Q:What is the difference between this and I Love Juicy?Asked on 10/20/2013 by PhemmePhatale from Northampton, MA
A:Rehab and I Love Juicy both have similar properties for your hair, containing some of the same ingredients, such as; fresh pineapple juice, fine sea salt, and fresh papaya juice.
The difference with Rehab would be it has peppermint and juniper which are excellent for stimulating the scalp. As well as ingredients like olive and jojoba oil which restore strength and flexibility to abused hair.
With I Love Juicy, there are a larger variety of citrus that we use. Fresh pineapple, papaya, kiwi and mango juices saturate our fruity shampoo and leave hair clean, healthy and shiny. Also with a pinch of salt adds a dash of volume and scoops of seaweed gel add softness.
I hope this helps! Have a LUSHious day!Answered on 11/15/2013 by Lydia
A:I Love Juicy is for oily hair, and has the benefits of having a clean shine (from the fruit juices) and volume (from the salt). I wouldn't use it if you have dry scalp, split ends/breakage, frizzy hair--any symptoms without enough moisture.
Rehab has ingredients to ADD more moisture to hair and restore your hair back after styling, dying, heat, etc. Rehab has natural oils (almond, olive, and jojoba) to condition while shampooing and also has rosemary, peppermint, lavender, and juniper oils, to soothe dandruff and dryness, and to help gently cleanse the scalp and hair.
I wouldn't use this if your hair is very oily, and has minimal hair problems.
I Love Juicy: for oily hair
Rehab: for over-styled/dry hair
Both are opposites.Answered on 11/12/2013 by Kris10 from Los Angeles, CA
Q:I have straightened my hair using the keratin treatment. Will this shampoo work for my hair? Will it cause the treatment to wear off?Asked on 5/6/2013 by Rash from Wheeling, IL
A:We do not test our hair care products on hair that has been altered by treatments or dye, so it's difficult to speak to how they will affect a keratin treatment. It's best to avoid ingredients like fruit juices and salt as these are naturally stripping, and Rehab contains both.Answered on 9/23/2013 by Kendra M from LUSH Direct
Q:Does Rehab do something against the scalp and dandruff?Asked on 3/30/2013 by the new on
A:Rehab is definitely effective for sorting out any scalp issues, as it contains loads of ingredients to help decongest and stimulate the scalp!Answered on 9/21/2013 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
Q:I recently dyed my blonde hair using the LISH rouge henna and am now a brilliant red head. I went back to find a LUSH shampoo that would help retain my color. This product was recommended by the sales person, but I'm not sure if it would be a good fit with the dye. Will this fade my hair quicker?Asked on 3/14/2013 by Rablythe from Newark, de
A:The best shampoos to use to help preserve the henna color on your hair would be Blousey or Reincarnate, as they are both specifically formulated to help with this. Although Rehab is an awesome shampoo, the salt and fruit juices contained in it might be a bit too stripping on hennaed hair and I would not recommend it as the best option.Answered on 9/17/2013 by Kendra M from LUSH Direct
Q:How often should I use Rehab? I have wavy short hair but damage and I am trying to stop hair falling. I also purchase Hair treatment Jasmine and Henna one and I have the retread conditioner . So how often should I use each ? Thank YouAsked on 10/24/2012 by ana from old bridge nj
A:Both Rehab and Retread are similar to commercial shampoo and conditioners in the way that they are used, as they can be used each time you wash your hair depending on how often you choose to do so. Since Rehab is a deep cleansing shampoo, if you wash your hair everyday, we may suggest alternating with a shampoo that is a little bit gentler. Jasmine and Henna Fluff Ease is a hair treatment that can be used as often as you feel it is needed. For some people this will be weekly, for others possibly monthly.Answered on 11/5/2012 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
Q:Does this product expire? Because I've heard that some of your products does expire.Asked on 8/26/2012 by Justine from Jersey City, NJ
A:Rehab has a 14 month shelf-life.Answered on 8/28/2012 by Megan from LUSH Direct
Q:is this product good for oily hair? my hair is also a bit damaged so I've been debating on rehab or i love juicy but im not sure. please helpAsked on 8/3/2012 by deedee from ny
A:Both Rehab and I Love Juicy are great for oily hair, however, if you also have any damage I would lean towards Rehab. Both contain fruit juices which will help with the excess oil, but in addition to oily hair, Rehab will also help repair damage.Answered on 9/19/2012 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
Q:Is Rehab safe for color treated hair? In fact, are all your shampoos?Asked on 2/11/2012 by Mesha
A:Rehab contains lots of fruit juices and salt ingredients which technically can pull some synthetic color from the hair, so we would not consider it "colour-safe". None of our shampoos are designed specifically as "colour-safe" as shampoo by its nature is meant to lift dirt, oil, and deposits from the hair. That said, some of the shampoos are gentler than others, and for synthetic coloured hair, I'd recommend conditioning shampoos like Gentle Lentil, Godiva, and Trichomania for minimize color-loss.Answered on 2/16/2012 by Megan from LUSH
