Comments about LUSH Healthy:

The first time I went to Lush i had a lot of fun trying and looking at all the goodies. I was sat down and played the color wheel, and one of them was healthy. So my artsy fartsy side kicked in and used the colors differently. I used apurple color on my upper lid, and since most of these eyeliners can also be used as mascara, I used Healthy for my top lash, and i used a light blue for my bottom lashes. End note, I was colorful. I have pretty long lashes (to the point where most people would be annoyed and snip them short, i leave em be). So when I use healthy on my lashes you can see the green.

I know people have trouble with clumped lashes but if you take your time and go slow when applying mascara in general, you won't clump, same with these Lush products. If you rush it it'll stick together.

But i love them when I want to be colorful.

I was surpised on seeing the bottle of color in person. Something about the ingredients in the color don't make it as evenly mixed or one color as the others, you can see splotches of yellow or blue around the edge of the bottle. The color is not the same as online either, it's not really a forest green but much lighter, a leafy, crayola grass green color.

I was also surprised to find out that unlike the other liners that are very liquid and very easy to apply in a thin to thick line depending on pressure, HEALTHY is much thicker and clumpier. There's no chance of making a thin smooth line; you're just going to have to apply it and blend in to get a green gradient if you want to use it as liner.

But that's no great sacrifice when you take into account the color you get out of it. As it's thicker it doesn't spread so much out of where you apply it, which is great because sometimes with the other liners I find they spread to thin and it's much harder to get an even application.

And it's stunning as an eyeshadow too. Though my personal favorite is to first apply HAPPINESS to the crease and brow of the eye, then HEALTHY to the eyelid and blend up, so it's a gradient from thick green to gold. It lasts all day without fading at all. It's a bright eye-catching color that really pops, it's not exactly what I was expecting but I think I'll see a lot of use from it.

I got this and i was more than a bit skeptical, it looked like it was going to be junky and cheap, but after my first use i was hooked! Every time I wear it I get compliments, i have green eyes and people are always saying "WOW that color makes your eyes pop" That being said i had to knock it back a star because of the brush, I use eyeliner everyday so im defanatly used to applying liquid, but i find the brush somewhat hard to use, maybe if it was thicker and shorter it wouldn't feel so awkward to apply. I do adore this product though. and will be buying more asap.
