I steam my face before using this product, so my pores are open and the tingling sensation penetrates deeper. It tones and smooths my skin, leaving it refreshed. It smells so good, even after you wash it off. Application is a little messy, but is SO worth it. I'm 15 with combination skin, but my 19 year old sister gets the same amazing results. Same with my mom. It is a must if you wznt brighter, more awake skin.
Also, a lot of people's con is that it doesn't remove makeup, but that's because it isn't supposed to..

I absolutely LOVE this product! I have acneic but very patchy dry skin and I read that this mask is great for all skin types and decided to give it a try. My boyfriend actually purchased it as well (he has oily skin with cystic acne. We both were blown away with the improvements in our skin even after the initial use. It was cooling but not too much and surprisingly, it did NOT irritate by sensitive extremely dry skin! I actually see a dermatologist for my acne and problematic skin and this worked better than my prescription acne treatment. It is recommended to use this product once a week but I had a horrendous breakout and I have been using it about 3 times a week only on my problem areas. I saw dramatic improvement in my inflammation and redness after the first application. My boyfriend uses it as his daily cleanser. He actually washes with it and lets it sit for a few minutes before rinsing and has had excellent results just like me. We both have two different skin types but both had phenomenal results! We will both be repurchasing this product and I would definitely recommend it to those with acne prone skin or problems with pores or blackheads because this baby tackles those too. On the days where I do not use this mask, I like to use my ocean salt scrub =] thank you lush!

This stuff is amazing! I started having really bad problems with really dry skin on my forehead and it gets kinda flaky and it seemed no matter how much moisturizer I put on it was still really dry. I didn't do a Lush moisturizer because it was more expensive, so I decided to try this and it works! After I used it my skin felt so soft and there wasn't any dry skin on my forehead! I will definitely be buying it again.

this mask is amazing! first of all, the smell is great. second, when you apply it to your skin, it feels like your applying ice on your face. it's so cooling and refreshing. my family use this as well, and they love it! after washing it off, my skin feels great. and some of my redness on my cheeks are gone. and when you wash it off, the remaining mask is like a soft scrub that removes your dead skin cells.

First of all let me say-- this stuff smells amazing. Sometimes I'll just carry the pot around with me and smell it. I. Love. It. I usually use the mask 1-2 times a week (I would avoid using it every day, simply so you do not risk over drying your skin), after using the Ocean Salt scrub. At first I was putting on a little too much, and I had globs of Aduki beans falling everywhere. I learned that a little goes a long way!

When the mask got hard, I kind of freaked out at first because my skin felt really tight. However, I learned that was a good thing because it meant that it was really getting deep down into my pores and cleaning out all the icky stuff.

When I washed it off I was amazed how soft my skin felt! I have had blackhead problems on my nose and chin for as long as I can remember and I have been using glycolic acid peels for about 3 years to treat them. I wanted a more natural, gentle alternative to exfoliating and this did just the trick. I also used to use pore strips on my nose, which were very painful. I don't have to use either of those anymore, and I think my face is happier for it. I would suggest washing it off leaning over a tub because it can get kind of messy trying to do it in the sink. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes, so great if you don't have a lot of time to devote to a facial.

I have sensitive, combination skin. I was recommended to use this product by a lush employee - but the suggestion could not be farther off. The peppermint in this mask irritates my skin, and the clay flakes off my face while drying. It's a fairly messy process to remove as well. Although this mask does make my skin feel clean and soft, I will not be buying this product again.

I bought this mask, since the nearest Lush store is about 3 hours away. I immediately put in my basket as soon as I read "peppermint". I am a HUGE mint fan and, as of late, a Lush convert. This mask is messy (IT IS A MASK)and it does leave grean in my sink, but my skin is so soft and smooth. I'm lucky enough to not really get a lot of breakouts, but I do have mild redness on my cheeks, and it seems to be helping that a little. I have combination skin, and using this mask, I find that I dont have to put moisturizer on as soon as I take off the mask. Does not dry your skin out!

I love this mask! My sister bought it and I noticed that her face was really clear and had an even complexion (we both are extrememely acne prone and our skin is so sensitive). She let me borrow it and try it out for a couple of days, I fell in love!! My face went from being very broken out, red, irritated to being completely clear, soft, and the redness was gone! This product cleared up my face within a week of using it once a day! I like it to use it right after I get out of the shower and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. If I don't feel like making a mess (it can get all over the place), I jump back in the shower and rinse it off! I will continue to buy this product forever and ever!!!

