Feels amazing, and has a subtle honey smell that is very nice. This balm conditions far better than Burt's Bee's Ultra Conditioning (though a bit more pricey) and doesn't leave a wetness. The conditioning effects outlast the surface treatment, it's definitely more like a lotion. I like to reapply frequently while working and it makes my lips feel great all day. I would give this 5 stars but it becomes tough and unabsorbant at room temperature. Like everyone is saying, warm before use.

I didn't start loving this lip balm until I melted it before application. When you first try to use it, it feels dry and not very moisturizing. Like with the massage bars, body heat is key. I started heating it against my body any way I could... pockets, between my hands, even in my bra! This is a great area for heat, especially if you have a large chest. When this balm melts, it is creamy, moisturizing goodness that softens and protects lips for hours. Very little scent and a huge amount of product. I highly recommend this balm! Just make sure to melt it.

I am notorious for having chapped lips, and i have heard many great things about LUSH lip balms. I decided to give this on a try. Instantly my lips felt relief!Now it is a Daily necessity. It feels absolutely incredible after using the bubblegum lip scrub!!! Be careful with how much you use though because a little goes a long way. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!

I got this as a gift, and I was glad that I had a second Lush lip balm. However, it is to hard for me to use! With my Honey Trap balm, I can move my finger around the balm and it melts a bit and I can put it on my lips, but with this, its just to hard. I was told that I should keep it in my back pocket to warm it up, but I dont have to do that with my honey trap. The smell is a nice and lemony with out being artificial. I'm not giving up on this one!!

A week ago I went into a Lush store with extremely dry lips. Think Frodo and Sam on Mount Doom dry. I've been on a medicine for my acne for a few months and that has been my biggest problem. I've used so many different types of lip balm and they would only provide minimal relief. One of the people at Lush suggested this and I am so glad they did. My lips are back to normal. No more peeling skin, no more bloody cracks. I do have to reapply every few hours, but that is a small price to pay for this level of relief.

I love this product. It's the best moisturizing lip product I've ever used. It instantly starts working and I can feel my lips getting softer and more kissable (Wink). This lip balm is great for everyday use and makes lips looks fuller and healthier. I highly recommend Lip Service Lip Balm. It smells good (wish it tasted a little better), but small feat considering I don't plan on eating my lip balms. An awesome product that I already made my mom try! It's better than cherry chapstick! Thanks Lush!

What an interesting interesting little find. I'm the money bracket that will spend shameful and somewhat gleeful amounts on facial products. Chanel, Shishedo, Bliss, Philosophy. It's all good. So how slightly amazed and downright fun is it to find this little happy waxy pot of lemony effectiveness. Living in Uah, it goes without saying that fighting dry skin is an endless effort. Lips, cuticles and dare I admit it..at night I warm it up between my fingers and actually use it around my eyes. And.it.works. Can't get away with the waxiness during the day or with makeup but it works as well or better than any number of other products I've used at night for eye cream. Kudos! Smell is delicious, light, lemony.

This was one of the very first Lush products that I tried. However, it really isn't an accurate representation of the quality and performance of Lush's products. This balm smells really good (it kind of reminds me of an orange creamsicle), is softening and soothing, and goes on smoothly (once you get the hang of applying it- it feels pretty dry and hard initially but softens up). However, I really didn't find it to be all that moisturizing (this probably won't help someone with serious lip dryness or chapping, in my opinion) and it had no staying power whatsoever. Five minutes after applying it, my lips felt as dry as if I'd never applied anything at all. I'd apply it before bed and wake up to dry, parched lips in the morning (NOT cool)! I am not a fan of this product and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a lip balm (for an awesome lip balm, try Honey Trap- soft, creamy, moisturizing, smells delicious and really lasts).

I have this terrible habit of biting my lips when they get dry, and no other lip balm I've tried has helped to heal them. Some even gave me a terrible burning sensation. I picked up Lip Service hoping that it could help and my lips were almost completely healed after just one week! They still aren't perfect because I forget to carry it and haven't completely kicked my bad habit, but they're nowhere near the mess they used to be. I will never buy another lip balm.

