I got this to go with my Light Pink makeup, to set it and get rid of my shine. It certainly does its job quite well. It's easy to apply and while I usually need to put more on my nose after a while, this doesn't bother me - my nose is my oiliest spot, and while LUSH's facial products have brought balance to my combination skin, there's still a little extra oil on the nose.

I'm going to repeat the common complaint with this one, though: the jar needs to be larger and/or wider! You can't get the whole brush in, and when you tap the excess off the bristles, much of it lands of the outside on the jar when it should ideally have space to land back in. This is a notable waste since you end up going through the powder more quickly. The product itself is awesome, but fix the container!

The way I use this product is by mixing it with a translucent powder that I already have. Its a bit messy which can be expected, but really worth it! I use liquid foundation beneath this powder and its a great mattifying powder. I would definitely recommend this.

This stuff is wonderful! The amount you get seems small for the price, but I believe that's dude to the lack of excess packaging. It seems to be the same amount you'd get anywhere else, but in a smaller container. I hit all the shiny spots after mouisturizing with Skin Drink and evening out with Jackie Oats base. It's as if this stuff simply melts into your skin. It does its job, but you can't see it at all! Best. Powder. Ever.

I use this daily though I have to be careful about what foundation I use under. It works best with the Colour Supplement. I put it in one of my kids' small snack containers to avoid making a mess.

I gave this 4 stars- the product actually would get 5 if not for the container its packed in. I was using this alone and it worked great and now I have also tried it over the Jackie Oates Colour Supplement and it is awesome. I am glad I had an old mineral powder container I had saved because I poured this into it and use it this way. I think a lot would get wasted if you tried using it in the container it comes in. This wears all day, doesn't bother nmy sensative skin, is light and absorbs oil all day- love it.

I used this on top of color supplement. I add dark yellow to my own tinted moisturizer to add coverage. the then dust this on top. I have combination/acne-prone skin. it keeps my face matte long enough. What I like most about it is that it is not cakey and drying. I actually empty the jar of powder into a plastic container that use to contain my loose powder (with sift), that actually makes usage much easier! Lush please consider that!

I still love this powder, it sets well, lasts all day, appears totally colorless on my skin, and causes no irritation. And at nearly .5 an ounce, you get more powder than the typical brands that give you approximately .25-.35 ounces of powder in their containers.

However, I was so dissapointed when I went through this entire jar in about 6 weeks. I don't use an excessive amount, just a dunk or two a day. And those other powders usually last me at least 3 months, usually more like 4-6 before I run out. Having this run out at 6 weeks was distressing for me.

I think this powder is heavier (or something) that most others, therefore you use more each time, and run out faster? It seemed all light and airy when I first cracked it open, but it packed down after the first use, and no amount of shaking would "fluff" it back up. I cannot believe how fast I went through it.

I will continue to order it and use it, since it performs phenomenally for me, but I really wish the cost bought me more than 6 weeks of use.

I LOVE this mattifying powder --I have rather oily skin and sometimes I'll wear this just to mattify my oily face!
The only thing that I wish Lush would change is the size of the pot, even if they made it a little shorter, if they increased the diameter of the pot it would be so much easier to get a powder brush in there.

I am very pleased with this powder. It appears pink in the jar, so pink in fact that it resembles calamine powder! But on the skin it is colorless, yet it still provides great coverage. Normally foundations/powders are too yellow for my skintone, or too pink/ruddy if they claim otherwise. This is great on my fair skin, which actually has a blue undertone.

It is a tiny bit messy, but not bad. I simply use my big fluffy powder brush, and dunk it into the jar. Sure, not all of the brush fits, but powder gets on the brush, and then I dust it over my face. Works great to set color supplement and boost coverage, or use on its own. Lasts all day, keeps foundation in place until time to go to bed!

I've been waiting for my old powders to run out just so I could justify buying this one, and I was so excited when I did -- for good reason! The powder itself doesn't add *any* actual colour to your skin, just helps to even it out and make it look lovely. It doesn't sink into wrinkles and make them more obvious, and it absorbs oil for a good part of the day without touch-ups.

It really is very silky and luxurious! As other reviewers have said, the trick is to find a container (I used an old mineral makeup jar) to sprinkle the powder into and then dip your brush. The lid and container that the product comes in is just too tiny to be anything but frustrating for people who try to use it, so start with a separate container from the get-go and circumvent that problem all together!

This powder is very sheer but it covers fairly well. I really love that it doesnt cake up like so many other powders do. I was really tired of using things that clogged my poors. It gives a very natural matte look over color supplements. Thanks Lush!

this stuff really works. before this, i would always cake my makeup on three times a day because i didnt achieve the coverage i wanted around my breakout areas, my face was oily, or my makeup grouped together because there was so much on. after i used this stuff the first day, i didnt need to touch up my makeup once. it lasted the whole day! it gives a flawless matte finish, getting rid of the oils on your face. the ONLY con is it comes in a container with such a small opening that i have to pour it onto something larger to get it on my brush and tap the excess powder into it without having to worry about trying to fit a big brush into a small opening. but that has nothing to do wiht the product itself, overall its definitely worth 5 stars. (:

I just bought this yesterday and I LOVE it!! I have been waiting for a powder to complement my Colour Supplement. The thing I love best about this product is that it finishes your look when using Colour Supplement, but it's also much cheaper than any other cosmetic counter would charge you for facial powder. The only downfall is it's a little messy, but that could be because I don't exactly know how to use it yet. Overall, a definite must have for your daily make-up wear.
