While some soaps draw you to them with their appearance (Miranda) or reputation (HIWTK), Sexy Peel has already seduced your nasal cavity and hypnotized you with his bad-boy citrus punch in the face. Orange! Lemon! Grapefruit! Lime! This is like a California sorbet of a soap, clean and fruity scent. Absolutely divine. The peels are rather small, so exfoliation is not so rough in this affair, instead leaving your skin glowing clean. When around he will not irritate even those of you more sensitive, but always welcomes a new clean smile to your face.
However, after taking this bad boy of soaps home and get all cozy, you realize that he is a skintight fella-no really. If you have dry skin, prepare to rinse the astringency off and have him leave you with skin literally squeaking after taking all of you natural oil. And that lather! Surely if he could talk the talk he could walk the walk, not this weak stream of bubbles. Also, when he is away his scent will not linger for your fond memories of sunshine orchards. Having 86ed with you natural oil for the scent to stay in this makes sense. As time wear on he will become less reliant, melting easily at the last minute when you need him at the drop of a water molecule. In the end, the shelf life of your relationship with him will not last more than two years, in which he will turn into a true stinker.
The bottom line? If you got oily skin are the kind of Lushie who enjoys clarifying skin and long walks in the summer sun, have I got a match for you! If not, remember what your mother always told you, and beware the infamous bad boy!

This is so much better than regular bar soap! I can very easily rub this onto a buff puff instead of needing to apply it directly to my skin (I am notoriously clumsy and drop bar soap a LOT), it lathers beautifully, smells nice, and leaves my skin feeling uniformly smooth after a shower (regular bar soap leaves my skin feeling like plastic...smooth for awhile until you hit a snag). It's also helping to moisturize the bumpy, dry skin on my upper arms. 10/10 A+ will buy again.

I can't get enough of this SOAP! It was the first Lush product I had ever purchased and I haven't been able to go into a store and leave without purchasing some since. It lathers well, smells divine, and leaves you feeling squeaky clean. Hands and body safe, I stay away from my face just because I use a Lush cleanser/toner/moisturizer combo anyway. I have nothing negative to say about this lemony fresh soap!

Sexy Peel is fantastic! The scent is amazing, and I get a really good lather from it! It smells exactly like fresh citrus, or a cold glass of orange juice. I'm not sure if it did anything to my skin, but it definitely worked like a charm! I can't find any cons to this soap. Not only that, but what I used was only a sample - so I'm definitely planning to get more in the future! A good product to have in the summer.

I bought this along with the Jungle conditioner. This soap is AWESOME!! I don't typically use bar soap, I prefer gels, but the description of the scent and the lack of packaging totally drew me in. Personally, I rub it into my shower pouf and then use that on my skin. I find that it lathers best that way, though it kind of defeats the purpose of the citrus peel, but I'm ok with that. I bought the soap more for the scent anyway! The scent is wonderful, very summery and strong, which I LOVE! Definitely buying this one again, and checking out some more soaps too!

Amazingly wonderful! I thought I was going to be reeled in buying Rock Star soap or maybe even Honey I Washed The Kids and The Godmother! But out of all the smells Sexy Peel had a vibrant, citrus boom! It smelled of sweet orange and tart lemons! I ended up picking this as my first soap, while in the store. It has the zest in the soap that helps with exfoliating. This is a must-have soap. Even if you are not fond of the smell for a shower soap but maybe even just a hand soap in the kitchen. This has a very clean smell during and after using it. The smell lingers for quite some time but not overpowering at all!! A+++++ Soap!! Go Sexy Peel!

I recently added this to my always expanding LUSH collection. I like to use shower gel and bar soap (I'm a nurse, so I always want to get super-clean after work). This soap has an AMAZING smell, and I really like the texture. It has a few rougher areas of what almost seems like fruit peel or rinds- not sure how to describe- but it really feels like it gets rid of any dirt or grime. It's a wonderful fruity smell that has elements of orange, lime, and grapefruit (to me, can't remember what is in it). It smells a lot like Whoosh, which I love as well. 4 stars just because I only wish it lasted longer!
If you're looking for a fruity, clean-smelling scent that will give you a burst of energy, definitely throw this in your basket!

By far the BEST smelling soap by Lush. Tangy, sexy, and feminine all in one! Also, for those complaining that it doesn't last long, I would advise cutting it into small chunks for each time you shower. By doing this, you won't have to worry about your soaps melting and provides you with the biggest bang for your buck!

This stuff is awesome. The smell gives you energy, the peels in the soap actually scrub you, the soap really gets you clean and it makes you feel great. I will be buying this until it isn't made anymore, sexy peel for life. The only downside is that this stuff gets used up pretty quickly. The first soap I bought from Lush and it didnt dissappoint. I have really dry sensative skin and this was just amazing. Smells delicious and leaves my skin feeling so soft that I didnt even need to use lotion afterwards. The soap is alittle soft, so it works best to pinch a small size off and use it that way. I usually shower in the morning and with the super citrus smell, it's a great wake-me-up. Unlike some of the other LUSH soaps though, this one lathers up pretty well but it doesn't moisturize as well as i would like it to.
It does have chunks of fruit in it which drops while I shower, kind of feel like I'm wasting.
Otherwise, I love this soap.

I love love love the smell, very fresh and sexy. Perhaps it was just the batch I got but I found there is so much peel in it that it is a bit too rough after awhile! Very drying use against the skin, ended up lathering in a cloth for the most part... may try a different batch this summer, the smell is so good it is worth trying again.

I've never liked bar soap, and I've never been able to use it on my body because I have such sensitive skin. I got this soap in a gift set, and I'm really happy to have tried it. I use it on my face and I'm almost tempted to use it in the shower on my body. I have combo skin that's extremely sensitive and prone to acne. I use this soap in the morning and the scent is so refreshing, it's the beauty-equivalent of having a huge glass of cool orange juice for breakfast. The little peely bits are ever so slightly exfoliating, and the soap itself is effective in cleaning without overdrying. I would buy it again, and definitely recommend it.

The Sexy Peel is designed to be used as a body cleanser. The skin on the face is more sensitive and has smaller pores than the skin on the body, so we design cleansers specifically for this area. The Sexy Peel is a great body soap for normal to oily skin, with lots of fresh citrus to give it a fresh clean scent.