I received this as a Christmas present and it's been very good. it was ineffective at first because i didn't use it consistently. since winter really dries my lips out, i was jumping around from this to lip smacker to carmex, but once i started using lip service only, it took about a week for my lips to adjust to it and are now feeling hydrated and great :) i LOVE the smell of it as well!!

i am not too sure if it lasts long since i bite my nails, causing the balm to wear off. and the hardening doesn't bother me too much. all i have to do is give it a little body temperature and it softens quickly.

I use this daily after using the Lush Sugar Lip Scrub and it works wonders! The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the product is quite hard in the container (from day 1 and has not changed) and I have to normally scrap it out with my finger nail and let it melt into my lips before it starts to set in. Once all set though it works great!

okay all you ladies and gents that can't stop licking or biting your lips, this is definatly for you! i have this problem as well, your out and about you feel you lips getting dry and what do you do? make them worse by licking them! lip service takes the pain away leaving your lips gorgeous, soft, smooth, the list goes on and on and on! i use this all the time in the winter, if you want maximum results use with a lip scrub, my favorite is mint julips. if you already have chapped lips apply as often as you like and pow ! by the end of the night you with be saying "what chapped lips?"

I purchased this in my last order online along with my second pot of Honey Trap. Honey Trap melts quickly with just your fingers warmth and is easy to apply but wears off rather quickly. Lip Service is extremely thick and takes more than your finger to melt. I keep this one at work in my desk and even though I live in the desert and it's always warm, I still need to rub the pot between my hands to warm it up enough to be able to apply smoothly. Even though this is slightly inconvenient, it works so well I don't mind at all. It looks white but when it melts on your lips it turns clear immediately. It also smells pretty good...not too sweet. Kind of reminds me of powder sugar...in a good way. If you live in a colder climate, you might want to keep this one in your pocket to warm it up before using. I actually like this one better than Honey Trap just because it heals so well.

My lips have been getting pretty chapped this winter, and I decided to try out Lip Service. Clearly, there are people who really like this stuff, but it really didn't work for me. My lips would feel gorgeous and moisturized after I used it... for a few minutes. For me, it doesn't last.

Also, it's really difficult to apply. When I first opened it up, it was as hard as a rock. As several other reviewers have mentioned, putting it in your pocket fixes this.

Overall, I just don't really like this lip balm.

I could not believe how soft my lips were after just one application. Put it on before bed and wake up with a super soft pout. If I could apply it every 5 minutes, I would. It smells and feels so good. I want to soak my entire body in a vat of this luscious balm.

I didn't understand why the balm was so hard at first, but quickly realized that after a while in my pocket, it was easy to put on. It's one of my favorites, especially since it smells like my grandma's lemon pie.

I've tried all kinds of lip balms, from stuff in the drugstore to stuff with strange names that's only available online, and Lip Service is simply THE. BEST.

My lips do not get very visibly chapped, but they still always feel very dry; in addition, they're fairly sensitive, so many lip balms will seem to work for a short time, then start irritating my lips. But Lip Service is extremely moisturizing, and very soothing.

In my experience, it's long-lasting. Other chapsticks I would apply numerous times every hour; Lip Service gets applied once ever few hours, probably. It is solid, but you can either scoop a bit off with your fingernail and then it melts right onto your lips (usually what I do), or you can soften it up by warming it in your hands or pocket.

I bought this here tin of lip balm to heal my dry lips. During this winter I stuggled to find a great-working lip product. When i saw the name I imediately wanted to try it out and Waa-laa ! it works great. Its only been a week and Ive noticed the difference! I goes on pretty easy and it stays on for for a good while. I use this allll day long. Besides it being fantastic it may not be for folks who like great smelling/tasting lipbalms. It has a faint smell of .. im not sure but its not bad and theres no taste (which I dont mind either). This is something I'd buy again and again ! I love it !

my lips had been torn to shreads between winter and me biting them. I bought this in my local lush and used it a few times throughout that day. By the evening, my lips were perfect! I was amazed, and extremely pleased.
My only complaint is it's quite hard and so difficult to apply, however I found this problem is easily solved! Put it in your pocket. It warms up just a little bit and is the perfect texture to apply.
