As was everyone there.They helped me pick out some stuff safe enough and yummy enough for me and my growing little one.I choose The Nutts Massage bar and the Each Peach (because you buy two and you get a tin, yay!).The moment my boyfriend smelled the Nutts massage bar he didn't stop sniffing me ALL night! I have to say I couldn't stop sniffing myself either. It's so warm and yummy and melty and comforting. I feel relaxed and moisturized and happy.I plan on using it a little bit every night on my belly to moisturize it good (so I minimize stretch marks) and also to help me get to sleep.I haven't used the Each Peach yet, though it smells awesome and uplifting and fun! I plan on using it in the day to get my elbows and knees nice and moisturized for all day! I might even buy a tin just to carry that one with me to work and everywhere!Overall I was super happy with my Lush gifts and I plan on not only buying at least the Nutts Massage bar again, but trying new stuff! Thanks Lush, you made this future new mom a happy camper!

LUSH Georgetown talked me into this one - and it's the only time they've ever lead me astray. While in the store, Nutts smelled vaguely like a dusty wooden barrel of peanuts. On my body, however, it smelled like I had rolled in a pile of Reese's cups. I made the grave error of using Nutts one morning before work and I had coworkers sniffing me all day. If you're into Reese's, this bar's for you as the scent lasts f-o-r-e-v-e-r.
This bar tends to be slightly greasy until it absorbs, so don't touch anything (walls, paper, blankets, spouses, cats) or you're likely to transfer both the unending scent and some of the sticky/greasy feeling to the other object.
Side note: my husband's a certified massage therapist and Nutts is a no-go with him. Mange Too is his preferred bar.

I keep a bar of NUTTS on my counter top in the bathroom. After a steamy hot shower I dry off and rub the Nutts bar over my legs and feet, arms including elbows, neck and back. At first I was completely addicted to how great it smells and then I noticed how soft and smooth my skin was becoming. This is one of my favorite products that cheers me up and gets me ready for the day ahead. It's one of the coolest products I have ever tried.

One of my least favorite massage bar purchases. Really greasy texture, never really soaks into skin. Also, unlike any other massage bars I've tried, it has a gritty texture that would be horrible if you tried to use it for a massage! Didn't like it, but I'm still glad I tried it!

The massage bar is an excellent product for people with dry skin. I use it right after a shower, before toweling off as an alternative to lotion and it is one of the best moisturizers I've ever used. I don't plan on ever living without a massage bar ever again.
This scent just isn't for me though. It strongly reminds me of Palmer's products, and is very cocoa-heavy. I'd give the smell itself 3 stars. It's not great, but it's not unpleasant either. Scent is highly personal, though, and I'm sure there are people who will love it.
I know Lush has got to have a massage bar with a scent that is going to blow me away so I'm excited to use this one up and try a different one. :D

When I first opened my package, this was the most pungent thing in the box, which is great because it smells wonderful! Sadly, that's the only thing it has going for it. It was very gritty, to the point of exfoliating my skin -- not exactly what I got for when I'm getting a massage. It was so greasy that I had to take a shower after using it on myself, and I had just taken a shower before. It melts really well; too well, actually. One massage and it is half gone. Which actually works to my benefit, because I hate to be wasteful, but I really don't want to be stuck with this bar for too long. I won't be purchasing it again.

I have used almost every lush massage bar there is... This by far is the worst! Smells great that's not the problem. When rubbed on your skin it feels like little granules of peanuts are left behind. It doesn't absorb like any of the other massage bars it is not moisturizing it is greasy. I really wanted to love this bar it smells amazing but it's just a no go for me.

I absolutely love this lotion bar! I'm so happy it's available again online. It's nutty and chocolatey with an exotic sort of spiciness added. It is a strong smell when you first rub in on, but as it absorbs and mixes with your own body scent it mellows. I feel so sexy when I wear this!

I really wish that this absorbed better into my skin and didn't stay ontop. If I used it as a massage bar it had this unfortunate way of attracting hurt and leaving a scummy layer ontop of the skin. Maybe its just me, but this bar isn't for me.

I love the massage bars. It is my intention to use every single one at some point. (Just ordered the Strawberry) This bar is great as far as moisturizing but the smell was a bit much for me. I love chocolate and this bar delivers the smell of chocolate. For me, it was way tooooo much chocolate. It actually made me a little nauseous. So, I decided to only use it on my legs and use another one on my upper body. It really does work great, so soft! I probably won't order it again, just stick to fruity smells.

I never wish to part from this bar!!! The scent is one of a warm, powdery coco butter. I use it immediately after bath/shower and it feels and smells divine. For the exact reasons some dislike this bar (strong scent, extra moisture), I LOVE it! Has a slightly warming, yet cooling effect on your skin (I know...strange, but amazing).
Bottom line -- I have every other Lush massage bar, and they're all sitting lonely in my bath! Getting ready to go stock up on NUTTS!!!! :)

I was so happy to see Nutts back again, I just ordered 3 of them! I nearly cried when it was discontinued and I had used the last of my bar.
It smells so good that it's like a moisturizer and solid perfume in one! This is the best thing I've used for winter dry skin. Nutts glides on smoothly and the beautiful fragrance stays with me all day. No more itchy, flaky dry skin! None of the other massage bars I've tried left my skin as soft as this one.

I've purchased numerous massage bars from Lush - Wiccy Magic Muscles being my fave, and have loved them all.
However - this one's not really doing it for me.
Melts way too fast, leaves a gross, waxy type feel on my skin, and the scent is way too sticky-sweet and lingers FOREVER - I had to get out of bed and re-shower to get rid of the smell.
All in all, I think I'll stick with the Wiccy bar.

I do use this as a massage bar and it is wonderful. However, since I don't get massages all that often (unfortunately) I have tried to find other uses for this wonderfully smelling super luscious bar.
It does work great as an after-shave moisturizer to really give my skin a boost in the winter months.
It also is a wonderful lip moisturizer! I apply it in the evening before going to bed and it keeps my lips feeling soft and moisturized all night. Then I'll rub some on my lips in the morning before I apply color. I love the smell too!

this is my third massage bar. I have also used mange and therapy. nutts is great too, but i have noticed that its a little more melty than the other two. I still love it though. It smells absolutely divine. I use it as a solid lotion on my cracked dry skin and it works wonders.

When I first got this bar I thought it smelled AMAZING and I couldn't figure out why no one seemed to like it much...the thing is, when I put it on my skin it had an odd smell...not horrible, but kind of peanut-buttery and not very pleasant. The bits of gritty stuff were also not terribly pleasant. On the plus side, it did absorb and moisturize very well.

A:
You are more than welcome to use a dusting powder after our massage bars, however, you do not necessarily need to. A dusting powder would help to absorb excess oils from the skin if you don't like the feeling of moisture lingering on the skin. Since Nutts is a nice, light smell you could really use any of the dusting powders. I would recommend Vanilla Puff, as the chocolate scent would blend well with the light vanilla.Answered on 8/31/2012 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
