. I really recommend using the body conditioner or something afterwards. I tried it without any of that and my skin felt sort of tight and uncomfortable. I had issues with my scalp (bad dandruff, itchiness and scabs from scrathcing) and went into Lush to try the hair doctor but they told me not to use it on open sores/wounds. I used this on my scalp as instructed. It stung at first but felt calmed down afterwards. I was having scalp problems for a while and by the time I made it to a doctor, they said they didn't see anything more than a few bumps and redness.

This product is amazing! I have been using it on my 2 year old son for a little over a year now. His eczema has completely cleared up and we now longer use prescription creams on his skin. Its perfect for the bath, and easy to use and it lasts forever! Totally worth the price when you only need to buy it once every 6 months! It smells great and his skin is flawless!

i use this once every Friday night or pack it up with me (because i go to Southampton almost every weekend.) i take a dollop of this and rub on my bath puff or sore spots. it's great because it relives soreness and dryness.

I have very sensitive, acneic skin. Most facial cleansers make my skin tight, itchy and painful! I had been using Fresh Farmacy face wash as it is the most mild cleanser at lush but it just wasn't doing it for me. An employee recommended using Dreamwash on my face instead as it is basically the same calming and soothing ingredients as Fresh Farmacy but without as much "soap" in it. I am so pleased with the results! My skin feels amazing after washing! Smooth, refreshed and clean, but not dehydrated or stripped. I highly recommend this product if you can't seem to find the best facial cleanser. I must say, I love using this all over my body in the shower as well. There is so much of this product, it is going to last me a long time!!! Highly recommended!

Unlike some of the other comments, I thought the smell was light and pleasant. It didn't bother me at all. And, the product (with Dream Cream) is fantastic for soothing my stress rash (eczema) that I sometimes get on my arms. I have tried everything - prescriptions, over the counter, natural remedies...everything....and this seems to work the best. The only thing that would make it better would be if Lush made a travel size that was easy to take on the road with me. I was gone for a week and didn't take it...and boy did I miss it!

If you suffer from itchy, sensitive skin, this wash is a must-have! Instantly calms my irritated skin. I find my skin to be super clean after using it, but a little dry. Not an everyday cleanser, but use as needed to calm your skin.

I really really wanted this to work. I have VERY sensitive skin to the point that I normally cant use body wash OF ANY KIND or i will itch like crazy and my eczema will flare up. THIS IS A MIRACLE FOR ECZEMA ! My eczema vanished within 4 days of using it. HOWEVER. It made me break out like crazy on the places i used it ! (chest and arts and shoulders) This was so bizarre because I NEVER get any spots on my body, I barely get any on my face. I wanted to like this so much but I guess its just not for me :(

I'm allergic to the sun. Yes, you heard me. I suffer from polymorphic light eruption which means in the spring (when the sun is the strongest) my skin FREAKS! It gets so red, blotchy, itchy (!!!), scaly, breaks out in hives, etc. This stuff? Cure. I have suffered from this my whole life and this is the only thing that calms my skin down after a day at the beach like a normal person. I highly recommend it for anyone with troubled skin! I NEVER write reviews for products but I just had to for this! LOVE. The only bad part? The smell makes me want to vomit! You might as well smear calamine lotion all over your face!
