This is a staple in my daily routine. I love that the texture is soft and pliable and the smell is refreshing. I have acne prone skin and I really feel like this has helped- and trust me, I have tried everything from prescription, over the counter, and subscription face products.

I would recommend to keep it in a metal tin (closed container) in order to keep it from drying out.

I used this morning and night when I first got it. I love to exfoliate and I feel there is no need to when using this particular soap. It effectively cleans my skin, however after the first week of use my face dried out. I'm greasy as can be and this dried me out to where I had irritation under my lip and on my chin area - it hurt. I gave it a week break to allow my skin to heal, but I kept wanting to use it because of how well it cleanses. Once my skin got back to normal I decided to only use it at night. In my opinion, you need to follow this soap (and I think ALL Lush soaps) with a good moisturizer. Now that I only use this at night, I pair it with Coco Lotion and my face feels super clean. I'm a happy camper with this regimen.

I've been washing my face with the Farmacy bar for about two years now. Two years ago, and prior to that, my face was oily, and it was common for me to break out. I tried every brand of face wash that you can think of, and nothing worked for me. Now, I wash my face with Farmacy in the morning, and then I use Angels on Bare Skin (another face wash) in the evenings. Farmacy is gentle on sensitive skin and smells great. With age, my face is no longer oily, so I tend to have dryer skin now. I use Angels on Bare Skin to help balance the natural oils on my face.

I am a firm believer in using simple, clean, all-natural products on skin. I have no idea what most of the chemicals are used in products these days, but actually knowing the ingredients used in LUSH products is a great advantage.

I highly recommend both products!

I travel a lot and am always looking for carry-on friendly products (no liquids). Most of my favourite face washes are in liquid form so I decided to give this a shot.

My skin is pretty well behaved, I don't wear makeup and wash my face and moisturize once a day. I get the occasional stress pimple on my chin but generally have clear skin with minor ruddyness in the cheeks.

I tend to baby my skin and thought this might be a soothing product. It was really silky and creamy on my face, and I liked the medicinal smell. It left my skin squeaky clean but by the time I got out of the shower it was tight and dry.

I like my cleansers to not be so drying, but with a moisturizer this would be good for travel.

I was really excited to purchase this product after reading some information on it. When I bought it I noticed it smelled really nice, like a fresh, natural lavender smell. However, when I washed with it, it left my skin feeling dried out. It had a nice clean feel, but my face was tight and a bit flaky after an hour or so.

This product is great, it cleans skin really well; however, it cleans it so well that it removes all of my natural oils. When that happens my face overproduces oil, which kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning my face with Fresh Farmacy.

It's always been so hard to keep my acne prone combination skin from break outs. It's either too drying in my dry zones around my cheeks and nose or too greasy for my oily skin on my forehead and chin. But Fresh Farmacy with Tea Tree Water and Cosmetic Lad moisturizer, topped with a weekly treatment from the Catastrophe Cosmetic mask, my skin is glowing and acne free for the first time since I was a pre teen.

This stuff is amazing for summer! (In the winter I switch to Aqua Marina as my skin dries out more here in the NE.)

I have combination skin & it does dry out my skin a bit more than I would like it to. In combining it with argan oil, it has done wonders for my adult acne.

The only problem is after using it for a bit it turns into a hard lump of a rock & a lot of it goes to waste. I've tried crushing it & rubbing it into my hands but it's so hard I'm even afraid to put it in a blender to get more use out of it. Once it gets to that stage it's not easy to get enough of it to use.

I have sensitive acne prone skin so I thought this would be perfect for me, but it completely dried out my skin after the first use! I tried it again but no luck :(

I really think I like this product. I have had almost perfect skin throughout all my life. Recently, I have noticed more redness and spots and bumps and it may be because I am getting older. I have a feeling that my skin may dry a little with this product but it is still a great product. I use it with the Eau Roma Water and the Celestial moisturizer and although it's my 2nd day, some people have already commented on how great my skin is looking. I have noticed that the bumps and redness is going away. I am going to keep trying it and if it keeps working like it seems it is, it will be my favorite new cleanser!

I cannot believe the difference this has made! I am 27 years old and I've been battling acne since I was a pre-teen! I only have moderate acne, and it's usually on my chin. However, I also have very dry skin. I cannot explain how difficult it is to find a cleanser for acne that doesn't dry my skin out. I have finally found it! My skin is clear, my pores are smaller, and my makeup just glides on and looks so much better! Thank you for creating this fantastic cleanser!

