Give Yourself a LUSH Facial Massage
A facial massage is one of the best ways to keep your skin from aging more than it should. When you wake up, or before you go to bed, a facial massage can:
- Release embedded particles
- Increase blood flow to flush toxins and bring more nutrients to skin cells
- Relieve stress
- Relieve sinus congestion
- Decrease puffiness
- Relax facial muscles
- Discourage wrinkles
Step 1: Start with a clean face and take a fingertip’s worth of Ultrabland and rub into palms of your hands to give a light coating. This helps to reduce friction during the massage.
Step 2: Place your right hand on left side of your forehead and gently stroke toward the opposite side. Then, use the other hand to stroke in the opposite direction. Repeat 10 times.
Step 3: Place index finger above eyebrow and middle finger below your eye socket. Gently stroke the fingers out to the temples. Repeat 10 times.
Step 4: Place both hands over the face, Gently draw the hands down toward the chin, out to the edge of the jaw, up the side of the face and back to start position. Repeat 10 times.
Step 5: Place right hand on mouth and gently stroke over to the left side. Use the other hand to stroke in the opposite direction. Repeat 10 times.
Step 6: Using both hands, gently stroke one side of the neck in upward motions. Repeat 10 times. Repeat on the other side.
Step 7: Raise both hands to eye level. Part your fingers to create a space between the middle and ring fingers, place hands over (but not touching cheeks). Gently rub around each ear. Repeat 10 times.
