This product is AWESOME!! A lush sales associate recommended it to me as a replacement to lotion after showering. I was VERY skeptical at first and was completely expecting to have to still apply lotion even after using this product, but I was wrong. I usually began to feel itchy if I don't apply lotion after bathing, but this leaves me feeling moisturized all day! When you first apply this product, it does feel greasy and if your hair happens to touch a part of your body that you've applied it to, your hair may feel a little rubbery, but after this product sinks into your skin, the greasiness goes away and you're left with soft, glowing skin.

I bought King of Skin for the first time today, and had never tried it before, until I was in the store. It was the last thing I put on in the shower, then rinsed off and blotted dry. The smell is amazing, and my skin feels so soft and moisturized! I have a few patches of eczema on my legs, and am hoping that this will help with those, but it's too soon to tell after just one use. So far, I really love this product!

Before I discovered Lush (I know, shame on me!) I was using those in-shower body lotions because I like to take the least amount of time possible getting showered and ready in the mornings for work, which equates to more snooze button pushing. They did the trick and when I ran out of them I would resort to regular body lotion. Now, I will NEVER buy body lotion again! I HAVE to use some type of moisturizer all year round, esp in the winters and even the body lotion wasn't really cutting it for me, but this stuff is awesome! It totally moisturizes my skin without the greasy nasty feeling that a lot of other products give me and it smells delish, plus the money I'm saving not buying tons of different lotions make this even better!

I've been feeding into my lush addiction this month, buying almost every type of product but I realized I needed something to sooth my pale easily irritated skin. Since I had already switched over to a shampoo bar why not try a moist bar? I love it! Because it's a bar it's easier to get all over my skin and in places that normally get missed. Boy is it silky when you apply it at the end of your shower. My only complaint is that it takes it awhile to dry and I can't stand sitting around my shower waiting for something like that, nor do I have the time. Luckily it sticks to the skin pretty well so putting on clothes a little sooner still keeps the product on.

This was my very first Lush Purchase and still my absolute favorite. I live in boston and my legs get so dry in the winter that i cannot stop itching them. i used to have to use heavy moisturizer throughout the day for any relief. Now i put on king of skin at the end of the shower and i don't even need moisturizer. The scent is subtle, i love it. The very best part is how soft your legs are for the rest of the day, it feels as if you just put moisturizer on hours later. One day i used it in the shower before work in the morning and when my boyfriend slept over that night he made a comment about how soft my legs were!!

My only con is that i run out of it so quickly. If it lasted as long as a regular bar of soap the price would be more reasonable but it runs out so quickly. For this reason i tried switching to Ro's Argan and although it made my legs a bit more moisturized and lasted longer, it's nothing compared to King of Skin. Im switching back ASAP!

One of my favorite Lush products - not only does it travel well (I cut off small pieces for each trip), but even in very dry weather my skin feels soft and protected. Very easy to use in the shower, it lasts quite a while, and the smell is very nice - rather sweet but understated for Lush products, I think.

I love the idea of an in shower body butter because I am just too lazy to apply lotion after getting out of the shower. By then my hands are clean and I don't want to grease them up again, so doing it before I get out is the perfect solution. I really do like King of Skin. It cures my winter dry skin on my arms and legs. Unfortunately the smell is less than desireable. I don't even know how to describe it as I've never been good with identifying scents, but it's just kind of a strange smell that seems to linger for hours. Essentially I think I will only be using King for nighttime showers and baths and not for when I shower in the morning.

i am a deployed Army soldier. in Kuwait the sand and dust do a number on your skin. After i shower, I apply the King of skin and I have noticed a significant difference since I started using it. I do wish that I could store it better. It is making my shower caddy quite greasy. small "con" for such a great product

I use this when I run out of Buffy. Does not exfoliate at all and I am a scratchy queen. Good for sensitive skin, not intense enough for me. Good for moisturizing after shaving your legs and does not smell to intense.

Use: before or after shower at night before bed to alleviate dry, winter skin.

Pro: keeps my skin happy all day long, applies smoothly.

Con: does not smell like lavender, the lingering smell is "oil", and can get sticky if not massaged in properly.

I am generally very thrifty and go for quantity over quality. This product has changed my ways. One bar of King of Skin out performs 10 entire bottles of name brand lotion. It is the best after shaving my legs or being out in the hot Oklahoma sun. It feels, smells and works amazingly. I will never buy another bottle of cheap over scented lotion again.

This is my new favorite. It's a little expensive but it's completely worth it. I use it after I've dried off from a bath or shower though, It lasts longer that way. The smell is fantastic it lulls me to sleep. I use it in the morning too. I have extremely dry skin and this works wonders.

This has been the most effective moisturizer I have used so far on my stretch marks. It is starting to make the ones that I already had disappear, and it seems to be slowing down and/or preventing any new ones from forming.

I use it after showering in the morning and sometimes again before bed. The soft scent is very pretty and relaxing. Love it! :)

I LOVE this body butter!! I use Ocean Salt before shaving my legs, and then King of Skin after I shave. My legs and body have never been smoother. I'm obsessed and will never use any other lotion. (Except Ro's Argan body conditioner). Obsessed.

I use this every other day...sometimes after I use Buffy if I need extra moisturizing...the bar itself lasts very long because u don't need much when using it. It blends really well...it does leave a little bit of greasiness but not too much. And I can deal with it because I have really really REALLY dry skin lol. Would definitely recommend this.

I have the most sensitive, dry skin there is. I've NEVER found anything that makes my skin as moisturized! It helps with the irritation caused by my dry skin as well. It stays a bit greasy, but not too bad. I use it in the shower before bed all over my body and then if it's a bit greasy in my pj's it doesnt bother me. It does dissolve easily in the shower, but I just take it in and out of the shower each time and it will last for about 5 showers. And you do not need to use it every day for the full benefit. I use it year round, especially in the winter! You will NOT regret buying this, I've been buying it for over a year and it's worth every penny!

Can I eat this?? What will happen? What if I just lick it? It smells SO good! I hate moisturizing after a shower, it's just another time consuming step and I often skip it. This stuff is the best! I wash in the shower then step out of the stream to apply it, (maybe wash my hands a bit because I don't want to get the moisturizer on my face) step out of the shower, towel off and get dressed and I am good to go! This stuff sinks into your skin and lasts a long time. You will also smell great! I love shaving my legs with it- I swear I get an extra day of smooth legs out of it too. I guess it just gives a closer shave.

This was my first body butter bar and I loved it. It has a nice light scent that is not invasive or overpowering. I tend to use it in the shower after the water has been shut off but before I towel off. I keep it stored in a tupperware container and it has lasted several weeks. It's a little spendy but at least it's good quality. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy which is a problem I have with most lotions.

Unfortunaly, when I left it on the floor for a second, my dog ate almost half the bar when I wasn't looking! So for any pet owners out there, please keep them out of reach...
