when i first got it i used it in a shower and within a few days about 1/3 of it was gone! I didnt want to waste it so i decided to use it on my face! I used it during the summer and it worked wonderfully, it's a little drying but it's humid in the summer where i live and also i have oily skin so that was ok! However, if i used it now since it's so dry outside, it would be a disaster! it also smells SO good! i think it smells just like red icees! I would say it could last for probably 3 months tops if you just use it on your face and its better for oily skin types in a humid or damp climate.

This is fantastic! Rock Star smells like bright, strong, sour bubble gum. It's got tones of vanilla, citrus, and bubble gum. First impression, it's SO strong. I left cubes of it in my bedroom, and after a few days my whole room smelled like it. Not too strongly, if you don't like strong scents, but it's nice to have in a bath or bedroom to scent it.
Second, it's really soft. Not rough or slipper at all. It's creamy. It leaves my hands and body feeling clean and smelling wonderful. Perfect 10!

I'm a busy girl - as a sales manager of a Fortune 50 company, plus a full-time college student (going back for another degree), plus taking care of my family and squeezing in yoga and running, I don't get a lot of "me" time. Sometimes waking up in the morning is hard. But ever since I found this soap I look forward to getting in the shower every morning! I love the smell! If the color pink had a smell, it's definitely this. It picks me up and makes me feel great just by taking in a deep breath. Sometimes I stop by the shower when I'm home just to smell it again! I've had no problems with it drying out my skin. In fact, I typically have pretty dry skin but haven't had any issues since using this. This was my first major Lush purchase (there are no stores near me) and I couldn't be more thrilled. It doesn't get super sudsy but that doesn't bother me. I feel clean and refreshed and ready to take on the day... I am definitely a convert. I have since tossed my Bath & Body Works Shower Gels out and will be using Lush soap from here on out!

I REALLY wanted to like this soap. I really did. It smells so gosh darn amazing, that I fell in love the second I smelled it...

but our relationship didn't last.

It didn't lather on my body or in my hand, so I thought, "Hey! I'll use my loofah! That'll do the trick!" But...no such luck. There wasn't even a bubble. I scrubbed that soap into my loofah until it was stained hot pink, adding splashes of water as I went, but I got no lather, and no fun bubbles to wash with.

I've come to find that Lush's "soap" doesn't lather...like soap should. You're better off using a body wash or shower jelly...and even those don't offer satisfactory bubbles.

I LOVE the smell of this...but the formula needs to be re-visited, as Lush is not 100% natural and can add a little more suds to their recipe. :(

I love this product. I just enjoy the smell of this soap. One of my favorite soaps from Lush. I just wish they would make a lotion from it...They should also add some kind of moisterizing like Sultana.

I don't live near a lush so I order over the internet. I saw many positive reviews of this product and was very excited to try it. I love vanilla scents. When it arrived it's smell overpowered my entire shipment. To me there is no vanilla smell. It smells nauseatingly sweat and tarty. I am very disappointed. Will not buy again and would not recommend this product to anyone. I am quiet puzzled by all the hype.????

I hate this smell! It is hard to describe. Almost a sickening bubble gum mixed with a cough medicine. It is a lot of money to throw away, so I use it as a hand soap after I apply my foundation. It gets the makeup off well.

Creamy pink soap lathers like a dream and smells SO GOOD! If you're not a fan of vanilla, don't shy away from this soap, it's more of a creamy candy floss scent; not overpowering, not too sweet, just perfect.

I recived this soap in a gift set and was very excited to try it. I had smelled something really good in the gift set and when I opened the soap it smelled terrible! My skin was very tight and dry after use. This is the one and only LUSH product I have hated so far, I love LUSH but this is a total miss.

I wish Rockstar also came in a lotion or a perfume because the scent is heavenly! I use it as a body soap in the shower and it leaves me smelling sweet and soft. It's creamy and lathers well but not great for the face as it does leave my skin a bit tacky. All in all, it's a must have for me! Sometimes I just open my soap box to smell it! :-)

I use this product with Ro's Argan, and I can not imagine a girlier scent. If Barbie were real this is what she would smell like. I'm not sure how to describe the scent in terms of things, but I don't smell a lot of vanilla. It smells sort of like the way strawberry laffy taffy tastes. Combining this product with Ro's also keeps my skin from drying because as I said earlier, while it isn't drying, it isn't moisturizing. It also slices easily, so I can use small pieces without worrying about the whole thing melting in the shower. All in all, this product is an effective soap, and leaves me feeling clean, happy, and girly.

I prefer this soap on my hands rather then my body.. I like how I could smell the soap all day long! My friend said she could smell it when we sat 10 feet apart from each other! It's not strong, but it's not weak either! Love love LOVE it!

I received the Rock Star bar as part of a Lush birthday gift package from my sister and this was also my introduction to Lush ... all I can say is LUSH where have you been all my life?! I love the bar and interestingly so does my hubby who usually stays away from anything "girly and pink". It lathers well even though our water is fairly hard and left a nice faint scent once dry.

The light, vanilla, sweet, candy-like fragrance is intoxicating. With other soaps from other companies, sweet, vanilla or candy-like would be a negative for me, but not so with Rock Star. It's such a naturally delicious scent. I cannot get enough of it. I wish Lush would make a lotion or massage bar or perfume in this scent. As for the soap itself, I love the creaminess of it and how soft it makes my skin. I am sensitive to fragrances and so is my skin, but I LOVE this soap!

This soap is really amazing.it does not leave a sticky residue at all.the smell is great.its mosturizes so well. I love it so much that I use it like every hour haha and I realized that my hands are so much whiter. Since I am a little dark skinned,my hands are so white since I tend to use the soap on my hand
