This shampoo is a boon for those with oily hair. It is very clarifying, to the point of drying your hair out. Follow up with a conditioner for sure. I like to use this once a week to get all the product build up and gunk out of my hair. Could get a little too drying for daily use. I'd rather use something gentler for every other day.

I got a sample of I Love Juicy from my "local" Lush store (it's the closest one near me which is not really that close) after I complained to them about my fine hair losing volume and getting very greasy within a day. Once I got out of the shower from trying the sample, I immediately noticed how bouncy my hair was even when it was wet (and uncombed). After I dried and combed it, my hair feels like I just finished getting my hair done at the salon - soft, bouncy, and smells DELICIOUS!!!

I'm definitely buying a bottle.

I have oily hair and I am always looking for a new shampoo to get rid of my oil. This one didn't do the trick for me. My hair becomes oily just hours after washing with this shampoo. On the plus side it smells amazing and I love the way it lathers.

This was my first LUSH shampoo. I was nervous about using an all natural product but those fears soon disappeared. I have fine hair that gets oily, static like, flat, you name it, and finding a product that is attends to those factors can be frustrating. Some help that static but then weigh it down, where others help volume and I look like a kid who rubbed a balloon on their head.

I Love Juicy lathers so well which also makes it cost efficient because you do not need a lot. When it's done cleaning and doing its job it completely rinses out, no leftover greasy gunk feeling. Just your clean, great smelling fresh hair.

I didn't want to list a con because it isn't anything major. This can dry your hair out but for me it is because it is fully cleaning and scrubbing my lovely locks fresh. That's when a LUSH conditioner completes the awesome package.

This is great if you HAVE HAIR. Trying something that's all natural can make you skeptical but its definitely worth giving it a shot.

I was hesistant to try I Love Juicy at first. While I have oily hair, I also have dry/itchy/ezcma prone scalp and a tendency toward dry hair. And this was mainly purchased to help with the oil issue.

I'm so glad I bought a bottle! It smells AMAZING, and it has worked wonders calming the oil. My main concern was my hair drying out more than it normally is because of how cleansing this shampoo is....but I haven't noticed any. If anything my hair isn't as brittle now.

That being said...I don't use products or heat on my hair. I'm a wash and go kind of girl (it was a big deal to start using conditioner...) so if the oil/gunk is from product build up...I can't say anything to that. I do know that I've never had a problem getting all of the Superbalm out with it.

I LOVE this shampoo! I received it as a Christmas gift after I hinted on wanting to try it. As the product info indicates, this shampoo is for people with OILY HAIR so it was perfect for me. It is definitely not for somebody with already dry roots-beware!
I have thick, wavy hair that goes to mid-back and I find about a quarter-sized dollop works for me. As shampoo is meant to be used on just your roots, that's the only place I lather it in. I use it once a week as a clarifying shampoo to get rid of any gunky build-up I get from heavy conditioners or other hair products throughout the week.
The scent is so delicious. It's funny because I don't get a hint of pineapple or mango. It actually smells like bananas-but in candy form. Think of banana Necco Wafers. You get that banana scent, but it's quite sweet.

Out of all the drugstore and professional oily hair shampoos I've tried, this is definitely the best! I have really greasy hair especially if I don't wash it daily, and with this it cleans it magnificicently and can go 2-3 days without another shampooing.

I have always had an issue with greasy, oily hair. No matter what shampoo I use, I would have to blow dry immediately after washing to aviod it getting greasy. The first time I used this product I blow dried it and it didn't get greasy or oily for 3 full days. I have never been able to go that long without my hair getting greasy. It even cleared up my dandruff. I haven't seen any dandruff since using this product. I was so impressed with this product and I will never put another shampoo in my hair. I have been using it for about a month now and it has increased the shine and overall apperance of my hair. It looks salon fresh every time I wash it. Amazing product. American Cream conditioner is also great to use it with!!

