Here's a totally true story you might find interesting.
I used Razorantium exclusively for facial shaving for some time, as my wife was the manager at my local Lush, and it was incredibly convenient for her to pick up for me...to say nothing of the employee discount.
However, her career ultimately took her down a different path. So, after her tenure at the store, I switched to an aerosol "sensitive-skin" gel simply because it was more convenient to locate. And, for awhile, I was able to convince myself it was "comparable." After all, I told myself, it's a "premium" brand, from a company mostly known for selling commercial skin-care products. It's not like I had to COMPLETELY slum it with some cheap foam. Got the job done, anyway.
At least it did, until the morning I ran out...on the day when my company's international CEO was due for a visit. I depressed the button on the can, and nothing but a pathetic rivulet issued forth before it petered out completely. And while I didn't exactly panic, I believe I said some unpleasant words. Not the end of the world, but horribly frustrating and inconvenient. This was NOT the day to look slovenly.
I immediately started rummaging around in the cabinets for anything I might be able to find that would suffice for the task at hand. After a brief search, I located an old Razorantium tub way in the back, tucked behind some towels. I had saved the tub with the intention of recycling it, but had forgotten. Good thing I did. Because even though I'd put it away "empty," in the ensuing months, what little was left clinging to the sides had pooled into the bottom somewhat...and it looked like just enough left to shave with.
Delighted, I scooped it out. And the feel of it on my skin as well as the unique aroma immediately started to bring me back to the reasons I'd fallen in love with it to begin with. Then, when I started shaving with it, I came back ALL the way.
True story: even though it was only a little bit, and even though it had passed its freshness date some months before, and even though the blade on my razor was probably at least 3 or 4 shaves past when I probably ought to have changed it...I proceeded to give myself the best, closest, and most irritation-free shave I've had in over a year. In fact, it was so close and smooth that I'm currently going on Day 2, and after a quick skin-scratch just now to test for stubble density, I can verify that I'm only just NOW getting back to the level of coarseness I usually "enjoy" at this time of day...After I've just shaved with the canned stuff that same morning! Plus, my skin feels great, and there's nary a nick in sight.
Suffice it to say, I'm sold all over again. I'll be stopping by my local Lush to pick up a fresh tub of Razorantium on my way home. Sure, it's a little more expensive, and the store's a little out of the way, but these are small considerations in light of how much better the stuff works...even "expired," and with a past-its-prime blade.
Plain and simple: I hope I never have to shave with anything else ever again.

I loved the smell. It is lovely. It feels good on my skin. But when I used it to shave my legs, I needed to change the blade after every shave. It clogs up the razor VERY quickly. I bought it looking for a more environmentally friendly alternative to my unrecyclable can of shaving cream, but this leaves me throwing razor blades into the landfill.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I've been using razorantium for years and when it went off the shelves i bought 5 containers and i keep them in the fridge to stay fresh (expiration date doesnt matter too much with this product). I shave everyday, i have thick facial hair and other creams and gels just didnt cut it. razorantium is thick and the cocoa butter helps with razor burn and nicks. people complain that its hard to rinse, i dont have that problem because every 2 strokes i rinse it and it takes care of razor clog. people complain that this product doesnt lather? well its not supposed to its a shaving cream like the ones back in the old days, lather in shaving creams dont serve a purpose. after shaving with razorantium my face feels smooth and hydrated. a must have for men with thick facial hair.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
This wasn't for me, but was a sample I offered up to my mate. Though his skin seemed rather nice, he wished it lathered more and had trouble rinsing it off. Overall? Unimpressed.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I bought this for my ex and he didn't care for it so I took it back :) I love how soft and smooth my legs feel after using it but MAN does this stuff stink!
I think I figured it out last night. PASTE! That gloppy Elmer's paste from elementary school. That is what this stuff smells like. But, it works so well I'll just deal with the funk until I use it up.
Don't know if I will buy it again. Maybe for a guy, but probably not for me.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I use this product to shave my face, and it does a great job. The scent of Razorantium does take a little time to get used to, but it leaves my face nicely moisturized without much need for an after-shave product. Helps cut through my beard quite nicely.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
My husband has always had a difficult time getting a close shave with shaving products; his stubble is tough, wiry and apparently hates having a razor taken to it. It always fights back. I first bought a small size tub of Razorantium for him a few years ago just so he could try it; he was skeptical, but willing to give it a go. He's been hooked ever since! His only complaint about it is that it doesn't smell as nice as he'd like it to, but he'd never go back to his old stuff. Please don't stop making this!

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I'll definitely buy this again. I hear lots of complaints about it clogging razors but this was not a problem for me. It smelled cool too. Not ultra-feminine, it smelled like raw vegetables but it was actually pretty nice and left my legs nice and soft.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
When I first tried Razorantium, I Buffy'd my legs in the tub, then tried to shave with Razorantium. My razor (admittedly, an older head) clogged fast, and it seemed to take forever. I noticed it was making my tub really scummy, so gave up and swapped back to my usual shave gel. Well, since I had paid the money, I decided to give Razorantium another shot. I am SOOOOO glad I did! I use Buffy or Aqua Mirablis to exfoliate first, rinse well, then let Razorantium sit for a few minutes before actually shaving, then rinse my razor vigorously between passes. My legs have never been so smooth! It even works fantastic on underarms and "southerly" bits. It does leave the tub kinda scummy, but a quick spray-down with a scum-cutter fixes that.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I got a really close shave with this product. I usually get bad irritation when i do a quick shave on my legs but this product prevented it that. My skin felt smooth and clean after using it. One downside was how it slogged my razor which can be a pain, i had to bang my razor on the wall a few times, and it can be slightly messy. Overall it gives a pretty good shave.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
This stuff clogged my razors beyond salvation, even in a steamy hot shower and frequent "sleucing". I never got far enough with this stuff to see how effective it was, I wasn't willing to spend twenty minutes shaving my legs and inevitably ended up switching back to aerosol cream after a few minutes of struggling with the clogs.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I use this on my legs, and it's a very good shaving cream. I do hate the fact that the beeswax in it clogs the blade so fast that I find myself slamming the razor head against the shower wall to get all the gunk out. Other than that, the cream is a bit messy for a girl who's used to aerosol shaving cream cans. It provides a very close shave, and is incredibly moisturizing. I can go up to two days without shaving using this stuff, which is a long time for me! The best part is, I haven't given myself a cut once while shaving with this.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
This has been an excellent product for me. I hate to shave but the razorantium has been a painless experience. The first use was remarkable, I used the same razor from a previous shave where I was left with a lot of stubble and irritation. Not the case after using this product. Using cheap razors I have had no issues with the blades clogging up but I did with the sensor razor unless I shaved every day.

Comments about LUSH Razorantium:
I really had to do a trail and error run to figure out what the best way to use this. The conclusion was that the face has to be wetted and left that way to soften the stubble a little and then on the wet face you really just need a thin film of the stuff to get a soft face. If you use too much product it will be harder to clean your razor in between swipes. But its overall very convinent and leaves the face soft.
