I read the description online and went "okay maybe this might work." My face is crazy sensitive and I've been trying to find the right combination to sooth my irritated face. I got it, and love it (once I got over the smell, it's not that bad but still something that takes some getting use to). I do use this with the celestial to kind of balance out the dryness a bar soap creates. I think as long as I have access to a Lush store, I'll keep buying it!

This is my new favorite cleanser. It does such a great job cleaning my skin with out irritating it. I typically have sensitive skin that is prone to break out with new products but this one does such a great job and has not broken me out at all!!!! I use it with the tea tree toner and vanishing cream and its amazing!!! I do wish it did a better job at taking off my make up at the end of the day but other than that small issue its the best!

It made my skin look brighter but it dried it out way too much. I also break out with most moisturisers (including lush) so I can't really fix the dryness without defeating the purpose of the cleanser. My skin feels super tight and I don't care for it at all. I like my skin going back to its normal colour (its been looking a bit dark this past month) but I hate how dry it is. Not really worth it unless I find a moisturiser that works for me.

one bar goes a long way! I bought mine for 10 something, and I've been using it for about 4 months, and I still have a lot. it really helped my skin to clear up. it gives this very soft and smooth finish, and keep it in a little container because if you just leave it out in the shower room, the water vapor will melt the product.

I have very sensitive skin,my acne was at its worse..untillll i discovered this product,not to mention that i've tried several cleansers and also visited several dermatologists..nothing would help me..this product is heaven it leaves my skin feel fresh oil free and just smooth to touch.concidering that i have really oily skin this product dries it by making my acne vanish.
I'll also add that i've only been using this product for one week now and the acne is almost all gone,you can imagine my joy after all the other therapy i went through hahaha..
i'd also like to add that i use tea tree water toner after i wash my face with this product..
my skin now is on its way to become flawless and all this thanks to lush..

I use it every night and some mornings. I am 14 and i have been using it since I was like 12 and started getting acne. It keeps me from breaking out, and if i skip a day using it, i break out. I just splash my face with warm water, rub a sliver of soap on, rub it, then wash it with warm water. It smells great too. I haver absolutely noting malign it with, because its so great:)

First and foremost. I really like Fresh Farmacy, it has really helped clear up a lot of my blemishes and whatnot. I tend to develop cystic like acne under my jawline. And ever I've been using it I've seen some pretty good results. I've noticed a decrease in acne on my face overall, except when I went on vacation and did not stick to the routine that I had (washing morning and evening) But now that I've been back on for a few days the acne is decreasing much faster than without. My one and only qualm is that it is a little drying, and honestly, nothing has ever dried out my face before, even benzoyl peroxide when I've used it in excessive amounts. However, the dry spots are on the healing acne not throughout my face, so I've managed to just go a little lighter on the washing there, maybe add a little moisturizer to just those spots. And that seems to make it feel better. I do have a suggestion for an alternative I used a sample of Aqua Marina for about a month and it seemed to be much less drying and gave my face a lot less tightness and more softness and felt more calming on my skin, so that would be my suggestion to those who feel like this is too drying. I really liked AM and plan to get it again, which had I not tried it I know I would be giving FF a full 5 stars. Oh Lush look at you compete with yourself.

I have extremely good skin at age 19, but at "that time" it looks terrible. My chin looks like a warzone of scabs and it's extremely painful. I've also suffered from body acne since the beginning of high school and when I used this product on my skin, it cleared up every single scab and pimple on my shoulders/back. It makes my skin soft and I find that it gives it a glow. I have never met a product that makes my back look decent before this one. I use it in the morning in the shower after using Angels on Bare skin & I use it at night also followed by Angels on Bare skin (but only on my face). This is by far the best product I have ever come across for my skin! The only thing I didn't like was the smell, but it's not foul. Just didn't like it myself.

I started using this product after it had been highly recommended to me at the lush store but after using this product for a couple of weeks i noticed that my skin had gotten even worse. More blemishes than before. I stopped using and went to another cleanser and saw that the blemishes were cleared up. I wouldn't recommend this product.

This is by far the best cleanser I've ever used, so much so that I am now writing the first product review of my life so that other people can know of its brilliance. I have fairly sensitive skin, and used to break out quite often. After using this regularly, my skin is so much softer and I barely ever get acne. I use it twice it day to wash my face in the morning and evening. However, it doesn't exfoliate at all, so for me it has worked really well to rotate Herbalism in a few times a week. The only negative is that the smell of Fresh Farmacy was really off putting the first few times I used it. However, the scent fades away, and even if it didn't I would use and repurchase this product anyway because the results are so fantastic.