I'm a new lush buyer and was looking for something to combat my combination, acne prone face. After the first couple of washes I was really excited, it seemed to be minimizing my pores and it made my skin feel really soft but after about two weeks of normal use it's ruining my face! It's made the skin around my nose and across my chin red, irritated and very painful. It's also causing me to breakout worse than before, and in new places. I never thought of myself as the type with very sensitive skin but maybe that's just my problem, hopefully I'll find a product on here that helps my acne without all the problems.

Finally, finally, finally! I've been searching far and wide for a skin care routine that works. I'm combination oily and very acne prone, most of it being hormonal, and Fresh Farmacy has relieved me of the stress that comes with constantly breaking out and settling for less with mediocre and damaging face wash. Not only does it clean the you-know-what out of your face (I completely disagree with previous posts saying it's bad for taking off makeup, it's the opposite with me. I use white towels, trust it.) but it's super effective in evening skin tone and calming your face so the acne can heal! I was so hesitant to buy this product that I went through aqua marina and herbalism first just because I THOUGHT I knew what my skin needed, and I was so wrong. Fresh Farm is deceiving, being so simple and just appearing as if it "won't work" but it does. It's not too good to be true. Buy this! You'll be so happy with it!

This cleanser is amazing!! I never had acne as a teenager and it started popping up now... the kind of pimples under the skin that hurt. I was trying every drugstore brand of cleanser that did a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Nothing was working. My friend brought me into LUSH and now it's all I talk about. I was never a person to rave about an item of any kind but this is worthy of it! The pimples that were raised under my skin for 6 months were suddenly flat or vanished within 2 days of using. So great! I definitely recommend for acne. It's also nice that the bar can be cut to any size you want to buy!

I have used this twice daily since the moment I bought my first bar a month ago - and my face has never been happier! I have had acne issues since age 11...and 19 years later, it's just part of my daily life. I thought that I'd found a help with a dept. store brand, but would still break out and the products STING. Not so with Lush stuff! My face has never looked better, and it feels wonderful, too!
I DO use a different makeup remover for my eye makeup, as I tend towards heavy mascara/liner looks that take extra care to remove. After that step, FF does the job of re-setting my face to "clean" - not stripped of all oils, but clean of makeup and other grossness. . .
I LOVE THIS CLEANSER!

I have sensitive skin and can never seem to win with cleansers. I find one that clears my acne, but it dries out my skin. I find another that moisturizes, but it gives me acne and irritates my skin really bad. So, I thought I'd try this. It seemed perfect.

It does work very nicely. I use it every other day, and clears my skin. I don't get a lot of acne, but it does help minimize the damage and clear it faster. It dries out my skin a little bit on my forehead and chin, but not enough that my moisturizer doesn't immediately reverse the damage. All I can smell is chamomile, which I don't mind at all. The scent is light and doesn't last, so it isn't bothersome.

My best friend bought this for me and I've used it twice, but I can already tell a difference. A little background: I was on birth control pills for almost ten years and decided to get off of those horrid things! In doing so, my skin went nuts and this is something I've never had to deal with before the pill, or while I was on it. About a month after getting off the pill I started getting painful hormonal acne, and nothing was helping. It's been about 10 months now and it's starting to get better on it's own, but I think this cleanser is really helping with the redness and excess oil (something I've been very frustrated with while my body adjusts)

My face feels fresh and clean after washing, I think it could have dried my skin out a little, but I may have not moisturized well enough afterwards. I'll update this after I use it a bit longer. Also, the smell is mild and it lathers up nicely with just a little bit of water.

My skin is combination but I'd say more oily than dry. When I walked into Lush, the lovely and extremely helpful saleswoman suggested I try Fresh Farmacy so I left with a little chunk about $10 worth to try.

I don't think it completely removes your makeup, but the Tea Tree Toner picks up whatever FF doesn't. Also to be completely honest, this product did make me break out around my chin at first. I think it was because my skin is so used to more harsh products, but I continued to use it anyways and give it a shot. I am SO glad I did.

I've been using Fresh Farmacy for about 5 weeks now and I LOVE what it's been doing for my skin. I haven't had a single breakout since that one time and I feel that my skin is becoming less oily.

Fresh Farmacy is definitelyy worth a shot, Try it for at least two weeks before you think about knocking it.
