This is the best lip balm I have ever tried! That's saying a lot because before I tried Honey Trap I would only use a lip balm that was medicated and contained menthol. I'm a total convert now! It feels great and soothes my really chapped, dry, flakey lips. It smells great. It really doesn't taste like much but it doesn't taste bad. It has really helped heal my dry lips. I really like that it doesn't contain petroleum ingredients too! I totally recommend this lip balm! It moisturizers really well! I take it with me everywhere I go and it fits perfectly in my pants pocket or purse. I'm almost done with my first pot and just ordered a couple more! Highly recommend! Try it!

My lips are always chapped, and most lip balm did help relieve it, but it would break out the outline of my lips from the protroleums used. This products has changed my lips so much, and for the BETTER! It leaves my lips so soft, and without slippery residue either. It goes on pretty matte. My only complaint would be that it's in a tin. If you aren't careful, it can build up some dirt. But I would never buy another lips balm. The smell is unique, but not off putting. Overall, it really is the best, and the little tin goes a loooooong way. 3 months of use and I'm only half through it.

i havent had this one too long and so far my only complaint is that im not much a fan for how strong the honey smell is, it almost gives me a headache while being on my lips. LOVE this stuff though, especially with the mint lip scrub :)

I use this daily, and it works amazingly. It's very moisturizing and it tastes delicious! I've already used one up, and I've bought a few more for my purse. One word of warning though: don't leave it out in the cold! It will FREEZE.

I guess I really didn't know how much I loved this product until I thought I had lost it. I'd been using it every day since I bought it, and my lips had never felt so soft and moist, even when I was using the expensive name-brand "healing" lip products. After I thought I had lost it and wasn't able to use it for a day, my lips felt so dry. Needless to say, I was thrilled when I found it in the black hole that is my purse, and I won't be letting it out of my sight again :)

The smell and taste were a big disappointments for me. It smelled more like peppermint with a hint of vanilla extract, than of the honey and vanilla I was expecting. The taste reminded me of an old balm I used to use, but I can't remember the name of it. I wasn't very pleasant, though.
It was very effective in softening up my lips. I took the other reviewer's advice about putting it on elbows- it worked great!

I love this balm. The smell and taste are divine! It's not greasy or too thick. Just the right amount of moisture to keep my lips soft. I wish LUSH would make this In a stick version as I travel a lot, and putting the balm on with my fingers can be tricky when I'm moving through airports and catching cabs.

Let me start off by saying that I was initially turned off by the packaging and the fact that this lip balm does not have SPF in it. I decided I would give it a try because Lush has yet to let me down. I am so happy that I gave this product a shot and have come to love the packaging. I have tried just about every lip bam there is out there, from drug store cheap to really expensive, and I can honestly say none work better than this one. The scent, texture and feeling of this balm on your lips is heavenly. It is crafted using the best quality ingredients, and best of all it is made by the best cosmetic company there is! I wish Lush would release a version with SPF in it, as I like to protect my lips when I'm at the beach.

I went into Lush looking for something that I can use on my lips because I am allergic to everything. I can only wear 1 brand of lipstick and hardly any of the lip moisturizers that are on the market. So the sales person recommended this product and I tried a sample. I liked the way it felt on my lips so I brought it. And lets just say it has been 3 weeks and this is my #1 product for my lips. Even my son who has developed the same allergic reaction to over the counter products, use this daily on his lips and he has also gotten great results.

Okay, so I've been a makeup artist for 14 years and I have never come across anything this perfect for the lips. You will have the most beautiful looking lips if you use this daily, or nightly before bed as part of your skincare routine!!! On every face I put makeup on I moisturizer the skin then put this on lips until I'm done applying the foundation, eye makeup ect. Then I dab it off with a tissue and viola! The most gorgeous kissable plump lips ready for lipstick!!!! People are constantly asking me what I'm using on girls lips and this is it!!!! Every woman needs this!!!! I also let my 4 year old wear it instead of the junk glosses they sell for play for little girls in the store and she loves it!!!!!! You need this, period!!!! Xoxo Angie

I absolutely *love* Honey Trap! I don't wear any makeup besides the occasional lip balm/gloss, which I apply once and don't think about the rest of the day. With Honey Trap I'm consistently reapplying it! My boyfriend even loves the smell so much he asks to use it whenever I get it out!

My lips feel moisturized the entire day, and day after. The smell is wonderful. It's not sticky or gooey. The only problem I have with it is you have to reapply quite often, but I don't really consider that a problem as I'd rather have than than stickyness!

I picked up this item at the registeron a whim because I love anything dealing with Honey and I'm really, really glad I did!

About two years ago, I became allergic to any type of chapstick, any type of lipstick and I had no clue what I was allergic to. My lips would start to crack everytime I tried to moisturize with new lip balms. I was introduced to Lush and had someone recommend Honey Trap for my sensitive lips! So glad I got it! My lips have not broken out in hives or become cracked and it's been 3 months of using this product. So excited.

Only thing is it doesn;t last long, so I have to reapply a lot, otherwise great product!

It's not long-lasting on the lips, I need to apply it often. But, it is a long-lasting product. I've had it for over two months and I've barely put a dent in the amount of product. I use it every day before I put on lipgloss or lipstick. I also put it on after my shower or when I was my face. It's got a unique smell, and doesn't really taste like anything. I would purchase it again!

This lip balm is literally the best thing to EVER hit my lips! It smells amazing ,but not super overpowering. I don't like that I have to stick my finger into the pot to get it out or that it doesn't last as long as others ,but all that aside its great! Worth every penny I paid for it.

I keep this in my purse and use it every day (sometimes 2 or 3 times). It is also great to put on before your go outside in the cold weather. It tastes great, smells great, and lasts a long time. It keeps my lips perfectly moisturized and my lips have never been in such great shape (especially in the New York winter)!!!!

I have to admit I like the lip balm in of it's self, it feels great on the lips! However I really didn't think that it would have such an over-overpoweringly sweet smell. I was expecting it to be sweet but more complex a bit like Honey I Washed the Kids, but it smells a lot more like imitation vanilla extract.

I used this product every day, and although I'm not sure if this is recommended, aside from putting it on my lips, I also put it on my elbows and sometimes the heels of my hands. It can be a little greasy, but honestly... it is the only product I've ever used that has kept my hands and elbows from becoming chapped during winter. I'm a sculptor, so I need something that will sink into my skin fast and not leave residue everywhere if I have to put it on when I'm in the shop. This does the trick!!!

Before buying Honey Trap I was a diehard Burt's Bee's fan. Although I still use Burt's from time to time, Honey Trap is now a staple. However- I always make sure I put this in a pocket that is close to my body. Its hard to emulsify and I hate digging my finger around inside the product just to get it to a consistency where it is smear-able... so, if I keep it in a pants pocket where it is exposed to my body heat, problem solved!!!

I love this lip balm. It smells/tastes really good. My friends and I spent a while trying to figure out the scent/taste on our own, and finally concluded to a honey/peppermint/vanilla combo. I recommend applying after using the Mint Julep lip scrub.

Lasts the night when I put it on before bed, and I'm very happy to have a lip balm that's not petroleum-based.
