I recieved my big Lush order in the mail today[...]and Miranda was added to my box as a happy free sample. The small package it came in said "Miranda tropical fragrance", and I also recieved a sample of Bamboo "the simplest of bamboo soap." I wasn't sure what Miranda was. Soap? Body butter? Bath melt? I opened the package and took a long sniff. Summer. It smells like yummy summertime. I took it out and sniffed some more... it's not a complex smell, but it's simple and fruity; just nummy. I rubbed the edge and it gently melted into me. My other sample identified itself as soap, so I came to the conclusion Miranda is a summer time solid perfume. I rubbed some onto my inner wrists (creamy!) and melted some against my neck by softly stroking the bar against me. Yum. Quite a few hours later, I arrive online to find that it is a soap. I rubbed soap onto my skin and left it there; and you know what? My skin didn't react badly at all. I have STUPIDLY sensitive skin... and I left soap on... and it's not red or itchie or irritated. If it WERE a solid perfume, I would ask that the fragrance be longer lasting (it still smells great, but I have to bring my wrist up to my face to smell it) but wow. I think that's pretty impressive. I am SO going to use this in the shower as a soap! And *I'm going to hang my head and admit it* I rubbed some onto a door jam, hoping I will smell it as I pass by.

I had been watching reviews of this soap on youtube, and this one girl got it as a sample and literally "screeched" with delight after smelling it. I had to try it. I really really wanted to love it. I wanted it to be super fruity and sweet. Not so much. It's actually a little dull, and waxy smelling. I don't know if I got a bad batch, but so far I have only used it on my hands. Not quite sure if I want my whole body to smell like this yet. Oh well, very glad I tried it for myself, possibly an acquired taste.

I fell in love with this soap the moment I laid eyes on it in store. It has an amazingly fruity scent and it lingers (but isn't overpowering) for hours after your shower. The one and only thing I dislike about the Miranda is the kiwi seeds!! They claim to be "exfoliating" but they're extremely harsh and have even left scratches and cuts on my skin. The seeds can easily be popped out with your fingernail but you shouldn't have to!!

It smelled decent in the store and wanted to be adventurous and buy a piece. It cut nicely and appeared to be moisturizing. As I was about to use it I thought that it smelled different than the block they have in the store and sure enough after I washed my hands it became an even weirder smell. My hands smell like pennies right now... AND their dry... Not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of this soap.

This is a new shower staple for me! I do a once all over rub, then I use a luffa to get a good exfoliation (even though the bar has some exfoliation to it). Then comes the good part! I just start to rub it in with my hards. It becomes creamy goodness! Almost like a lotion. I love it!! My skin feels great all day! Give it a whirl for yourself!

I live nowhere near a lush store so anytime I want to try something new I'm taking a leap of faith in my love for this company. Oh am I so very glad I did with this soap!! My bathroom smells lovely and fruity, even my boyfriend loves the smell. My skin is soft and happy, which says a lot because almost everything makes me itch! Try it!!

I went into the store to pick up some new shower gel (not much of a solid soap person) but when I smelled this I was blown away. It exudes an amazing aroma that makes my whole bathroom smell like a mixture of gummy bears and fruit salad. Love the scent, and wish I could get it in a gel or a perfume, because as much as I love it, I'm not much of one for solid soaps and I could feel this one drying out my skin. :(

If you have acne prone skin, this soap isn't for you. It cleared it up a little bit, though not all the way. It also dries the skin out. The soap is more for appearence and not actually for use. This soap was recommened for me as a free sample. I am glad I didn't actually buy it. If you have normal, not acne prone skin that has enough moisture in your skin and you can handle regular soap on your skin, then this soap is for you. Other wise don't even bother buying it if you have really dry or oily/acne prone skin.

I've been going thru LUSH soaps like mad, trying to replace my discontinued favourite (Mandarin Tea Party, how I miss your perfection!) I've liked several and been unimpressed by just as many. Once I gave Miranda the shower test, I rejoiced! It smelled great on me, my skin felt soft & fabulous, and the scrubby seeds felt lovely. This is the closest I have found to my personal soap nirvana since MTP went away. While I'm far too addicted to LUSH to not keep trying other soaps, Miranda is now my new "I can't run out!" soap in the collection.

It was my birthday recently and I had to celebrate by going to my LUSH store. I always get a soap and decided to go for something different. I took it home and tried it out in the shower. I love the scrubby texture of it as well as the delightful fruity scent. It is seriously yummy. I love the way it makes my skin feel. I think I found another good one!

I started suffering from very dry and itchy skin this winter and I could not find a soap that would quench my skin's thirst for moisture. Miranda soap was just the thing! Even after one use my skin felt smoother, softer, and wasn't itchy at all! It lathers beautiful and smells even better!

When my mom brought this soap home as a gift to me, I fell in love with the creaminess and cool "chunks," while especially loving the color. The scent isn't too strong, but it isn't my favorite. When I think of kiwis, I think of sweetness. This soap just does not smell sweet. I may have gotten a bad batch, but I wouldn't know. I use it in the shower on a pouf, which lathers it nicely. The good thing is, the scent doesn't linger. Go for it.

I absoutly loved the smell when I first smelled it at the store, I was very excited to use it because I've been looking for a new soap bar. I had been painting one day & got some paint on my arms, I used the Miranda soap. Although it smelled wonderful the first few seconds as I was washing with the bar, I noticed these black things started to come out, of course I know that they aren't rocks but it sure did feel like it while I was washing my arms, but I can look past that. Also the smell didn't stay with me for too long, but I did enjoy it while it was there

We definitely do not recommend using the body soaps on the face, as they are specially formulated for the skin of the body.
