Glogg

I first got this for Christmas two years ago. I get it whenever I can. It is the best thing Lush has ever made. I hope it stays permanently in the Retro section. I would be soooo sad if it was gone forever :( But this is the perfect product for me!

This has the most deliciously perfect winter scent. Oranges and cinnamon and heat... Stepping out of the shower I had the all too infrequent experience of catching a wonderful hint of scent and realizing that I smell fantasic.

And then ten minutes later came the uncomfortable, excessive sense of tight skin. The lotion killed the smell rendering this a little useless.

I love the smell of this shower jell. The first time I used it was in a bath cocktail with Cinders and A Gold Star. My entire master bedroom smelled like Red Hot candy. I only got the small bottle to see if I like it, so I will have to get the big bottle because I LOVE it. I wish it would linger on the scent would linger on the skin, but it doesn't. I still love it anyway.

I'm on a holiday kick with Lush and decided to try all the products I think I'd like, even the Retro ones! I normally have a Don't-buy-if-you-can't-smell policy. I really like Glogg. I thought I would, but it's been confirmed. This is a warm, spicy Christmas-y scent that wakes me up and warms me down to my toes. I really love it. I'm a fan of mulled wine and love those scents around Christmas. Very pleased. Will buy again next year if it's available!

I absolutely love Glogg, I bought the small bottle and now I want the big one.

Glögg smells amazing! It's an intense burst of cinnamon/mulling spice scent. This scent will adhere to your hair like nothing else! You'll be sufficiently perfumed, so don't even try to smell like something else.
If you use it frequently, you will get used to the smell, but people around you will continue to find your hair alluringly scented and ask you what you about it.

I use a small amount of it because it's so strong and because I find that it dries my hair a little. Make sure you've got a good conditioner to use with it.

This stuff smells exactly like a spicy mulled mead. I bought it for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved it! The spicy scent is truly great, but on top of that, it feels warm and tingly against the skin. It is a STRONG scent, so buyers make note of that.

I wasn't sure if I would like the smell of Glogg, but I'm really happy with it. I know it's supposed to be a cinnamon smell, but to me it smells like glass bottle coca-cola...like sugary molasses with a bit of cinnamon. Now I'll have to buy the big bottle!

When I first used this product I did not know if I liked it. But sure enough it grew on me. I use Glogg as a bubble bath. The warm cozy scent mixed with bubbly hot water after a long cold fall or winter day brings upon the most comforting feeling. I ran out of Glogg mid winter last year and went into Lush to purchase another bottle a month ago. I was saddened to hear that I couldn't ge my mits on more right away! Highly HIGHLY recommend this product!

I was turned off my the scent description since I am not a cinnamon/clove fan so by chance I picked up a bottle of Glogg last year and hadn't actually used it up until a few months ago and kicking myself for not trying it sooner. The scent is pure cinnamony spicy heaven and the scent lasts all day and I mean ALL DAY on my skin and I love it. I shower with Glogg and spray on RoseJam perfume for a wonderful spice/sweet/floral combination. I am so in love with this scent I just order 4 more bottles and hope they last me a while.

It wasn't a BAD product, I just think it smelt like cloves too much. It was a very masculine scent, it was like a mixture of man and honey ham - which for me, isn't very attractive.

I tried the Glogg the last time it was available and fell in love. I love cinnamon and clove scents, and something about this was reminiscent of childhood, but in a good way. I also had a bit of a cold during the time I was using it, and found the scent and the warming sensation quite soothing.

But when I ran out, I was sad to learn that it was gone until next year. Just when I need it the most, during the dead of winter. Please, please, at least bring it back during the winter months so I can have a nice warming shower!

This is a really bold and spicy scent, so don't purchase unless you really love glogg!

First got this for Christmas from parents. The scent grew on me! Great for bubble baths, shower, and your hair! I have oily hair and it really helped keep it clean all day long.

I use this product on my arms and chest in the shower to add a layer to my smell. I hate smelling like one thing and love adding similar layers of smells. since I took my whole smell from sweet fruit and went for a richer, smoky, spicy, exotic kind of smell I thought this would add to it nicely. It smells less sickening out of the bottle and leaves a light scent when you leave the shower. Other than the smell I notice nothing special about it. Also it is not an especially awesome hair cleaner but it gets the job done in a hurry.

I used This product last year at christmas! And I LOVED IT! Plus It was my First Lush Purchase Last year! Its like christmas in a bottle, and you only need to use a small amount at a time, and instantly you smell amazing, and the small is amazing. You can use this for Shower Gel, Shampoo or even if you want a nice spciy bubble bath. Glogg is the one for you!

I have been using this constantly this holiday season. I love the warming smell in the shower, and it feels lovely on my skin. It's not moisturizing, but definitely doesn't dry me out. It's like a Christmas party in a bottle!

This is one of my favorite holiday products. The scent has a great warm, spicy, cinnamon scent. It's like bathing in hot spiced cider! And the scent LASTS, better than almost any other shower gel I've tried. One star off because it's a bit runny but that's just a personal preference of mine - I prefer a thicker gel. But I still love it. If you like cinnamon you'll most likely feel the same way!

I love this body wash!! Several reviewers said that it doesn't lather well but I pour some on a shower poof (or "loofah") and the lather is awesome!! I also find that the scent lasts a bit longer that way too.

SO FREAKING AMAZING! I bought it on a whim, thinking that it might smell good, since I love the scent of mulled wine.

And then I used it in the shower. Oh. My. Gosh. The smell was among Lush's best, and my skin (which normally becomes crackling dry with any normal soap) was left soft and perfumed.

It was so worth the money!
