I've had horribly chapped lips for months and tried a wide variety of homemade and store bought lip scrubs as well as regular lip balm use. However, nothing helped until I got this. After just two uses, I had wonderfully soft, moisturized lips. I don't even need lip balm anymore! A little goes a very long way and the scrub isn't too messy. The mint also slightly freshens your breath when you lick it off, which is an added bonus.

This was the first product I ever purchased from lush(I got it over the winter). I must say it does well as far as exfoliating(AT FIRST). After a while the scrub seemed to some how thin out and it took a while to scrub, and at times I may have scrubbed for to long and my lips began to peel! NOT attractive at all! But maybe that was from my own doing. When i used this scrub I used my finger which didn't do me any justice. So I now scrub with a toothbrush (not the one I use for my teeth) and it works a lot better.

Every time I'm at Lush, there are always lip scrubs at the check out counter. So today I decided to try Mint Julips lip scrub.

Product works like a charm! Lips are so soft and smooth. I've always had a problem with cracked, dry lips. So a lip scrub is a must for me. Love that all the ingredients are natural, and on the bottom of the jar is an expiration date. Doesn't expire until May 2014, so I don't have to worry about throwing out unused product!

I probably use lip scrub 3 to 4 times per week. It varies for everyone, just depends on your lips!

I used to buy other lip scrubs at high-end beauty stores. But I like Lush's lip scrub the best!!

FYI - I like to apply scrub to my lips. Then wet my finger with water to scrub. I just find the scrub works better wet, than dry. Personal preference.

Good product. Not a miracle worker though. I still use it daily or twice a day to carry on the effects. I keep it by my tooth brush and incorporate it in with my morning and evening routine. I am not wild about the taste. I wish it didn't have the fake awkward chocolate flavor in it.

A friend told me about Lush Lip Scrubs and my initial reaction was "Why do I need that?" Well, one day I broke down and bought a pot and here's why I need it:

1. It makes my lips so soft!
2. It gets rid of any chapping I might have.
3. It actually makes my lips a little plump. Probably because it gets the blood flowing.
4. It takes like Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies.

Yes, you read that last item correctly... it tastes like Girl Scout Thin Mints. It's delicious. You get to eat the excess after you scrub your lips with it. It's like getting a great beauty fix and then eating Thin Mints without the calories. What's not to love? Seriously. Buy a pot. And then buy a pot for each of your friends. They'll like you even more after that.

I will keep this review short and sweet - it doesn't get any better than LUSH's Mint Julips Lip Scrub! All it takes is a tiny amount swept over your lips and its instant softness! It smells delicious and tastes delicious! Even though you aren't supposed to lick your lips constantly you will find yourself wanting to after applying it. That may be this products only flaw - its addictively good!

I absolutely LOVE Mint Julips! My friend recommended it to me and when I tried it, it worked wonders! I was amazed at how it scrubbed off all the dead skin from my lips. It made them so smooth and soft, and you can lick off the remainder of it! It does get a bit messy but I usually just wipe my face after I lick off the rest and there you go! I use this every other day, unless my lips get super chapped from the cold weather.

I had been using a tooth brush and a VERY expensive lip scrub from the department store. The expensive lip scrub wasn't eatable like Mint Julips and it didn't smell good either. It didn't do anything for my lips so I resorted to using a tooth brush. By the time I was done exfoliating my lips were sore and hurt and applying chap stick hurt. So I bought Mint Julips and I fell in love. It's amazing and smells great. It is so easy to use since I can just lick off and be done. No rinsing it off or using a tooth brush afterwards. My lips aren't sore anymore and I apply a lush lip balm on my lips after. My lips have never been in better shape than they are now. I love using this product in the morning for a burst of mint and the smoothness of my lips. Since I wear lipstick a lot this is a must have! I adore this product. Will purchase again and again! Love love love!

I've heard so much about this before i got it and at the time i was looking for a lip scrub i had no doubts of what to get! It does its job great, smells delicious and tastes so yummie! Go and get it, for sure!

I love this product. It smells and taste delicious and leaves my lips smooth as butter!

Although it is a little pricey, it lasts a long long time.

I would definitely repurchase this. I love to keep it in my purse so I can use it whereever I go.

I went snowboarding recently and found at the end of the day my lips were really chapped so I used this and followed up with lip balm and the problem was solved.

I use this first thing in the morning. I put it on my dry lips and rub in circular motions. It shucks the dry skin right off! It's a good product, but I don't know if I will purchase it again because it's just not a must have product for me.

i do not recommend this. it is messy, sticky, and hard to use. it does not exfoliate your lips, and it dries them out instead.the only thing that is good is that it tastes like sugar. it is no better than a homemade lip scrub and is way too overpriced for a small jar of sugar and peppermint oil.

I live in the Midwest and the winters here can be brutal leaving my lips ultra chapped so needless to say I'm a huge fan of lip scrubs. This is my new absolute favorite lip scrub! Compared to some other higher end lip scrubs I've used this is very reasonably priced for the quantity you get. I use a tiny amount (enough to cover the end of a pencil eraser) on dry lips and rub it around for a little bit, then follow up with a lip balm. It feels dry to the touch but the oils start to come out and soften as you rub it in. I LOVE that you can lick this off when you are done and it tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream! Yummy! Can't wait to try the other flavors.

I use this on my lips when they are dry and peeling. It gets rid of the flaky skin in just one use. I love this stuff! I use it once a week. It smells really good and it feels minty on my lips. It really works great!

I love this lip scrub! I've never been tempted to try a lip scrub, but after this cold winter, I needed some relief. I originally wanted to buy the Popcorn lip scrub, but LUSH was sold out  I ended up buying this scrub instead and I'm so happy I did! I love the smell and it works wonders! All I want to do is keep rubbing my soft lips together now! Inexpensive and effective, a must try!

At first, I didn't see what the use of a "lip scrub" was. I always thought my lips were pretty soft just by using a good lip moisturizer. After trying it, I realized how soft my lips could ACTUALLY be. It definitely makes a difference, especially if your lips are chapped from the sun or cold. I live in Florida and I'm outside a lot, so my lips get burned and dried. This whisks away the dead skin and, combined with some Superbalm before bed, leaves my lips smooth and kissable for another day! :)
