Calming for sensitive skin
Jackie Oates is a light, soothing and gentle base for very pale skin types with cooler undertones, which are often sensitive and prone to redness. If you’re not sure whether you have warm or cool undertones, take a look at your wrists. Are your veins blue in color? If so, you have cooler undertones. Helen Ambrosen (LUSH co-founder) used soothing oats and honey, and the moisturizing, protective qualities of lanolin to calm and hydrate. The result? A perfect porcelain finish.
- For ivory tones: Jackie Oates is for extremely pale skin tones with a light bluish undertone.
- Less is more: Pale skin tends to be very sensitive, so we suggest mixing your favorite moisturizer or sunscreen into your supplement.
- Soya oil: We use soya oil in our supplements instead of mineral oil, so the skin stays flexible and nourished.
