I love, love, love the Lush knot wraps. They are beautiful and versatile, making them my perfect daily accessory. They look cute knotted around the strap of a purse or in my hair, but if the moment calls for it I can wrap anything in them, eliminating my need for plastic bags and other packaging.
The Lush card insert gives plenty ideas of how to use them, but a quick Google search reveals a multitude more. I use them for shopping, to keep wine bottles from clanking against each other, as quick packing cubes when I travel (it's handy that just enough of any one category will fit perfectly in a knot wrap; if I can't tie it, I brought too much, a great help in one-bag traveling), to keep small items together in my purse, as gift wrap (no recipient ever gets to keep them though, I'm too attached), and of course to wrap all my Lush purchases in. They wash quickly and easily, so I never worry about soiling them. My only complaint is that Lush doesn't have as many different patterns as I'd like; ideally, I'd have a different kind for each day of the week. :)