This is the best shampoo I've ever put in my hair. I have really oily hair and have always had a problem with dandruff. I have to blow dry my hair after showering to prevent it from getting oily later that day. First time using this shampoo, I blow-dryed my hair after my shower and it lasted me 2 full days of looking salon fresh. Not only did it look fresh, but I didn't see any dandruff for the 2 days I went without washing it. I used this with American Cream Conditioner and my hair smelled wonderful and looked luscious and voluminous. I am so happy I tried this and will definitely repurchase it a million times. I do not know how it would work on dry hair but it worked wonders on my oily hair.

This shampoo is really great, I'm in love!

I bought this on a whim from Lush in early December. My hair has never really lived up to my expectations and so I'm always looking for things to eliminate my greasy hair and to make it salon-smooth and healthy again.

I Love Juicy is smelly. I like the smell; so do most of my friends and family, but some people don't. It's not crazy strong, but it is definitely there. But I don't really care, there's always someone who doesn't like a smell, right?

Anyways, it blasts through my greasy scalp, which I LOVE, and upon first wash it made my hair a freaking dream. It got greasy after a few days again, but only because I was constantly feeling my scalp and the awesome LUSH! It lathers AMAzingly well, and so even though I've been using it for a month and a half, it's still got quite I bit left, and I bought the smallest bottle.

I recommend this to anyone who has greasy hair. This is my first LUSH shampoo, I will be trying many more to find my perfect one/favorite.

I Love Juicy makes me happy. I use it about 3 times a week to cleanse my straight hair, and my hair feels and smells cleaner than it ever has before. I only have to use a tiny amount for my super long hair (I mostly scrub my scalp and just run the shampoo down to the ends to rub it in a bit). I bought the 16.9 fl. Oz. size, so it is going to last a very long time. It. smells. amazing.

Ok so I don't like washing my hair every day but if I want to wear my hair down two days in a row, I have to. That's why I tried this. I have medium thick, dry hair and thought this would be a good option for my oily scalp. I was wrong. This was way too harsh for me. It lathers like a dream and smells like gummy bears but that's all I liked about it. It made my scalp so dry and itchy. It even did the same thing to my husband and he never has a problem with any shampoo ever! I hate giving a bad review but here is the thing, I dint think this is a bad product, it is just a bad product for me. Someone with super oily hair will just love this I am sure. But unless you have a really bad oily scalp problem, I would stay away.

OMG! I have no words to describe how amazing this product is!

Before 'I Love Juicy' I had to wash my hair every single day because my roots get oily and my scalp tends to get itchy. When I started using this product, I didn't expect to use it quite often because of all the comments saying it's too harsh, but it works perfectly for me. It does not dry out my hair and I can skip days without having an itchy scalp. My hair is much healthier and my hair loss is slowly reducing.

I just got this shampoo yesterday and couldn't wait to use it. I opened it up in my college dorm room to smell it and it smelled up the whole room for a while! When I used it in the shower, the smell hit me hard, but it was amazing. I could feel how clean my hair was as soon as I started rinsing it out--my hair was squeaking after one wash, and I had barely used any product.

My hair is extremely oily, and I have never been able to find a good clarifying shampoo that removes all the oil and leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean...until now that is! This shampoo is a miracle in a bottle for my hair type and leaves it smelling amazing, but not overpowering. My favorite LUSH shampoo!

I was really happy to see a shampoo for people with oily hair because that's not something you find in many stores, then I noticed the price. I bought the smallest, and cheapest, one just to try it out. I am really glad I tried it out because it works pretty well. My hair gets oily after 1 day and I found that this shampoo helped me go a little longer without washing or using a dry shampoo. The smell is pretty nice but there's something a little off about it for me, nothing that would keep me from purchasing it again though. This shampoo made my hair feel cleaner and lighter. If you have oily hair definitely give this a shot!

I particularly like this product during hot weather. The fruity scent and oil reducing properties work nicely when it is humid and I am sweaty. At first the product smells very fruity but also medicinal. However, the medicinal scent vanishes quickly after it has been worked into the hair. I use this with Big Solid conditioner. This product causes my hair to feel dry and hay-like while it is still damp. However, once it has dried, my hair no longer feels dry. It has volume, is soft and does not feel greasy. I do not use this every day in the winter as it is somewhat harsh. It is better suited for those with oily scalps. I must use a conditioner with this shampoo.
