I really like the scent of oranges and this is a lovely one. The Pachouli is light enough that you don't smell like an aging hippy and the orange is fresh, crisp, yet soft.

A great all-around scent that's unique to Lush. In this form, it's very light and doesn't stick around for a long time, which is both good and bad. Good - Even people like me, who can't handle a lot of scents, can wear it because it is light. Bad - Reapplication.

I bought this solid perfume yesterday, originally looking to buy Vanillary, but the sales associate turned me on to this one after I said I wanted something somewhat clean smelling because I can't handle florals. He asked if I liked the smell of incense which I absolutely love, so I said I'd try it. I wore it after I left the store and not only was I smelling myself all night, but my boyfriend loved it and I was getting compliments from friends the rest of the night! If you like herbal, heady incense smells, this is absoutely gorgeous.

Hmmm... I like this a lot . Wouldn't repurchase though... It doesn't last too long and the red dye sticks everyware . Overall though the smell is a little more citrusy that the regular karma scent . I love the smell . Just doesn't last long

I got introduced to Lush a few months ago when a friend came back from a visit to her home in Vancouver and brought me a Lush gift. About a week ago I went to Tyson's corner and was super excited to go to a Lush store. I tried the Karma solid on my wrists. The next day when I went to do laundry my thermal shirt was discolored on both sleeves where my wrists would have been. It is a white and gray stripped shirt with peachy color blobs all over the sleeves. It did not come out. I noticed another similar review.

Let me start off by saying that I love, love, love the scent. Every time I wear this scent, I get compliments. I'm actually surprised that I like it so much, considering that I'm not usually a floral scent type of gal.

That said, I am not a fan of the amount of pigment in the product. I am fair skinned and when I rub this on my skin, even lightly, I end up with obvious pink/red color in the area. I end up having to "hide" the scent in places people won't see. I'd like to be able to apply it to my wrists and behind my ears, as that is where I normally dab scent, but I can't do that with the stick. If I do, I look like I have blush slathered on the areas!

If the color could be toned down significantly, I'd buy stock in this stuff!

I love the idea of solid perfume. I don't like spraying myself because I always feel like I'm breathing it in, nor do I like carrying traditional perfume for fear of it breaking. This is perfect, roughly the size of lipstick but a little thicker, and I take it everywhere with me.

For those saying they do not like the smell, Karma is not for everyone. But, if you are one of the many Karma people out there, this perfume is perfect.

I haven't had any problems with the color coming off on my skin (and I'm very pale so I would notice) or clothes. I wish it would last just a little bit longer throughout the day, but I'm not sure how they could do that without making the scent stronger, which I don't want.

I was not in the store ever to try this out - I was trying to decide if I should buy Lust or Karma. Karma was getting good reviews but I was nervous about the patchouli; I dig it but I didn't want to smell like a headshop. Lust also made me wanna feel sexy, but I absolutely cannot stand Jasmine in concentrated quantities, so I went with Karma.

BEST CHOICE I'VE EVER MADE. It has topnotes of orange and lemongrass and then a sweet, heady midtones, with a basenote of herbally mmm. My husband loves the smell and I do too - not at all too much. It gives me a jump start in the morning. :D

This was in my first order from Lush. I love it. The smell of the orange and sort of spicy scent, is intoxicating. I love it. Carry it around in my purse and use it whenever I want a lift. Great product.

This solid perfume gives a nice burst of scent when you are on-the-go. I love the earthy smell. This is definitely not a floral or very "girly" scent, more on the patchouli side. I love how natural it smells, and find myself drawing my wrists to my nose constantly after applying! I imagine the Karma soap and Karma Kreme would be just as amazing. Great for travel, too!

I absolutely love the smell of this perfume, but I find it doesn't last as long as I want it to. I wear it about daily, and I've only been complimented on it once. It smells phenomenal, but I feel that the smell isn't powerful enough. But the smell is so wonderful that when I run out, I will probably replace it.

I loved this when I first smelled it out of the tube. Then my girlfriend told me it smelled a little like bubble gum, and now all i really smell is bubble gum and orange! I was hoping for a more earthy, woodsy scent with patchoulli being the more dominant part of the fragrance. My girlfriend loves it though, so I keep wearing it. I'll try the soap and see if layering the karma line works better than just the perfume. I also did notice the faint orange dye on my skin, but as soon as I rub it in better it goes away and melts in like the directions say to.

Favorite scent ever, possibly! Yes, as someone else said, it's a hippy girl's dream (or, in my case, a quasi-hippy girl's dream). However, the patchouli is almost hidden; I like to describe the scent as nostalgic, reminiscent of orange push-up pops from childhood and the incense from the hippy record stores of my teenage years. Despite the popularity amongst hippy girls, it is not overpowering, and I can wear it around my non-hippy family and co-workers. ;) It is a very relaxing, uplifting combination of oils, and I love to just smell my wrist throughout the day for a pick-me-up.

I bought this because I really liked the fragrance in Karma Komba shampoo. I got a gift card for my birthday so I thought I would buy the perfume. Big mistake. This scent was so strong it almost gagged me. The shampoo form was light and citrusy, whereas this one was heavy and overpowering. I would never repurchase this. I can use a little dabble on my neck but that's it for the next day or so. I love lush, but they missed the mark on this one.

I like to rub some on my hands so that when I bring my hands near my face I get a little lift. One coworker likes it, another calls it "eucalyptus", a third doesn't like it, says it smells like camphor.

I have not smelled anything like this. Its very oriental but not heavy at all. Whenever, I see patchouli ....i just automatically think heavier evening scent. But this is not the case with Karma.Its oriental but still light and almost fresh. Very easy to carry around in your bag...but I do miss the smaller packaging. The smell fades slightly but does last throughout the day. I haven't experienced any of the dye issues mentioned by the other reviewers but will update this if I notice

Smells great when you first put it on. It's something different and out of the ordinary, but thats a good thing. It does leave a red dye on the skin though.
