Q:What is the shelf life of this product? Can I use it until it is gone or do I need to replace it within a certain period of time?Asked on 1/10/2015 by Endlessly from Minnesota
A:Full of Grace has a 14 month shelf life from the time it was made, as long as it is being stored in a cool, dry place.Answered on 2/15/2015 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
A:I'm not sure about LUSH's official recommendations for this product's shelf
life but mine usually last ~6months on rotation between my other face
moisturizers. I tend to use it less in the Summer but more frequently in
cold/dry months. I don't store it carefully: it is sitting on a dish in the
open air and I've never had an issue with it changing

Q:if it melts at room temperature even in a tin how should i store it?Asked on 6/5/2014 by rebmas
A:Full of Grace is designed to melt at body temperature, not room temperature, so there should be no problems storing it in a container away from moisture. If it is really hot inside your house, you may notice it is a little bit softer than usual, and if you prefer, it can be stored in the fridge.Answered on 9/23/2014 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
A:Full of Grace serum just gets soft and doesn't really 'melt', unless you
live in hot climate without air conditioning. I have mine still in the
cellophane it came in. It gets soft, doesn't melt.
I would keep it in the tin, on my bathroom counter.Answered on 6/5/2014 by Anonymous
A:It does not melt at room temperature, I keep it in the little baggie it came in and not once did it melt. My bathroom can get pretty warm too sometimes and all that happened to the bar was that it was a little softer.Answered on 6/5/2014 by Misia from OC
Q:HEY LUSHIES! I was just wondering if this can be used as a moisturizer! If anyone has any opinions, that would be great! Thanks :)Asked on 1/18/2014 by Kingsley from Green Bay, WI
A:You can definitely use Full of Grace as a solid form of moisturizer if you'd like! Just smooth it over your face just as if you were using it as a serum. Enjoy!Answered on 3/21/2014 by Brandy from LUSH
A:Yes! Absolutely. Full of Grace is a great moisturizer to use at night
right before you go to bed and just after you wash your face. I love it!Answered on 1/22/2014 by Anonymous
A:Yes!! This is a great moisturizer. When you put it on it feels greasy at first, but then your skin soaks it up!! It's great to put on at night. That way you wake up with smooth silky skin!!!

A:It can be used as a moisturizer, but it takes a while to soak in and is a little greasy, so I would only use it at night.

Q:If I were to use this as a daily day-time or night-time moisturizer, how long would this product last?Asked on 12/13/2013 by Elizabeth from Seattle, WA
A:It is always difficult for us to gauge how long a product like this will last, as it depends on how often you're using it (day and night) and how much you use at a time. The solid products tend to last quite some time, and a little goes a long way with this one. I personally use it only in the evenings, and apply an average amount to my forehead and cheeks, and it lasts me about 4 months typically.Answered on 2/26/2014 by Kendra M from LUSH Direct
A:This product last a long time ! At night I
Would apply another moisturizer over it:)

Q:Ok so I have really really REALLY sensitive skin that's also dryish around the chin and lip area so I was wondering if I could still use Full Of Grace without getting a reaction. I'm also in middle school still so I wanna know if it's still ok for me to use it!Asked on 11/5/2013 by Angela from California
A:Yes, ABSOLUTELY! I also have some dry patches on my chin and I use it at night when I go to bed (because I have oily skin) and it works wonders. I highly recommend this product. I have never gotten a reaction from this product, but if I were you, I would definitely check the ingredients and see if there's anything on the list that raises red flags for you.Answered on 3/28/2014 by durbanpoison from Los Angeles, CA
Because I'm old enough to be your grandma, we probably have very different skin issues. But, like you, I have REALLY sensitive skin--rosacea, eczema--all of it. I even have to take my own pillowcases with me when I travel, because of skin reactions to detergents, fabric softeners, etc. So I know how you feel, but I can only tell you about my experience; we're all different.. Over the years (decades!) I have tried about every skin product out there (even prescription stuff) and I believe that FULL OF GRACE IS THE BEST EVER! I've used Full of Grace for several months now and I don't have any bad reaction to it at all. I think that it has even helped my skin to heal (I have dry patches like that, too). My skin has never been healthier or looked better. Good luck! I hope this helps.Answered on 11/8/2013 by Anonymous
A:Full of Grace would be an excellent choice because it's gentle enough for sensitive skin. Our serum bar is intended for all skin types, particularly sensitive skin, as we use portobello mushrooms in it for their plentiful vitamins and antioxidant properties. Our solid moisturizing serum is packed full of hydrating tropical butters, calming chamomile and antioxidant mushroom extract to keep your skin in fantastic condition, all year round. Q:I am thinking about getting full of Grace, but I wander if its to oily for my skin, I do have oily skin most in the summer I am using the vanishing cream which I am in love with but I am in my 40's and I would like to use this serum. would this work for me?Asked on 8/26/2013 by nina from Clarkesville Ga
A:Full of Grace is very hydrating for the skin, and is definitely still appropriate for oilier skin types because it absorbs completely into the skin. You probably wouldn't want to combine it with Vanishing Cream, but it should work well for you either in place of, or alternating with it.Answered on 10/9/2013 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
A:I really love my full of grace serum. I feel like it works really well to add that needed hydration for my face. I would however say that if your skin is already somewhat oil prone then this may not be exactly what you're looking for, if you're wanting a product for daytime use. Perhaps use it as a night time treatment? Overall though, I do love this stuff. I hope this was helpful :)

