I tend to try products that are light, airy, and translucent but when I saw this, I thought I'd try it out since I have been looking for something that will give me more coverage than my current foundation that I have been using..(mousse foundation) I decided to go with this product since it seemed to match my skin tone..especially when I would pair it with moisturizer. I put this on when I went to work and got in my car,looked in the mirror and found it to be clearly noticeable that I was wearing makeup...it did not give it a natural look that I was aiming for. I was specially disappointed when I splurged on a small little container that I will not be using again.

I am wearing this for the first time today and I honestly can't stop tounching my face. It feels so smooth and soft! The color blended right in and the finish is the perfect dewy (but not greasy or wet)that can be so hard to find in a foundation. My skin is happy and so am I. Never going back to regular foundation again!

I have an extremely difficult skin tone to find a match for: light skin complexion, strong golden tone and a cool undertone. This is honestly the first 'perfect match' I have ever found! I can't even begin to say how shocked and amazed I was when I swatched this. Light yellow blends into my skin so well that I could use it as a spot concealer without wearing foundation and look like I am not wearing any makeup. Plus the wear is so translucent that it matches itself to my light coloring easily. If you are a pale, yellow complected gal like myself and you are still on the lookout for the perfect foundation, I highly recommend giving this a shot!

Every morning when I put this on, I refer to it as 'confident coverage' in my head for several reasons. First, I know it won't break me out. The first ingredient is rose petals, and with the current craze with rose-infused products, getting a color correcting product like this for [$] is a steal. Second, I can adjust the amount I use depending on what kind of coverage I need. Most days, I take a dab of my regular SPF moisturizer on one finger and a dab of the light yellow on another and smoosh them together, then dotting it around my face and blending. This will even out my skin tone and reduce redness. Then, I dab a bit more on my dark circles and spots that continue to be red. The beautiful thing about this product is that no matter how much I put on, it just looks like my skin. Every other foundation I have tried makes my forehead look flakey and gross. I never have that problem with this product. Even when I don't go for full coverage, it makes me feel confident because I know that no matter how much I put on, it just looks like my skin. And being in my own skin is the best thing of all.

Being middle-aged, I feel I need to wear some type of foundation to hide the increasing blotches, redness and other signs of aging that make my skin tone uneven. But I don't like to wear foundation - it feels heavy, and I am paranoid of streaks. Thank goodness for LUSH color supplement - the perfect solution to this dilemma. You mix a bit in with your daily moisturizer, and it does the trick perfectly!

Usually "sheer" and "concealer" are not a good combination, but in this case... they are! I like the Colour Supplements because concealers can sometimes cover too much, and can leave you with a thick layer of product, making it obvious that you are concealing something! Not the purpose of a "concealer!" These correctors give a nice transparent layer of color, great for under-eye circles or small blemishes and skin discolorations. The light yellow works great for hiding darkness under and around the eyes! Just don't expect a true concealer from these little pots.

I use this product as a foundation and Im going to be honest I dont ever use foundation because I have never found one that I like and doesnt leave me looking cakey. I ended up asking my local Lush girl about the colour supplements. She showed me all of them, matched one up for me and gave me a good sample to try it out a few times. I LOVE IT! I have never been so happy with a product like this.

When you first applied you get scared because it looks like a crazy amount and way too much but it all blends with your moisturizer SO WELL and it left my skin looking natural!

ALSO:: I used this product before going to my 5 year old nephews birthday party at a park all day in 100 degrees weather and it didnt wear off!!! FIRST EVER lol.

What isnt so great? Idk if this is true lush but I saw a rumor on a couple websites that the colour supplement contains a toxic ingredient that can be dangerous for your skin. and that scares me lol. It would be great to reassure customers that it isnt or if it does.

I'm frustrated with this product: Its texture isn't good for foundationa and it doesn't cover up for a concealer so i am disappointed with that. I think the only actual use is for under eye concealer if anything because its moisterizing, but a little goes a long way so it will last more than a year probably. I got it as a christmas gift from a friend, so I couldn't return it :/ I feel bad that I don't like it and she spent her money on it :/

I love this supplement!! I've used tons of other high end cosmetics but this surpassed them all.

The color is good, the texture is amazing, and I love how much control I have over the coverage. I mix it with my moisturizer and then if i still have uncovered spots aka pimples or dark circles, then i use just a dot of the supplement right on it and it vanishes.

It's so light it feels like nothing!! I've always thought I knew what that was like but compared to this, other cosmetics made me feel like i was wearing a mask!! This stuff beats the pants off all other makeup i've used.

I've always wanted to use a tinted moisturizer, but I could never find the perfect one. With Lush's color supplements, I can mix it with any moisturizer and create my own. It's so perfect, I wish I found it sooner!

I have always been leery of looking like I'm wearing make-up, and I aim for a really natural, is-she-wearing-make-up-or-not look. I find the light yellow is perfect for this, as it matches my skin, evens the tone, blends well, and yet still lets my real skin show. I tried using it mixed with my moisturizer (imperialis), but I couldn't seem to get the mix right somehow. Also, I find if i put the same amount on my eyelids as I use on the rest of my face, I end up with it collecting in my eyelid crease in a couple of hours.

I usually apply it immediately after my moisturizer for ease of blendability (and so I can go really easy on the eyelids), and also as a concealer. I love that my concealer is guaranteed to match my foundation! Also, since I have a light skin tone, I decided to use the dark pink colour supplement as a subtle blush. It's a little tricky to blend it right, but the result is really nice and subtle.

At first, I was worried that this would be a "splurge", since the item's size was so small. I've found that a little goes a long way, though, and I wonder if I'll be anywhere close to finished by the expiry date!

The only real con here is the limited variety of tones available. The shades available are great for me, with my pale skin, but what about everyone else?

