I love floral scents and lush has some amazing ones like their lust perfume and happy happy joy joy the conditioner. I've been itching to buy a lush soap that smells great and leaves my skin soft and I'm sad to report that once again I've failed. While the smell of the soap is nice, it left my skin itchy and dry from the moment I lathered it up. It cleaned my skin well and didn't irritate it, so I will keeping it around but maybe as a hand soap. For some reason I almost always run into this problem with organic and vegan soaps, they always dry out my skin.

I bought a bar of this because I love floral soaps, and I was not disappointed at all! It smells divine, and creates lots of silky lather with my exfoliating gloves (hubby calls those my sandpaper mittens) and leaves my skin soft and sweetly scented for hours. This is one of my all time favorite Lush soaps. Like any bar soap, make sure your have a slotted soap dish for it to dry off in to get the most use out of it.

I have fallen in love with this soap! Usually, I like fresh & slightly fruity scents. I am not a floral girl at all. Or so I thought. Boy, have I SO misjudged myself. This soap is floral, but the floral is so soft and delicate it does not leave me smelling like the nearest florist's shop. Not old fashioned or grandmotherly at all, in my opinion. As soon as Lush restocks this, I'm increasing my Lush haul. This soap has such as thick, luxurious lather. It suds up my loofah perfectly. It rinses off clean, but still leaves me feeling moisturized, which is a plus, because living in Michigan, I have to moisturize after a bath anyway to combat the icy winds & über coldness that results in the worst, most itchiest winter skin ever. Viva Lily Savon!

I love this soap! It smells, light and haunting. I enjoy smelling like a ghost. I wish I could get Ghost shower gel all the time as well! Everything I like by Lush gets discontinued. Potion Lotion...sigh...I don't know if that means I have awesome expensive taste or what...but boy, is it frustrating!
My skin feels great after using this soap in the shower, soft, silky, smooth. Very nice. I'm hoarding my last bar like it's One Ring to Rule Them All and I'm Gollum! My Precious! My Precious bar of Lily Savon! I loves it, doesn't I? And it loveses me cuz it makes me so softy and silky, it does!
Get a bar when you see it. And get an extra one and sent it to me!

This is another great soap from Lush. It smells so feminine and soft, like fresh flowers and Spring. I love using this before going on a date as it makes me feel so girly and relaxed. It doesn't lather a whole lot, but I don't really mind as it still leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. You don't need a big lather for a soap to work well. The only con is that it doesn't last very long because it's so soft/creamy, but it's still worth the price. I'm happy to see it in the Retro section, I'll continue to buy this for as long as it's available.

This soap smells AMAZING! It's a nice and light floral smell and lathers like a dream! My only complaints are that the scent and the bar itself don't last long. But hey, it's not a perfume and soap is well... soap; it can't last forever. But that will not stop me from buying this soap for as long as LUSH makes it!

I got Lily Savon despite reviews saying it smelled like a grandma perfume. Let me tell you- if that's what grandmas use I applaud their taste in perfumes.
It is quite strong but soft at the same time, no sharp notes like you get with modern perfumes. Truly floral scent, it really smells like a bouquet of gorgeous flowers, it seemed like I couldn't inhale deeply enough, I wanted to smell it all the time.
It lathers nicely and feels very luxurious on your skin, silky and pampering. The only minus was that as a soft soap it disappeared rather quickly. I used it maybe twice a week (I have other wonderful Lush soaps so I change them up depending on my moods;) and it lasted approximately 2 months. Then again, it might have been because sometimes I soaped up twice during the same shower, I just couldn't get enough!
Buy it, you won't regret it. If you like floral scents Lily Savon is the one for you.

When Lush brought this out a couple years ago I fell in love. The scent is perfectly light and flowery, it's smooth and fells oh-so-good on my skin, and it lathers up real nice. What else could you ask for from a soap? After a ridiculously short period of time, they discontinued it and after being warned by my local store, I stocked up. My stock ran out about a year ago :( Last week I placed an order online and almost immediately after I clicked "place order", I found my beloved Lily Savon in the Retro section! What a great surprise! What an even BETTER surprise when I called into customer service to see if I could add it to my order and the rep personally pulled my order from the fullfillment line and added it herself! It made my day. Thanks, Lush!

I adore the scent of lilies and thought I've give Lily Savon a go. The smell is fantastic and it lathers into a nice, creamy, thick lather, but I found it to be over all a bit drying to my skin. It also melted a lot faster than other Lush soaps seem to, though that could just be because of how lathery it gets.

I mean the smell really is fantastic and over all the soap is quite nice for a once-in-a-while kind of thing when you're in a flowery kind of mood. But using it every day just dried me out too much.

I adore this soap. I received a sample in an online order, and I immediately ordered two bars. I wish it wasn't retro, I'd buy a massive chunk if I could. Floral scents are my favorite, and this is perfect. It's delicate, soft, not "grandma" -ish at all. It doesn't lather a lot, but overall, I'll be buying many more of these.

Welcome to the regular line-up, Lily Savon! I was hoping it would become a regular, as I've been regularly going to Retro for it! It's such a great daily wash, cleaning gently and effectively and leaving a faint pleasant floral scent on your skin. It doesn't lather a lot, at least in my water, but lather's not essential to cleaning, and it works fine even without it.

There are some products built for function, then there are products that create an experience. When you want to feel unabashedly female this is the soap to use. Just like wearing your favorite dress, perfume or heels this soap evokes a princess feel. This is my special bath use girly girl soap.

I got this as a sample and I could smell it even though it was wrapped in plastic. I ripped open the plastic and fell in love with this soap!

The scent isn't overpowering, I can definitely smell the jasmine which is my favorite.
The bar looks like it could be a cream bar since it's soft and smooth.
It lathers up pretty well and the scent just stays on my skin! I couldn't stop sniffing myself!

A couple of days later I bought a whole bar! And I will buy again!

I recently received a sample with my purchase, and me oh my' the smell was amazing right from the get go. I immedietly washed my hands with it after getting of a long day, I work in a very cold, dry stock room hanging clothes and does it do a number on my hands and the moisture was restored immediately!! Not to mention the smell lasts forever and is amazing!! Im a lusheee all the way:D
