This is absolutely my new favorite! Being a fan of the Godiva shampoo bar, I bought the Lust soap and smaller size of this perfume to test it out. It is seriously so delicious smelling I often find myself smelling my wrists at random times. I spritz it twice on my neck and once on my wrists and I am good to go for an entire day, and it does last all day! I work in a pizza joint, so before I just smelled like pizza, and now I walk in to work and get compliments all day about how yummy I smell. The size I bought is also good for carrying around in my purse for an occasional whiff or spritz if I need it. I highly recommend this product and will even say that it is necessary. Combine this with the Lust soap and Godiva shampoo bar and be an unstoppable force of delicious smelling, sultry sexiness.

This is one of the blatantly sexy fragrances I have ever worn! It is a sweet jasmine fragrance that is full of raw sex appeal. I just love it!

I was lucky enough to find myself in a Lush store over the weekend, and I mentioned to the sales associate that I loved the scent of Godiva shampoo solid, and could he recommend any other products that have that scent?

And he did! Of several products that he recommended based on scent, the one that really got my interest was the Lust perfume. I only sniffed the shot glass that was stored upside down over the bottle of perfume, but that was all it took. I was sold. When I got it home, I spritzed a bit on my cleavage, and tapped my wrists to where I had spritzed before it dried down. Amaaazing. Very Jasmine, not too sweet, not too musky. A really nice pure scent, but there are also some other notes in there that I can't quite identify, but that work really well. Also reminds me of Honeysuckle. Sensual, without being overly woody or musky or powdery, which I appreciate. It is really sharply scented with jasmine at first, but after a while, dries down to something more subtle, slightly sweet, yet the jasmine is definitely noticeable. I apply it sparingly, yet it still dazzles the senses and lasts and lasts. Hours later, I can still get a beautiful whiff of jasmine.

I haven't noticed any pigment or color in the slender cylindrical container of spray that I bought. I'm guessing the pigment/tint is more prominent in the solid form. Because this fragrance seems especially concentrated, I wouldn't spray it on my clothes, just on bare skin. I think a slight mist of it on your hair would work well, too. As with all fragrances, this is something you'll have to try to see if it works for you. All I know is that it definitely works for me. Love it!

Dear Lush, do you suppose you could whip up a batch of King of Skin that has this scent? With Godiva solid shampoo and Lust perfume... the only thing missing is some kind of luscious solid moisturizer/body butter to keep me smelling divine (and feeling amazing!) from head to toe.

I just recieved my sample size of Lust and I can say I am amazed and surprised. I tried the Silky Underwear dusting powder and really thought I loved jasmine, but this clenches it for me.

I dabbed some just as I got out of the shower on my wrists and chest, and let it dry. It was absolutely delicious once it warmed to my skin, the spicy scent is memorable and encites that sensuality I actually grew to love in two minutes of breathing in the scent.

Some of the reviews here say you have to be brave to wear this. Just let me say: That if you put this perfume on, it's not that you have to be brave. You simply are.

It gives me confidence. I hope it will for you too if you try it!

If you're a fan of jasmine and LUSH's silky underwear dusting powder or the sex bomb bath bombs, you will love this.
I was a little skeptical at first because when you smell it in in the store is does seem over powering but it's so different when you wear it. And don't let the price turn you away, a little goes a long way and the bottle lasts you a long time.
I love to wear this for special occasions or date nights with my boyfriend but it would be great as an everyday perfume too.

The only things I'm gonna recommend are these:
1- again, a little goes a long way so dont put on too much at a time.
2- it does have a tint that could stain clothes!!!! So if you're like me and tend to spray your perfume and run through it when you put it on, do this.
I put it on when I get out of the shower and I'm dried off and before I get dressed. I use one spray around my neck//chest area. I make sure it's dry on my skin before putting on clothes. You can pat with a tissue or something. The scent will hold.
OR i like to spray it in my hair. The smell lasts much long and doesn't stain at all! And I have light blonde hair. (this goes for any perfume by the way)

I was so excited to use this product. But the smell is just too much for me to take. My nostrils are burning and I just want to get it off. I feel like I smell like scented stationery and just seriously ick. I can imagine someone else liking it though, these things are so subjective.

I just bought this yesterday (I got the spritz stick shaped bottle) after smelling it in the store. I kept sniffing myself for the rest of the day. The price is a bit high for me so this isn't going to be an everyday wear. I love it!

So happy I only purchased sample sizes. Ordered Lust, Karma, & Breath of God. All of which smell absolutely awful and I will not be wearing. I thought after all the great reviews that they would just have to be amazing but I was definitely wrong. Guessing it smells good to some people but definitely not for my taste.

I just found LUSH 5 days ago and I have already made a second trip back to get more products. One was "Lust".

I travel to Venice almost yearly and Lust reminds me of walking the calles (streets) when the jasmine is in high bloom. It evokes so many wonderful memories of such a sexy romantic place that I just can't stop smelling myself.

Thank you Lush for giving me a daily trip to my favorite city in the world.

i found my scent soulmate in LUST. i get so many compliments on it. if i didn't love LUSH i would never want to share my secret. one of my favorite things about LUST perfume, i think, is how complex it is. it first and foremost is floral and smells strongly of jasmine, but there are definite powdery and sweet undertones as well. it is just perfect.

