Q:Is is possible to get an allergic reaction to this Grass Shower Gel? I recently noticed an underarm rash that itches like mad, and there are only a few things it could be:
- The Lush Deodorant (trichomania?) it is a white chunk.
- The Lush Green Shower Gel,
- or my razor.
Since I did not get a rash in other areas that I used my razor, I have eliminated that. And since I have used the Lush deodorant before with no allergic reactions, I have eliminated that. I have stopped using the shower gel, but wondered if you have encountered this before.
Thank you so much!Asked on 2/28/2015 by New Lushie
A:Trichomania is our amazing coconut solid shampoo, Aromaco is our packaging free deodorant. I know that if you use our any deodorant right after using your razor, you can risk irritating the sensitive skin. My advice would be to wait about 10 - 20 minutes after you shave to apply your deodorant. If you have seasonal allergies, you could be having a reaction to the Fresh Wheatgrass Juice that's in Grass shower gel, or it could be a myriad of other things.Answered on 3/21/2015 by Alexander from LUSH Direct
A:Yes it is possible the arm pit can be very sensative after shaving due to
the essential oils in the products can cause a little rash. You also can
use the tea tree toner for underneath your arms since it's bacteria that
gives you BO this is a great alternative.Answered on 3/3/2015 by Anonymous