A:I use this product at night, even in the summer. The lovely lavender scent and smooth application are so very nice. A good cleanser will help with your oily skin with a toner for follow-up. Then to use the Full of Grace, I start on my forehead to get it warmed up and spread it around from there. It is very soothing and leaves my skin so supple.Answered on 8/30/2013 by Anonymous
A:I would start out by using it at night (little bit goes a long way) and see how it works for your skin. I have combination skin that is more towards the oily side and this has done wonders for me! Try using it without moisturizer on top and you should be good to go :)Answered on 8/29/2013 by AvidLushie from Texas
Q:Will this bar fit into a massage bar tin as it it oval like the massage bar tin? Needs to be portable and protected for travel.Asked on 5/9/2013 by Candy from Moorhead, MN
A:The best fin for Full of Grace is actually the Body Butter (square) tin. Full of Grace fits on a perfect diagonal inside of it, while I find the Massage Bar Tin a bit too long for it, giving it a lot of space to move around.Answered on 9/24/2013 by Laura C from LUSH Direct
Q:Will the ingredients in this solid serum cause acne? Is it comodogenic?Asked on 4/29/2013 by Aka
A:Full of Grace is very nourishing and gentle on the skin, and we've chosen ingredients that work with the skin rather than against it by clogging pores!Answered on 9/24/2013 by Brandy from LUSH
A:To my knowledge, it will not cause acne. A friend of mine who works at Lush said that the Full of Grace serum will actually help towards clear skin. However, I`m sure that it depends based on your skin type and how sensitive your skin is, so I would double check with a Lush expert.Answered on 6/24/2013 by ivana from burnaby, bc
Q:I just got this yesterday and notice it can melt kind of quickly. Would storing it in the fridge help with this and then maybe take it out a few hours prior to use, to get to room temp? I would moatly use this at night.Asked on 9/3/2012 by Shan from Tarzana, CA
A:In the summer when it's warm out, it may be a good idea to store the Full of Grace in the refrigerator if it's melting at room temperature. Generally, when the temperature isn't too hot, or during the rest of the year, it can be kept at room temperature in a nice, dry place, for best results.Answered on 9/5/2012 by Megan from LUSH
Q:Is this used as an anti-aging serum? Or is it just a moisturizer?Asked on 8/31/2012 by melliemoo17 from United States
A:I would say it's both, it's a serum and leaves my skin baby soft :)Answered on 11/12/2014 by Rachel from Minnesota
A:I prefer to use it as a serum, as I find it's quite intense, and works best applied to the skin overnight in a thick layer.Answered on 9/5/2012 by Megan from LUSH
Q:I was wondering how long this would last considering many of your products are made so fresh, which i really love!Asked on 8/17/2012 by Tiff
A:Full of Grace has a 14 month shelf life, but it's always best used as fresh as possible.Answered on 8/28/2012 by Megan from LUSH Direct
Q:What is the best way to store this so none of it is wasted?Asked on 7/13/2012 by Danielle from Chicago, IL
A:I like to keep Full of Grace in a shampoo bar tin, or if you like, you could pop it into a ziploc-style baggie between uses. Keep it someplace cool and dry for best results.Answered on 8/28/2012 by Megan from LUSH Direct
Q:Do I use this after toner as a moisturizer?Asked on 7/5/2012 by Lush Addict
A:The serum can be used in lieu of a moisturizer, or can be used as a treatment underneath a fresh face. It has a lot of really rich and moisturizing ingredients, like murumuru and cupuacu butters, portobello mushrooms, and almond oil, so it can absolutely be used to moisturize the skin!Answered on 7/13/2012 by Laura from LUSH
Q:I've been using Full of Grace and then right after I put on Celestial. I'm wondering if I can use just the Full of Grace as a moisturizer, or should I continue to use both? Just not sure if its silly to use both if they both provide the same thing. My skin is normally red, and ever since I started using these, it looks so much better. Thanks!Asked on 5/14/2012 by Kim from Hogwarts NJ
A:Full of Grace works amazing as moisturizer by itself! Just make sure to use a thin layer if you plan on going out or putting make up on over it.
If you're still curious, try going a week or so using only one of the products then switch it off the next week to see if there are any noticeable differences from using both together, or using just one or the other. If you can't tell much of a difference between them, I recommend going with whichever one will last you longer for the price.Answered on 6/10/2012 by MintBerryCrunch from Bremerton, WA
A:The Full Of Grace is perfectly suited as a moisturizer so if you find this is working for you there is no reason this cannot be your main moisturizer.Answered on 8/31/2012 by Anonymous
Q:I've heard all over to try the serum UNDER a mask - why? Am I missing the logic to this?Asked on 5/11/2012 by ashes0farose from Northern Colo
A:i guess the reason i would say to use it for that is because when you use a mask it opens up your pores so when you have this under a mask it kind of can get into your pores and help your skin. either way its an amazing product! smells bomb!Answered on 7/9/2012 by ashley from lincoln, NE
A:Full of Grace is easily absorbed by the skin, so using it under a mask can help those nourishing ingredients to really sink in!Answered on 10/26/2012 by Brandy from LUSH
Q:When using this product with the grease lightning product...which goes one gets applied first?Asked on 2/15/2012 by Alli
A:I would advise to apply the Grease Lightning first, and then the Full of Grace serum for ease of application.Answered on 2/16/2012 by Megan from LUSH
A:I personally apply grease lightning first..give it time to soak in and then apply full of grace.Answered on 3/25/2012 by Maggie from Ohio
A:You put the grease lightning first, then the full of grace. I tried it the other way around, and lets just say these two dont seem to play nice.
The full of grace takes a while to absorb into your skin, and after 10 mins of putting full of grace first, I applied grease lightning. While I was rubbing it in, it appeared in white circles.Answered on 4/29/2012 by Jen_The_Bean from New York, NY
