I really think I like this product. I have had almost perfect skin throughout all my life. Recently, I have noticed more redness and spots and bumps and it may be because I am getting older. I have a feeling that my skin may dry a little with this product but it is still a great product. I use it with the Eau Roma Water and the Celestial moisturizer and although it's my 2nd day, some people have already commented on how great my skin is looking. I have noticed that the bumps and redness is going away. I am going to keep trying it and if it keeps working like it seems it is, it will be my favorite new cleanser!

I cannot believe the difference this has made! I am 27 years old and I've been battling acne since I was a pre-teen! I only have moderate acne, and it's usually on my chin. However, I also have very dry skin. I cannot explain how difficult it is to find a cleanser for acne that doesn't dry my skin out. I have finally found it! My skin is clear, my pores are smaller, and my makeup just glides on and looks so much better! Thank you for creating this fantastic cleanser!

I'm a new lush buyer and was looking for something to combat my combination, acne prone face. After the first couple of washes I was really excited, it seemed to be minimizing my pores and it made my skin feel really soft but after about two weeks of normal use it's ruining my face! It's made the skin around my nose and across my chin red, irritated and very painful. It's also causing me to breakout worse than before, and in new places. I never thought of myself as the type with very sensitive skin but maybe that's just my problem, hopefully I'll find a product on here that helps my acne without all the problems.

Finally, finally, finally! I've been searching far and wide for a skin care routine that works. I'm combination oily and very acne prone, most of it being hormonal, and Fresh Farmacy has relieved me of the stress that comes with constantly breaking out and settling for less with mediocre and damaging face wash. Not only does it clean the you-know-what out of your face (I completely disagree with previous posts saying it's bad for taking off makeup, it's the opposite with me. I use white towels, trust it.) but it's super effective in evening skin tone and calming your face so the acne can heal! I was so hesitant to buy this product that I went through aqua marina and herbalism first just because I THOUGHT I knew what my skin needed, and I was so wrong. Fresh Farm is deceiving, being so simple and just appearing as if it "won't work" but it does. It's not too good to be true. Buy this! You'll be so happy with it!

This cleanser is amazing!! I never had acne as a teenager and it started popping up now... the kind of pimples under the skin that hurt. I was trying every drugstore brand of cleanser that did a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Nothing was working. My friend brought me into LUSH and now it's all I talk about. I was never a person to rave about an item of any kind but this is worthy of it! The pimples that were raised under my skin for 6 months were suddenly flat or vanished within 2 days of using. So great! I definitely recommend for acne. It's also nice that the bar can be cut to any size you want to buy!

I have used this twice daily since the moment I bought my first bar a month ago - and my face has never been happier! I have had acne issues since age 11...and 19 years later, it's just part of my daily life. I thought that I'd found a help with a dept. store brand, but would still break out and the products STING. Not so with Lush stuff! My face has never looked better, and it feels wonderful, too!
I DO use a different makeup remover for my eye makeup, as I tend towards heavy mascara/liner looks that take extra care to remove. After that step, FF does the job of re-setting my face to "clean" - not stripped of all oils, but clean of makeup and other grossness. . .
I LOVE THIS CLEANSER!

I have sensitive skin and can never seem to win with cleansers. I find one that clears my acne, but it dries out my skin. I find another that moisturizes, but it gives me acne and irritates my skin really bad. So, I thought I'd try this. It seemed perfect.

It does work very nicely. I use it every other day, and clears my skin. I don't get a lot of acne, but it does help minimize the damage and clear it faster. It dries out my skin a little bit on my forehead and chin, but not enough that my moisturizer doesn't immediately reverse the damage. All I can smell is chamomile, which I don't mind at all. The scent is light and doesn't last, so it isn't bothersome.

My best friend bought this for me and I've used it twice, but I can already tell a difference. A little background: I was on birth control pills for almost ten years and decided to get off of those horrid things! In doing so, my skin went nuts and this is something I've never had to deal with before the pill, or while I was on it. About a month after getting off the pill I started getting painful hormonal acne, and nothing was helping. It's been about 10 months now and it's starting to get better on it's own, but I think this cleanser is really helping with the redness and excess oil (something I've been very frustrated with while my body adjusts)

My face feels fresh and clean after washing, I think it could have dried my skin out a little, but I may have not moisturized well enough afterwards. I'll update this after I use it a bit longer. Also, the smell is mild and it lathers up nicely with just a little bit of water.

My skin is combination but I'd say more oily than dry. When I walked into Lush, the lovely and extremely helpful saleswoman suggested I try Fresh Farmacy so I left with a little chunk about $10 worth to try.

I don't think it completely removes your makeup, but the Tea Tree Toner picks up whatever FF doesn't. Also to be completely honest, this product did make me break out around my chin at first. I think it was because my skin is so used to more harsh products, but I continued to use it anyways and give it a shot. I am SO glad I did.

I've been using Fresh Farmacy for about 5 weeks now and I LOVE what it's been doing for my skin. I haven't had a single breakout since that one time and I feel that my skin is becoming less oily.

