Often one of the hardest working parts of your body, and the last to get any attention, it’s time to care for your feet. For all the weight and the burden they carry, reward your feet by smoothing, moisturizing and reviving them right down to your soles. Give them the tender, loving care they deserve before heading off on (and once you return from), your daily adventures. The few minutes you spend taking care of yourself might just be the best part of your day.

The average person walks approximately 4 miles (or just over 6 kilometers) every single day.

25% of the bodies’ bones come from the feet, and bear the brunt of much abuse. Put your feet up and give yourself a break every once in a while.

To keep your feet in good repair throughout the year, soak, exfoliate, moisturize, and massage as often as possible.