After buying Celestial moisturizer and loving it I thought I'd give this color a try, and I'm happy I did!

My history with concealer and foundation is not a good one because I have sensitive, dry acne prone skin. I love makeup but I tend to shy away from it since ALL foundations and powders I've tried end up aggravating my skin and/or giving me breakouts. Even more natural mineral makeup wouldn't leave my skin undamaged.

I'm happy to say this product is mild and good for those who tend to break out from makeup. I've used this 6 or 7 times already and will NEVER go back to other concealers. I haven't had any breakouts and my skin doesn't get irritated or oily after using this.

I apply this product in two ways, after my moisturizer for fuller color coverage or mixed with my moisturizer for lighter coverage. I have dry skin so on super dry days I'll also apply another layer of moisturizer after, if need be.
One thing I should note is that I do not use this color supplement everyday, maybe once or twice a week when I go out and want a polished look.(Part of me is still wary of breaking out if I use foundation too much)

This is a light foundation, so you'll get a natural look, maybe not the product for you if you want something heavier. But this is a great foundation that blends well and is easy to use. Besides using this as a light all over color, I like to dab it near my eye/nose area to hide the blue/purple circles I get when I'm tired. It instantly gives my face an awake look and doesn't cause makeup lines under my eyes when I smile. (A problem I constantly had with other foundations)

Overall this product is gentle, natural looking and great for sensitive skin types.(Or any skin type) I don't really like that it has talc in it but so far it hasn't caused any problems. If you struggle to find good foundations/concealers this is worth trying.

If you can't find the right skin tone don't be afraid to mix them. (I use this in summer and Jackie Oates in winter, mix between the two for spring and fall)

I'm very picky about my foundation and was highly skeptical of this product. I used it for weeks still expecting I'd decide it's terrible, but found myself not using my previous foundation. I didn't think a foundation with talc would work on my skin, but it must be a small enough amount that it works.

What I like about this as a concealer or foundation is that you can apply very little to let your natural lovely skin color through, but you can apply extra over blemishes and hide them. I use a foundation brush that I bought from the Lancome cosmetics counter. I highly recommend using a foundation brush instead of your fingers. It's much easier to blend across your face, applying more coverage in some areas than in others and then smoothing it all out.

I barely use any of this product, so the price is perfect. I'm probably going to need to blend light yellow with dark yellow once summer arrives. But the light yellow perfectly matches my skin. Again, so surprised about this.

While this product may not be right for everyone, it works for me. And I never expected it to.

I got a sample of this from one of the Lush stores a while back. They matched it to my skin tone by testing it on my jaw line. Next day, I dab and spread it on my face. It washed me out like a ghost. I needed something a little bit darker than this, but the pink is too pink, the dark yellow too dark, etc. Am I the only one who can't match my skin to these colors?? Maybe I'll try another sample now that it's winter and I'm a bit paler (I do want a healthy foundation, after all). Hate to give Lush a bad review.. one of the few products that just didn't work =)

This stuff is so amazing I hope they never stop making this! It's the first product I've ever used that was able to cover my dark circles. It's light and best of all natural looking. I don't want to look fake and plastic and this product doesn't do that. I love this stuff!

Sorry, but this just didn't work on me. The color was a little off, even though one of the employees helped me pick it out and said it was right, and it just looked too dry and cakey on me. It isn't super cakey like some drugstore foundations - in fact, I admit it lets my real skin shine through in a nice way - but it's still very obvious I'm wearing it . . . in a bad way.

I just started using this all over my face yesterday mixed with my vanishing cream and I immediately felt a difference. I felt as though my skin could breathe and putting my everyday powder over it was enough coverage for me.

My breakout has been healing extra fast ever since using this.

While this color supplement isn't perfect, the thing I love about it is that you can basically create your own product with it. I cleanse, tone, apply a benzoyl peroxide cream (I know, I know ... but I NEED benzoyl peroxide!), and then mix this with a retinal-based moisturizer. It doesn't go on all that smooth because of the benzoyl peroxide cream, but with a little effort it does go on and looks more even once it dries. I think it would go on smoothly, with a moisturizer, on bare skin. It doesn't clog my pores anymore than the moisturizer itself does, which is a little bit, to be honest. It contains talc, which some link to acne, but it still contains a lot less worrisome chemicals than your average drugstore foundation. I personally wouldn't use this as a foundation, because you would have to use a lot more at a time than when it's mixed with moisturizer, and it's just too expensive to do that. What I would recommend, if you really need coverage, is to use it as a tinted moisturizer and then apply a mineral powder based makeup that provides better coverage; together, it will work.

On a side note, be careful when picking out the color! I am fair skinned and probably should have picked the light pink; I just didn't want to look pale as a ghost, and the word "pink" deterred me. This color is definitely more yellow than my natural color. It's not that big of a deal, but be careful!

I hate to bash LUSH over anything, but these color supplements were awful. I won't go into the color variety--some companies are far worse--but the texture of these colors is such that they don't really cover anything, nor do they spread well--even over a moisturizer. They didn't blend evenly over the skin, even looking rather splotchy in places.

I am glad I only tried the sample at the store. Sorry LUSH, this is a big miss. I am especially sorry because I was so looking forward to LUSH's foray into genuine cosmetics.

I received samples of the new color supplements with my purchase at the New Orleans shop. I very excitedly tried it as a foundation, a concealer, and as a tinted additive to my moisturizer (I <3 Imperialis). I prefer to use it as a tinted moisturizer. It helps me to even out my skin tone in a very natural-looking way. I love the way this makes my skin glow, without making me greasy or breaking me out! I also like to use it on its own as a very nice concealer. Coverage is easily built up and blended out. I would buy this again and again!