I've had this perfume since this past summer, and I really love it. One thing I love about Lush perfumes in general is that they don't smell like chemicals, since they focus on using more of the scent's essence, and this is no exception. The jasmine scent is very pure, which I absolutely love. It is definitely VERY strong when you first spray it, but don't let that put you off. Once it settles down after about 10-20 minutes, it's so lovely and sexy. Make sure you spray it on in a well-ventilated area though! I would also like to add that this product does NOT stain clothes, contrary to what other reviews have stated. I have never had a problem with that, and I wear white all of the time.

I also own the Vanillary and Imogen Rose perfumes, which I love as well. Sometimes I mix one of them (or both of them) to create a unique scent, depending on my mood. Considering the quality of what you are getting and the price of other perfumes on the market, Lush perfumes are extremely affordable and I can actually layer them because I can afford to own more at once :P

Boy do I love this scent! To me it smells just like a botanical garden, like roses and freesias. I've gotten so many compliments on it. Smells better than the expensive high end perfumes.

I love this perfume! It is a bit strong when you first spray it, but it drys down to sensual, warm jasmine-y goodness that stays with you all day. I always get compliments when I wear it, and my husband loves it. I like to use the solid perfume in addition to the spray if we are going out, but just the solid or the spray is good for everyday. If you like floral and jasmine, you will love Lust.

My boyfriend and I love the body wash Flying Fox, it's very sexy. When we recently went to Lush we were going to pick up another bottle of the body wash and I came across the perfumes (which I never noticed before) I came across Lust which smells just like Flying Fox and I just melted. I sprayed some on me before we left the store and my boyfriend stopped me and said I had to get the perfume. He adores the smell and he says it makes him want to get home faster and in a good way!

I first smelled this perfume before Christmas and I absolutely fell in love and my best friend said it smelled absolutely wonderful on me. About a week or so later I took my fiance to the mall so that he could smell it too and he fell in love as well but we just couldn't afford it. Then yesterday (Valentine's Day) he surprised me with a bottle of it! I love this perfume! It smells fantastic and the smell lasts all day. Every where I go someone says something about the scent and asks what I'm wearing. Talk about great advertising for Lush!

I adore jasmine, especially jasmine scents that are single-note fragrances or not overly complex. This is not a single-note scent, but it is not overly complex either. Often too many different florals are combined in a perfume and you end up with a dated scent that does little justice to the jasmine. This is not the case with Lust. However, this scent is very strong upon initial application, extremely heady and slightly sour. Yet after a few minutes it mellows out and you really smell the jasmine. It is a very strong scent and you only need a single spritz. This scent can be abused, and if abused, has the potential to be rancid. For many this is a night time scent because of the heady floral. However, during the day I like to layer a touch of Silky Underwear dusting powder on top of where I have sprayed to tone down the strength with a more powdery scent, which the vetiver in Silky Underwear accomplishes. The scent also commands attention and I do not recommend spraying this in public. I like to use the spray in the morning and if I need to touch up, I use the solid. I do not layer this with the Lust soap because the scent is simply too strong. I do layer it with jasmine scented massage bars, however. Again, this is a strong scent, very mature but not dated (i.e., not old-ladyish). I do wish the price were slightly lower because 1 oz goes quickly if you use this as a daily perfume. However, I continue to purchase it because I love the scent.

I really didn't think I would like this as I tend to shy away from florals, but Lust is beautiful. The scent is floral, but is softened by a sweet (but not cloying) fruity note. As I wore it, it faded to an almost Vineyard-y grape smell by day's end. There is not a dark musky smell to it at all. Clear and feminine and just...beautiful.

As a side note, though I didn't get that "sexy" feel at all, my husband did compliment me twice on my perfume the first day.

I fell in love with Lust when my husband and I were treated to a fragrance demo at the NYC Herald Square store. LUSH is truly underestimated for its fragrances. I think Mark has an incredible nose and really hit the nail on the head when he created (and named) this one! If you are not a reticent kinda person, just one spritz of Lust will ignite your scentual journey. It lasts and lasts! I took a bath, and it is still on my skin. Yesterday, I worked out at the gym (hadn't showered in nearly 2 days) and my perspiration re-activated the Lust I had sprayed nearly 48 hours earlier. It is a heady delight! I am so thankful for this fragrance, that if it is ever discontinued I will cry a river. It is a hit! Like Snow Fairy is a hit!

First of all, one star off of the solid perfume because it is tinted and I was warned it could stain my clothes. That being said, I love LUST! It's become something of a signature scent for any date/evening event, though it is a little too sex-kitten for daytime. I get compliments all of the time--from men, women, and even people in between ;) It's straight-up jasmine, an uncomplicated, un-perfume-y smell. One tip I got from a salesperson was to rub a fair amount on my hands and run them through my curls while they are still damp. For whatever reason, the scent lingers there and anyone going in for a hug or a kiss on the cheek will instantly get a whiff of sex appeal. Plus, the waxy solid boosts shine! What more could you ask for?

The scent does wear off, so if I'm going on a date I like to throw on a little Silky Underwear for added va-va-voom.

Wow! This scent is absolutely gorgeous and super sexy! I just spritzed some on my wrists and a little on my neck and it lasted for hours! I am in love with the scent of jasmine and if you are too then you will love this.....also if you love this then you will love Godiva (solid shampoo) and Flying Fox shower gel. It would make a great layering experience. Also on a positive note, this product hasn't stained my skin or my clothes. In a nutshell, this fragrance is probably the sexiest I have ever worn. It is so sensual and feminine, try it! You will not regret it :)
