I have finally found my perfect neutral lip color! I love makeup and I especially love a smoky eye, but I had yet to find a neutral lip color to pair with it that wasn't a thick, sticky gloss or a flat, obvious lipstick. I have a medium complexion with red undertones and this is the same color as my lips, just a little more pink. It goes on beautifully, not sticky or cakey, but light and moisturizing. It has a subtle shimmer to it that looks natural and flattering. You could absolutely use it for a 5 minute face, or without any other makeup, and it will enhance your appearance. I absolutely love it! It will be getting a lot of use this summer

I had high hopes because I payed alot for this product. But alas, it fell way short. It would be considered a frost, something that I think of old ladies wearing. Pink with gold undertones. The taste is earthy, more utility than fun so I can't even talk my daughter into taking it.

I bought this shade and Confident on buy one get one free. I used this as a blush and a lipstick! I love this color! Looks beautiful on the cheeks as blush, a lil bit goes a long way. on the lips is a lil tricky for me because my lips chapped easily during winter. I like it better on cheeks than on lips. If i were to go away for the weekend, I would just bring this to use as blush and lipstick!

I was a bit skeptical when I first tried it because when I opened the tube to test it, it appeared thick, cakey and like it would make my lips feel dry. To my delight, it smoothed out well on my lips and was quite moisturizing. It also lasts quite a while, so a little goes a long way. I bought a tube and get many compliments on the colour when I wear it. It's universally flattering for many skin tones, and adds a lovely pop of colour to your lips without being too bright.

I love this stuff. The color is the perfect subtle pinky mauve. The formula is silky smooth. Lush took everything I hated about lipstick and ditched it - all that sticky, waxy, cakey stuff is gone. My lips don't feel dry or gross with this lip color on, and it wears all day, even through eating and drinking. I don't wear a whole lot of makeup but even I'll call this a must- have!

This color is my favorite because any woman with any skin tone can wear it. My only con is that I love it too much because I reapply it all the time. Not because I need to but because I love it. Unfortunately this makes my lips a little dry and cakey.

I wanted to try the new Emotional Brilliance range, but I don't wear much makeup, so I wasn't sure it would be for me. But it's Lush, after all, and I think Perspective will turn out to be one of my favorite lip colors ever. The best way to describe it is "supernatural"--it's similar to the natural color of my lips, but it takes that color to the next level. (For the record, I have medium-to-dark brown hair and a fair complexion.) And I'm really impressed by the smoothing/softening effect that I got from applying a little bit of Ultrabalm first.

Why do I buy Lush? I tell you why. Exquisite sensory experiences. Lush corner's the market on the most delicious smelling and feeling products on the planet. I am a looong time Lushy and am fairly, happily rabid about a handful of their products that I'm never without. Having said this, after giving "Perspective" a whirl (packaging, adorable come on!) I actually did a double-take to see if I had somehow messed up and had NOT ordered a lush product.
Sadly, these adorable little lippies smell like a chemical mistake on my LIPS. In this day and age of Makeup savvy, you just can't afford to think that women don't want delicious on their lips. And they can pretty much get it anywhere now. All I can say is that it isn't wildly drying and leaves a nice stain, but who cares? It smells so awful that I won't ever use it again. Such a strange problem coming from Lush that I keep opening it thinking it might be a mistake on my part. But sadly, no :(

This is the first lipstick that I have actually wanted to wear. This is the first lipstick I haven't actively hated putting on. It goes on smooth and actually stays there and looks awesome without looking cakey or streaky. The pink/beighe/brown/rose color is a mix of subtle and noticeable - it is versatile and not garish. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

This was the first color that came up during my color reading and it is so pretty. It gives your lips a nice "just kissed" look and lasts forever. I also like to dot a bit on my cheeks to give them a lovely flushed look. I am in love with Lush's new cosmetic line!

I am one to hate the texture of lipstick and lip gloss. One is too dry while the other is too sticky. Lush's liquid lipstick is by far the most appealing texture of lip color I have encountered since lip tints- which wear off quite quickly in lighter colors- which I prefer. You will forget you have anything on your lips and the color will still be there. I am absolutely in love with the color selection of all the emotional brilliance products but mostly I highly recommend the liquid lipsticks if you are picky like I am or just because. They are great and this color is just beautiful.

Honestly, I had intended to ignore the whole Emotional Brilliance brouhaha, because I don't wear brightly colored make-up. Little did I know, there are options in the new product line that work for those of us who prefer more subtle, everyday make-up.

A lovely sales associate recommended this shade for me, and wow! I was impressed that it's a natural shade and isn't too harsh-looking against my pale skin. I caved and splurged, and I'm so glad I did!

I put on some Perspective this morning, and 9 hours later, it's still going strong. The color doesn't smudge one bit - it passed the lunch test and smooch test.

How stoked am I that Lush is selling make-up again after disbanning the Lush UK sister company, B Never? SO STOKED!

And this lipstick does not disappoint. In fact, it is a huge improvement over the B Never products. It goes on silky and smooth, much more like melted lipstick than a sticky icky gloss. The sponge makes application way more convenient than a tube of lipstick. I can feel it moisturizing my lips from the second I put it on, and this color cannot be beat! I'd describe it as a peachy pink mauve. A little hint of gold glimmer. It compliments my skin tone (pale with peach undertones) and natural lipcolor amazingly well! I'm in love, folks.

I bought Perspective yesterday at the product launch. It is a great everyday color that I can wear to school, to work, and out. I put it on this morning and after lunch, it is still clearly there, although I have a feeling if I were to moisturize my lips (I like to use Lemony Flutter) it might come off. That said, I like it as well as any other lip color I've tried, and this one is more natural.

The base is Ultrabalm, so it felt good to put on.

I tried a little on my cheeks today as blush like the SA suggested and it looks pretty good! A little goes a long way with that so be careful if you try it. The shade is really versatile and complements the subtle, everyday look I prefer. In fact, right now I'm not wearing anything on my face except Jackie Oates, Perspective, and Translucent, and I feel really beautiful.

I went and tried it in the store today and fell in love. I never, ever wear more than lip balm, since my lips are already big and pink, but this color was literally perfect and made for me. Subtle enough to be a stain under a balm, and buildable for a more intense look, it was the first time I ever used lip color and loved it. It moisturizes without being sticky or wet like a gloss, and isn't thick or heavy like a normal lipstick. Totally worth the indulgent price; I'll could wear this every day and never get bored. Worth going into the store to test the color, and have fun with your "color reading," but trust me, this color will work for everyone.
