Once I smelled this stuff in the store I knew that I had to have it. When I got it home, it was a little more watery than I expected. I stirred it for about 10 minutes, and also shook it quite a bit. WOW! It smells amazing, the kind of smell that makes your bathroom smell good for days! I felt like it completely evaporated my dry, dead skin. It works great on your feet as well. And as is the case with many Lush products, a little does go a long way. I put wayyyy to much on my loofa, you could probably get away with using just a few teaspoons for your whole body.
One note of caution: Without thinking, I started shaving my legs after using this....OWWW! All the sea salt that's left behind on your body sneaks its way into the microscopic abrasions left behind from the razor. Refrain from use on shaving days :)

I have a small jar of this from a gift set I received. When I opened it up to use in the shower, the watery gel had separated from the sea salt, so I had to mix the two before slathering it on with my hands. A good bit of it either spilled out of the jar when I was trying to gather more or dripped off of my fingertips. Then there's the smell... I don't know if the product is meant to smell that way or it absorbed the scent of the jar, but it smells strongly of plastic to me. Having had similar experiences with strongly-scented Lush products, I was hoping it would improve in the shower, but it didn't. The sweet scent was there, but the plastic smell dominated.
It did a decent job exfoliating and did not dry my skin out (though I did use Turkish Delight afterwards), but I think Lush has better products, such as their sugar scrubs and their exfoliating soaps and body butters.

This is one of those products I had to get used to.
The first time I tried it I was using a lot of other new stuff I had and I hated the smell of it, but still loved how soft my skin felt after, without it feeling harsh or leaving me red.
The second time I decided to try using it by itself and found out that the problem was, in fact, all the other smells. This product should be used at the beginning of the shower, before you use anything else and the smell doesn't interfere, or at the end when the other smells have died away.
This is a lighter exfoliater and I use it right before I shave nether regions or my legs, and it really helps to make them smooth and to make the shave last longer.

I cannot even begin to express how much I love this scrub.
Exfoliates well, but feels very smooth. Smells amazing, I catch myself sniffing my arms from time to time. It smells too good to load other lotions on top of it. Plus you won't even need it.

One day the girl at Lush offered to demostrate this product on my hands. She used this product along with a body conditioner and it did wonders to my hands! They felt like pure silk. At the time the body conditioner was too expensive, so I just got the exfoliater since I was in need of one. I like the smell, but it's not amazing. It does get a little messy to use, but it's great for my skin.

This product has turned out to be so much better than I expected! I use it 1-2 times a week, both in the shower on my loofa and before I shower on my dry skin. It makes my skin feel so amazing, and clean! Plus its vegan! The only (tiny) problem I have with it is the smell, the only way to describe it really is "soapy". That being said the smell is very mild and is definitely worth it!
I'm not usually one to buy products in tubs, but I will 100% be refilling this one with some more Rub Rub Rub!

I have very sensitive skin, but wanted to try an exfoliant for my legs and arms, so I chose Rub, Rub, Rub. I use this product about once a week and have never had any bad reactions. I am very pleased to find that this product doesn't trigger my eczema or other allergic reactions. So, if you are looking for an exfoliant, look no further. The smell is also great. I use it in a tiny shower and it's best for me to turn the water off so that it doesn't get washed down the drain before I can use it. My skin feels super soft afterwards... I always pair it with Dream Cream lotion afterward to help lock in the moisture and softness!

I absolutely adore this product! It's great for my dry winter skin and leaves a wonderful scent on my skin the whole day. My skin feels polished and clean when I use it in the shower. I love to use this before I shave because it makes my skin feel so smooth, so soft afterwards. This is the only exfoliation that has made my skin feel so amazing. I don't really have a big regimen as a guy, but sometimes I enjoy pampering myself. After falling in love with Ocean Salt, this felt like a logical next step. And boy was I right. This was so amazing I had to use it every day. My skin has never looked better. I just wish it came in a bottle. Towards the halfway point it became watery no matter how much stirring I did unlike Ocean Salt. I know they're different products but I'm using it for a comparison. The scent is a great mix. It is a fairly gender neutral scent.

I have very sensitive skin, and my local LUSH store associate showed me this product to safely exfoliate my sensitive skin without irritation. Usually scrubs make my skin red raw, no matter how soft I scrub, and leave a horrible tight feeling on my legs. This product? None of the above. It is absolutely beautiful. It helped with the ingrown hairs on my legs, left them soft, beautifully scented, and not irritated in the slightest. I use this product in the shower and the bath. Bathing: not a problem. Showering though can be difficult since it's in a pot and it's very hard to prevent water from getting into it. The container is my only mediocre con, but will not prevent me from forever purchasing this product.

Rub Rub Rub is such a delight in every way. I usually exfoliate a couple times a week and this is the perfect product for it. It is gentle and effective, smells like heaven, a little goes a long way, and leaves my skin satiny soft. Rub Rub Rub has definitely improved my morning shower routine. I would give it my highest recommendation for effectiveness and it's lovely, long lasting fragrance.