Fresh Farmacy is definitelyy worth a shot, Try it for at least two weeks before you think about knocking it.

I have been using this soap for over 10 years now and it is a lifesaver. As a teen, I had terrible acne. I went into a Lush where someone gave me the tip to use it as a spot treatment on pimples since my skin was dry, acneic and sensitive. This was such great advice. Flash forward many years to this year when I started experiencing some adult cystic acne along the jawline. I bought a little sliver of this to see if maybe it might help and sure enough- it is just as amazing as before. I simply could not believe the difference! To use it, I wet the soap and dab some on the spots to be treated and leave overnight. The pimples reduce dramatically overnight. If there is a particular problem area, you can try washing with the soap, then applying some as a treatment. I usually do that but put a moisturizer on between the cleanse and treatment steps to help my skin since I tend to be dry. They are kind enough to give samples (which last a lifetime when using as a treatment) and that way you can determine if it works for your skin. My skin reacts and breaks out to EVERYTHING, so sampling is imperative for me. I have hooked my mom, sister and many friends on this underrated little pink soap! Definitely worth a try!!

wow! there are no words for how much i love this product. i have battled with adult acne for a few years now, buying just about everything on the market.. from cheap to expensive and everything in between..

let me also tell you, that right before i started using this i finally broke down and went to see a dermatologist (i don't like them cuz i sincerely think it's a business, and there's no way all those chemicals can be good for your skin) and i went thru the same situation i had before in the past with them, that stuff TORE UP my skin. it was so much worse. i couldn't take it any longer..

i thought back to a time that my skin was better about a year ago, couldn't remember what was different.. then i remembered i had tried this soap during that time! so i found myself back at Lush..

Fresh Farmacy has truly changed my skin. within a week, my face was less oily, redness was fading, pimples were healing, skin was smoothing and my face was brighter overall. i couldn't believe my eyes. i use it night & day and on my back/chest in the shower.

i will say i don't really think this takes off makeup or exfoliates, so i use makeup remover or a makeup removing foamy cleanser beforehand if i've been wearing foundation etc that day, and wrap up with this. for days i need some exfoliation i use Herbalism or Dark Angels.

i love the scent, it's a very natural/light lavender kind of smell, which i find soothing. but i know that's not for everybody.

**and here's a tip- when buying this product in store, ask if they can package it for you in the clear plastic tins they use for the other cleansers when you buy a specific amount, instead of their printed parchment paper. it will last wayyy longer if you store it out of water.

i also now use Grease Lightning and Tea Tree Water toner. i can finally say my skin is on it's way back to being healthy & happy again! i am so relived. thank you Lush Gods!

If you have sensitive skin or skin with any redness, this one is for you! I got this as a sample, and knew after the first use that I would be buying more. The smell is light and refreshing, it is easy to use and not messy at all. It is also a pale pretty pinkish color which I prefer more than some of the black and green face products. It is also great for everyday use, keeps the skin smooth and does not dry out skin or cause irritation or breakouts. Suggestion: use this as an everyday face wash, break off a piece for in the shower, and a piece to have by your sink! Also, wash with this product, and use a LUSH face mask once or twice a week for great looking skin!

My skin has been in some serious trouble since moving to the winter climate in northern Japan.

I decided to abandon my old brands and switch to Lush, starting with Fresh Farmacy. The description made it sound like it was perfect. Within three days of using morning and night, all redness, irritation, dryness (especially around my nose), and patchiness were greatly improved.

After a few weeks, my skin is normal again! My complexion is clear, clean, soft to the touch, and has a healthy transluscence and radiance. Part of the credit must go to CELESTIAL, which always follows my cleansing, but it would never work without a cleanser that balances, softens, soothes, and smoothes.

I will never live without Fresh Farmacy! This soap cleanses without leaving skin feeling dry or tight, balances, reduces redness, and clears up blemishes and prevents spots. If you have oily, red or spot prone skin, this soap is for you!

The only con is the top of the soap with the petal design is a slightly different texture, more leathery/hard and doesn't lather as much as the bottom side of the bar.

I use this facewash in the shower and bath. I use it in combination with Aquamaria which I use when i wash my face at the sink. I have extremely sensitive skin and it is great at calming it down and removing rashes and skin irritations from the environment. Since using Fresh Farmacy, my skin is in the best condition it's been in since I was a kid. My only complaint is that it doesn't remove my eye makeup well.

This was one of my first products from Lush. TWO uses, and I can already see my acne going away. Even my mom has commented that my skin feels smoother and looks nicer. It dries out my face a little bit, but if you use celestial moisturizer afterwards it balances it out nicely. My skin has a more even tone (no more redness) and it just feels better and cleaner. If you've tried everything to get rid of acne, and nothing's worked, TRY THIS. You won't be disappointed.

Fresh Farmacy leaves my skin feeling soft without causing irritation or aggravating my acne. It's very soothing and improves texture, good for oily skin. I can imagine that it might be just a bit drying for those with dry or very dry skin.
