The bar looks amazing- I love the blue color with the dusting of sea salt. I went to the store to pick up a sample but I decided to buy a big bar. It does smell of peppermint but it also has a strange scent of some sort of cleaning product. It reminded me of bleach. I didn't like the chemical odor so I thought that was odd. Also, it left my skin really dry- I don't think I can use this as a body soap. I do like this as a kitchen soap, though.

It lasts long and smells great. After a few uses it smells like a sweet pepermint. Its great for reagularly washing yourself and also great for shaving.

I got this soap on a whim and to try something new. I knew that all the lush products were amazing so I took a chance with this soap and wasnt impressed. The soap had a nice smell to it and didnt dry out my skin but i thought it would have a peppermint feel to it when i used it on my skin. It lathers nicely though.

i recieved a free sample of this with my order. its crisp and cool smelling, like a cough drop. it feels good and although i feel like its more for a man, i do like it.

It smelled way too strong. I almost didn't want to use it, because it gave me a headache. This was my first LUSH product I've ever bought. It has a strong, manly scent which lasts a while... It's good to use on feet, though.

I have suffered from body acne for many years. This soap has eliminated my body acne completely!

This is an amazing product. Most body acne products are very drying and irritating, and don't work! This product has the perfect formula resulting in -- acne removal ( likely from the salt), good deodorizing -- super clean &fresh everywhere all day, soft skin, gentle enough for face and body use, and great minty fresh scent. Also, it lathers great in body loofah when I travel, meaning It works in hard water too.

Ice Blue is the soap that finally made my fiance give in to Lush! I've been going to Lush and buying things for a while now, and my fiance will do masks with me, and use the solid shampoos BUT he would never actually buy something with his own money. Once he smelt this Ice Blue soap he had to give in and get a small piece. I must admit it does smell really nice (not so much for me, more for him!) Thanks Lush for making stuff for everyone :)

I got a sample of this whenI bought some other items and I knew I had to get a bigger chunk of it! The peppermint scent is perfect to use in the morning to get you going. The sea salt in it also helps exfoliate your skin to make it soft and beautiful!

I love this soap! At first, I was a bit wary because the smell was very VERY strong. However, after I used it, my skin smelled faintly like peppermint. Also, my skin was softer than it has ever been! Soft Skin is Happy Skin!

I bought a chunk of this stuff for about $15 and I cut into 5 chunks to easily use. So I just got 5 soap bars out of one chunk. That's an amazing deal and plus I just can't get enough of the smell. It smells SO SO SO SO SO SO good. I just randomly go in the bathroom and wash my hands because I love it so much. Whether you love LUSH or you've never tried it, you need to buy this soap.

So I was drawn ti ice blue by its very icy exterior and beautiful color. It was given to me as a gift and Im glad it was because I wouldnt have picked it for myself. Im a huge fan of the salty coating and the smell is just so minty and fresh!

I love this soap so much because it does what soap is supposed to do and more! The smell is great but yes, I do see why some people might dislike it, it is very very minty and menthol-y. But smells are very personal so I can't say if you will like it or not.. :) As for cleaning, I use this when I wash my hands and in the shower. After I am done using it and i'm all dried off, it leaves your body feeling squeaky clean, you can rub your finger across your skin and it will literally SKID across your skin :) Which makes ME feel very clean :) As for the sea salt at the top, it does not exfoliate at ALL. I don't use it for exfloiating but if you plan on it, forget about it because I didn't find it useful at all. The lather is not as creamy as other LUSH soaps, but still lathers. The color is a Gorgeous sea blue color so it does look like a piece of your own little ocean, which I love!

Love the smell of this product! It is the only thing that cleans my face in the hot summers that leave me sticky and sweaty.

I pair this with Origins face moisturizer for a perfect complexion. I could not be pimple free without this product. A must for summer and even year-round!

(This replaced "Angels on Bare Skin" as an essential for me.)

I got this as a sample for my bubblegum lip scrub and when I pulled it out the box I could smell the peppermint. Later on, I let it cool off because it could've been hot but I don't think it was. The peppermint is very intense and kind of overpowering. I'm not a fan of peppermint or anything like peppermint oil in products. I kind of wish LUSH had sent me a better sample.... like something girly and that smells great. The soap smells like Mens' cologne, it's not pleasant and it's MUCH stronger. I haven't used the soap because I wouldn't like to have my hands smell like that for a long time. I don't plan to use the soap. I'll give it to my dad or someone. In conclusion, I don't like this soap at all.

I was hoping whenever I got this as a sample that it would both lather and have some trace of peppermint in it. Not only did I have no bubbles whatsoever, but there wasn't even a hint of coolness that I've come to expect from peppermint products. It didn't even smell like peppermint; although, in retrospect, this might have been the big blue bath bomb's fault. I can't help that I love things with seaweed in it. Back on topic, however, I was half tempted to buy this until I received a sample. In order to be persuaded to buy a full bar of this, I would expect the formula to be changed so that 1)the soap actually washes and, most importantly 2) that not only does it LOOK like an iceberg, but it feels like WASHING with one.
I was so excited for this soap. I can't believe how disappointing it ended up being, despite being so visually appealing.
Also, there was exfoliating sea salt? I suppose it's hard to tell with just a sample, but if it was included, it wasn't even noticeable.

I love the smell of the soap and how it feels (the hot, cold effect on the skin), but it doesn't lather well in the shower. It does lather well when I used it to wash my hands which was wierd, but it could dry out your hands; mine were a little bit dry afterwards. Overall if you could get it to lather more, good soap.

I adore this soap. I first smelled and subsequently bought it in Hawaii so it always reminds me of Oahu. It smells so clean and the scent just makes me think of the ocean. My husband likes the scent too and it's not overly manly/womanly for either of us. But with 2 people using it, it goes a lot faster, which is a bummer.

The scent lasts for hours. I can exercise, run errands, change clothes, cook and eat meals, and 14 hours later still smell the soap on my skin. It is fantastic.

My only complaint is that it doesn't last super-long, especially in hot water. The first 1-2 times I use it my skin feels a little dry, but then my body adjusts and it works out great. I am a life-long Ice Blue buyer!

This soap smells absolutely wonderful although I don't normally feel that 'tingly peppermint' feeling on my skin. I also don't think the salt crystals are enough to be an effective exfoliant.

This soap doesn't seem to last very long. However, this is my first time using soap that I couldn't find in a supermarket, so perhaps this lifespan is the norm.

Despite the cons outweighing the pluses, I would buy this product again. (Yes, I think the smell is just that good.)
