Love the scent as I loved the Midnight Massage bar but it is not available all year. I was given a sample of this soap and I loved it..however, it left a light pink stain in the tub. It hasn't faded all the way, and it is sort of annoying, but probably not enough to keep me from buying.

Perhaps I will store the soap in a plastic container as opposed to the dish in the shower...

I am a huge fan of the Godiva shampoo bar, and when I found out there was a soap that smells similar I immediately bought it. And yes, it smells sooooo good, I don't want to stop smelling it. It does lather well and after I feel very clean, but the scent doesn't seem to last as long as the shampoo bar does. It's definitely still worth it if you love the scent of Jasmine, because you get a huge bar of soap.
To store this I bought one of the tins that Lush offers and cut it down so it would fit in it and have some for later.

When I first opened the package, it really assaulted my nose. Smelled like familiar Chinese jasmine scents, reminiscent of my childhood. That was kind of a turn off, because I didn't want to smell like an old Chinese woman. BUT, after it sitting around, I'm starting to like it. I also got the Lust perfume, and hated it at first, but now I find myself sneaking dabs of it. My brother thought it smelled, 'Like a good hotel' if that makes you feel any better about what guys think about it? But I don't know if I'll wear it around my boyfriend yet, he might think it's a little old-fashioned or hippie.

Perfect for a morning shower. Not too drying and has a nice scent. Use it as a 'base' scent before a dab of Lust perfume!

The main drawback is that it can stain a tub.

right off the bat, nothing smells better. nothing. the soap has a powerful, heavenly jasmine scent that permeates my whole bathroom. it lingers on the skin, though not too much. just enough so that when you allow someone near, it draws them in nearer ;) plus it does wonderful things to my skin. one of my favorite beauty products of all time.

The smell can be overwhelming to someone with a sensitive nose, but the bar got my skin to squeak and a lovely soft scent of jasmine that clung to my skin long after use. For the first time in a long time, I felt like a girl.

The absolute best thing about this soap is the smell. It's such a nice jasmine smell, not too sweet and not overpowering, just a perfect jasmine scent. It isn't really moisturizing, but it isn't drying either. When I use this, I feel clean and refreshed.

I bought this on a whim and definitely don't regret it. I never knew how much I loved the scent of jasmine until I got this! I couldn't stop sniffing it right after I got it out of the box. When I got around to using it in the shower, I was almost disappointed. After rinsing it off my skin dried out completely since I have such naturally dry skin. However, I found that if I just kept rubbing the water onto my skin, it went back to normal and then when I got out and dried off it felt moisturized, so that's def a plus. Also, I'm a gigantic fan of glitter so seeing it sparkle while washing with it makes me feel like a giddy little kid.

All in all, good purchase A+ will likely buy again <3

I have been a shower gel girl for 15+ years. I never thought I would go back to drying, residue leaving bar soap! But Lush bar soap is like nothing I have ever experienced from a solid soap. It lathers well, gives good moister, and doesn't leave a residue that makes your skin feeling tight and itchy. Plus it smells amazing and the bright pink suds are fun!

OH MY GOD, love is an understatement. I adore adore adore this soap. I love the strong jasmine scent and the gorgeous pink color this soap boasts. I have never found a soap that has smelled even close to this. I have to say, if I were to be a soap, this is it. Jasmine lovers, you won't be disappointed.

I'm somewhat of a noobie to Lush, but I fell in love very quickly with the products. I was excited when a co-worker brought me a sample of Lust Soap. I love the smell of it, it made my office smell like Jasmine all day. The soap gets really sudsy and lathery in the shower, but can leave a little bit of a residue and icky feeling on your skin, it requires extra rinsing. It leaves my skin a little dry, but has me smelling like yummy Jasmin all day.

I use the soap EVERY DAY... I love it. I have to order 2 at a time now, just so I don't run out... LOVE the soap, doesn't leave any residue, and smells great on my skin all day!!

I absolutely love the smell of this and the overall look and appeal, and I've purchased it on more than one occasion because of that. When it lathers, there's a cool pink color which I really like. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it leaves my skin feeling dry and unpleasantly tight and may leave some residue behind after rinsing. I think I would rather use a perfume with this scent, because that was the only amazing thing about this soap.

I bought this product because I'm a huge fan of the Jasmine scent and I wanted a bar of soap to take with me when i travel. I brought this bar home and before i even lathered it up it made my bathroom smell great.i noticed my skin felt a bit dry as soon as i washed it off. I try to avoid any soaps that give me that tight skin feeling, but it wasn't severe to the point where i wouldn't use it again. After i dried off my skin didn't feel as tight, it was soft and smelled great, but i still felt the need to use a light lotion afterwards.It was just an added bonus that my bathroom smelled great for the rest of the day.

Make sure you like the smell of jasmine, and know you like the smell of jasmine. I received just a little sample in the mail with one of my orders. It is very overpowering and strong to me and seemed very cloying. I thought maybe it was just becasue it had been in plastic and it had been warm, and if you've read any of my other reviews lets face it, I'm a LUSHaholic and don't want to dislike anything here. So I decided to try it that night in the shower after it had had a chance to sit and cool down and breathe. The entire bathroom smelled like jasmine for a week, I couldn't even finish washing with it before I threw it out. I have decided that I apperantly don't like the scent of jasmine, I had never really smelled jasmine or been exposed to jasmine scents before. If you like jasmine you will love this soap.

This soap immediately caught my eye when I walked into Lush. It is a gorgeous dark pink. When I smelled it, I had a flashback of springtime. For those of you who don't know what jasmine smells like, it's a lot like Lilly of the Valley. I love how Lush is always making creative blends of scents, but it is nice to have a pure jasmine soap. Lust lathers really well with fluffy fragrant pink suds. I hope to pick up the Lust perfume next time I visit Lush (for when I'm too lazy to take a morning shower). If you are a fan of pink things and/or floral scents, Lust Soap needs a home in your shower!

I am a huge fan of Lush's Godiva shampoo bar and Lust perfume because I love the jasmine scent, so I was super excited to try the Lust soap. I was a little disappointed in the scent, as I don't think that the soap has the true jasmine scent like Godiva and the perfume. This soap lathers well and seems to clean your body well. The lather is pink and I was a little shocked to see it rinsing down the drain-VERY PINK. Not sure it needs to be so saturated with color, it was a turn-off for me. I didn't find it to be moisturizing or have any real benefits. The jasmine scent didn't linger at all as I had hoped that it would so that I could layer my scent from shampoo to soap to perfume. Not a fan of this one.

The first time I used "Lust" was on a trip, in the shower with a washcloth, and I was thoroughly unimpressed. It didn't seem to lather, I wasn't sure of the way it smelled, and I thought it dried my skin out a little too much.

I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took it home. I used my little 1/8-lb bar until the very end, but added a loofa into the mix and VOILA! The lather is the lightest pink, absolutely delish way to use this soap! It doesn't dry my skin "too" much when it lathers up, and a few swags through the loofa leave me with plenty to use head to toe! I always, always recommend Lush to my friends and steer them right to Lust! :)