I have very sensitive skin that's acne prone. So unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I've been using my fresh farmacy sample and applying over aqua marina to areas of my face with acne. This works nicely, but I think it's crazy to buy two cleansers to wash my face with...

I tried washing my entire face only with fresh farmacy...It's really drying and irritating to my skin. I could only rub for a short amount of time before my skin started hurting. I followed up with vanishing cream.

Although it says it's made for sensitive skin, I find it to be a little harsh.

i wish i liked this because its pretty expensive- paid about 11 dollars. i always use my aveeno cleanser and was so excited when the lush lady recommended this to me because of my oily skin. i washed it with this that night, and for a couple of days... and it broke me out. i have pimples all over my cheek and mouth area. i have to admit, i dont get pimples often (once every two weeks probably), but i really wish i loved this like the others!!! :( and it made my skin feel a little tight... plus it smells kinda gross, gotta say.

In combination with Grease Lightning, I have:
-not had any more acne
-my scars have faded
-my skin is smooth and exfoliated

Frankly, I had no idea a product could work so fast with such great results. I am beyond thrilled, as my last regimen wasn't working anymore.

This product has no cons, as it's gentle, smells fabulous, and is perfect. Period.

It does NOT smell like calamine, like other users have said, it smells like almonds - just like Buffy.

so i bought this the other day and i was super happy with it cause after i use it i can tell my face isnt as red and its soooooo soft! i use it just to wash my face in the morning and when i go to be and it just makes my face feel soo fresh and clean i love it! the only thing that is kinda weird is sometimes i be this feel on my face like my face is dry but when i feel it its not even dry its super soft but that goes away really fast and then my face just feels great!

I used to have really dry sensitive skin in the winter and combination in the summer I didn't have acne or acne problems a pimple here and there no blemishes until this summer I used a new scrub on my face that broke me out and caused me not only to get acne but cystic acne and my skin had gotten really oily for the first time in my life. So I went in spoke to one of the Lush girls who was so sweet and she made some recommendations and gave me a sample of this soap, which works great it stings me a bit but not that much plus that lets me now its doing what its suppose to CLEAN! I love the smell and it doesn't leave my skin oily or dry its just right I will definitely be in there this weekend to get some more

I use this as kind of a precleanser at night before using herbalism. I remove my make up with drugstore make up remover and then use this to cut through the make up remover and any residual make up and then rub in herbalism. I tried using this bar alone and found it to be nice, but not powerful enough for me. It would be glorious for sensitive skin, though.

Great for oily/acne prone skin. Which i have!! It controls the oil without overdrying your skin. Of course it doesnt remove make up, i dont think thats what its for anyway! Anyway if you have oily skin and tend to break i suggest you try this because it soothes my red patches on my face so well, and it also leaves my skin feeling awesome. I will only use lush products on my sensitive skin for now on :)

I use this, grease lightning, and herbalism. All 3 have done a great job for controlling my oily/acne prone skin. I wont say my skin is completely clear because if you are a person who suffers from acne like me, then u also know that there is no permanent cure to get rid of ALL acne forever! Which sucks but Lush has been able to help control my acne and i love it :)

I found lush product by searching it on the internet for what's the remedy for pimples , I'm on my 20's but I do still get pimple and I hate to see it. Every time when I go to grocery store I always search for some new facial cleansers that will work but none of them do work they are just a waste of money , And I do read online of some facial cleanser that might work.I've been using pro active for a month what it just do it makes my skin so dry and lots of pimple still. So I found this fresh pharmacy which organic soap , I been using this for 2months now and it does really work ,I am happy to see my face with no pimples, feels clean , I do get hormonal pimple but it will go away the next day not the same before it adds on more , now feels great .Right now this is my second purchase for this, it do melt fast that's my only thing I always keep it in a little tub.

I've had problem skin since I entered my 20's and have been searching for years for something to clear my skin! Nothing worked for very long and everything I tried irritated or dried out my skin. Until now! Fresh Farmacy is PERFECT! I wasn't sure about it when I first used it because it doesn't suds like a normal soap, but after a week my skin began to feel better.