I have unbelievably stubborn and tough skin. Now don't get me wrong, when I say tough, I don't mean dry and/or rough and itchy, but resistant to ANYTHING that gets put on it. My main issue with my skin isn't breaking out but lots of oil and shine like no other, also pretty big pores that no matter what I do, never get smaller! My main goal for going into the store was to find something that would make them go away and Lesha immediately recommended this mask. I told her that since I was using Coalface already, I was getting halfway there: the wash was clearing out my pores but it wasn't shrinking them. Since I was pretty impressed with the cleanser I decided to give this a whirl and I just have one thing to say: A-MA-ZING! This mask felt great, smelt great, and most importantly, IT GOT RID OF MY PORES! I actually have no pores on my face right now thanks to this thing and it will now forever be in my possession. I highly recommend putting on the Eau Roma Water as a toner and follow it up with the Vanishing Cream as a moisturizer. Simply bliss.

This is the first mask that I've ever purchased and I'm not disappointed. I use this mask about 2x/week, sometimes 3 if my face feels really gross, after washing my face with AoB.
To reduce mess, I just scoop small amounts of product from the jar and directly apply to my face. Sometimes, there's fallout but only when there's too many aduki beans. I really do like the smell- earthy mint, if that makes sense and it's not overwhelming.
The only downside to this is that as the mask dries up, my face gets itchy in some places. I just press my fingernail to the itch and it's gone.

I have used a lot of masks but this is the best one yet. It doesn't dry out my skin and I love that when you are washing it off it doubles as a scrub. I follow with a toner and my skin has never felt cleaner. Very few if any zits since I started using this 2-3x a week.

I was originally looking to get a sample of cosmetic warrior, but since it needs to be refrigerated, I couldn't. The sales clerk suggested this mask for me instead based off of reasons why I would have wanted CM (blackheads, spots, blemishes, oil). I have to say it's the most wonderful mask I've ever used. The strong (but not too strong) minty smell is beyond enticing. Applying it is the best part because it feels SO soft and creamy smooth when you're spreading it over your skin, and it gives an amazing cooling sensation as well. I'd recommend using it in the shower though, because once it dries it take a lot of effort to scrape it off, haha. Since I already have a lot of other Lush products involved in my face routine, so I decided I don't really NEED this mask, but I'd still definitely recommend it.

This mask was simply the best!!! I love that it doesn't have to be made fresh or kept in the fridge. It felt so good on my skin and made me feel so fresh! It was a great scent and I fell in love. I don't think I could ever turn this product down now!!! I love it!

I love coming home from a long day and using the Mask of Magnaminty! It helps my skin feel refreshed and clean, without causing breakouts! I have sensitive skin, so when I was looking for a mask, I wanted something I knew wouldn't cause redness or irritation! I use this mask once a week (sometimes twice!), and I have never had a product give my skin a more refreshed and beautiful feeling!

I really like the smell of this. I got it as a sample and loved it the first day I tried it. I usually use it when I've been out sweating a lot (after coming home from the gym, working outside, etc.) The smell is really minty and it makes my face feel tingly (in a good way, lol.) I feel so refreshed when I finish using this. I usually clean my face with Ocean Salt, then put this on. Some people say it breaks them out but I haven't experienced this (I have normal skin.)

ok i use all the ane treaments in the world none work but 3 things acune which is super strong meds the u have to have blood drawn and ton of test the other two are mask of mangaminty and fresh farmacy face soap so lush my skin owe u big time!

i recently went on my first excursion to the lush store, and came out with the mask of magnaminty, dry shampoo, and sexy peel soap.

while all of those were delightful, this mask is absolutely amazing.

first of all, it smells great. like, i will go out of my way to open the container to smell it. it smells like mint and chocolate, which is an award-winning combination. it's a pretty shade of green, i will not pretend like after applying it i instragram'd a picture of my face and made a wicked witch of the west reference.

it has just the right amount of peppermint tingle, and it's refereshing. i don't even know how that works, but after i put it on and washed it off i was extremely relaxed and refereshed; probably witchcraft.

after using it, my face is soft. like, ridiculously soft. i have made my entire family touch my face to appreciate the softness. and my face is so clean! i'm not the average pimply teen, but it took away a lot of problem spots and smoothed over some bad skin.

basically the best ever.
