Q:I have wavy dry hair. I use the Sylvia Stout Shampoo and R&B. Should I use a normal conditioner in the shower before R&B or just R&B is enough? I feel I need something that detangles my hair and leaves it softer.Asked on 6/27/2015 by CristinaMK
A:R&B is more like a treatment/styling product so it's not a conditioner, but if it's working for you then that's perfect fine to continue using as such! Although, if you'd like to use conditioner in the shower something like Retread or American Cream would work as well.Answered on 6/30/2015 by Pauline
Q:After reading the ingredient list is there any reason this couldn't be used as a hand cream? Has anyone tried it?Asked on 6/25/2015 by KayTee from New york
A:R&B is blended with a special formulation that unfortunately won't soak into the skin.Answered on 6/30/2015 by Coley from LUSH Direct
Q:Can this product be used on straight hair and does it leave my hair healthy ?Asked on 6/19/2015 by Katherine from Blake Ave
A:Yes, you can most definitely use this on straight hair, but you should use it sparingly and only on the ends! You'll love it.Answered on 6/19/2015 by Pauline
Q:Hi! I've been using R&B for a few years now and I just bought a new pot this week but the constancy and smell seem to be completely different. Has the product been changed in any way?Asked on 6/4/2015 by Kimmyg from Long Island, NY
A:There haven't been any changes in the making of R&B, so it could just be a variation in batches, as everything is handmade! That said, if you are finding it is not working as you would like, we have a great return policy!Answered on 6/7/2015 by Sal
Q:Should I put this on wet hair or dry hair?Asked on 5/28/2015 by jully
A:You can definitely use it on both! I prefer to apply it to wet hair first as it helps to detangle, but then I also will use it as a finisher if my hair needs a bit more moisture. Either way, it's an absolutely fantastic product.Answered on 6/2/2015 by Endlessly from Minnesota
A:It is completely up to your personal preference! R&B can be used on wet or dry hair.Answered on 6/1/2015 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
