Q:I am a loyal lush customer. I have been using imperialis for over 7 years and it no longer works for my skin. I'm in my 30's and experiencing dryness on my cheeks during the Summer Months. Once black heads were s concern it no longer seems to be a problem. Is Skin Shangri La ideal for my skin?Asked on 7/20/2015 by Letty from NY, NY
A:Skin's Shangri-La is a wonderfully moisturizing product that is quickly absorbed and a great choice.Answered on 7/25/2015 by Myriam from Lush Direct
Q:I am in my early seventies. My skin is generally very good, but the décolletage area is crepe-y. Is there something that works especially for this area?Asked on 4/7/2015 by tpamm from New London, CT
A:Lovely Jubblies is a really great choice, as the meadowsweet infusion and tiger lily will work to firm and tone the area. The fragrance is beautiful as well!Answered on 4/10/2015 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
A:This stuff is heavenly. You will love it. It goes on smooth, feels luxurious, and has a "good enough to eat" scent. You will really enjoy it.

Q:Does this product provide any sort of sun protection?Asked on 1/27/2014 by kelly from United States
A:None of our products have any UV protection. We recommend you layer it on after our creams if need be.Answered on 1/28/2014 by Kayla from LUSH DIRECT
A:No sun protection that I can see. Lush is so natural I doubt the chemicals
it takes to make a sunscreen would be on their agenda. I'm 61, in the
beauty business (nail tech) and find this the most moisturizing face cream
I've ever used. I live in the desert and tend to have very dry skin in the
Winter. I do use a make-up that has sunscreen or you could add some to your
Shangi La. You want moisture? This is it.
I'm really a frequent user of these products and they asked me to respond
to your question. So I did. This is legit.Answered on 1/27/2014 by Anonymous
Q:Hi LUSH! I wanted to know if this product (Skin's Shangri La) is safe for 14 year olds! Please let me know. Thanks! <3Asked on 5/23/2013 by Andrea from Miami, FL
A:While Skin's Shangri La is safe to use for a 14 year old, it is specifically formulated to help with mature skin, so it might not be the most suitable option.Answered on 10/1/2013 by Kendra M from LUSH Direct

A:This is a great moisturizer for dry skin, so I wouldn't recommend using it in the summer if your skin is oily. Call us at 1-888-733-5874, and we would be happy to help give you a more detailed skin care consultation!Answered on 7/13/2012 by Laura from LUSH
Q:Was this lotion originally called skin nannyAsked on 2/4/2012 by Mocat from Rhode island
A:No, Skin Nanny is a different moisturizer that was discontinued some time ago at LUSH North America. Skin's Shangri-La is not as thick, and does not contain an SPF like Skin Nanny. Skin's Shangri La is very nourishing and full of anti-oxidants to help minimizing the signs of aging. It's best for very dry skins.Answered on 2/16/2012 by Megan from LUSH
