This is such a wonderful hand cream.. I keep it next to my couch and apply it thru out the day and even right before bed, I love the smell (Yummy almond without overpowering) The texture is like whipped cream.. Airy and soft.. Oils do tent to gather in the middle, but it does not bother me.. I wish they made a body butter of some sort, same smell and consistency ! You have to try this!

This lotion smells delicious. I came online to order some for my mom for Christmas. Since it is a hand lotion, I was looking on the website under 'hands' for this cream, and nearly had a panic attack when I didn't see it in the category. I checked 'body lotions' and breathed a sigh of relief seeing my favorite, Smitten, there.

A little goes a long way with this, which is fantastic. Ive used bottles and bottles of other brands of lotion on my hands and chronically dry legs to no avail. One light "test" application of smitten, and the improvement is remarkable. No more dry, itchy skin!

I will love this forever.

I LOVE this product! I started usuing it about 4 years ago. The nearest LUSH store is and hour away but I would make the drive specifically for this if I ever ran out. I am usually a budget buyer and first used this as a sample. I was hooked and have considered it necessity ever since! Every time I come across a Lush store I go in hoping they've brought it back. I now buy in bulk for fear of it never coming back.

It has a soothing scent, perfect for bed time. It also has the best long lasting softness I've found. You can't go wrong with this product!

The only con as someone else had mentioned is it could use a little more almond scent. But that's not enough to deter me. Still LOVE it!

I may have shed a tear when the sales clerk told me that Smitten was discontinued. She recommended another lotion that was supposed to be similar, however, the smell was horrible. I'm so relieved that Smitten is available online. Please bring it back to regular availability. It's my bedtime moisturizing/aromatherapy routine.

Almond is one of my favorite scents. Light and delicious. I nearly died when I found out Smitten was getting discontinued in stores. I wash my hands all the time, so I need hand cream that is very moisturizing. Smitten is my savior in the wintertime. It is heavy, so it takes longer to absorb, but a little goes a long way! I keep my tub on my desk, and it lasts for months!

This is truly the best lotion I have ever used! It makes my normally rough hands superr soft and smooth throughout the entire day with only a couple of uses! The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that it could smell better.. I certainly do not think it smells like almond icing whatsoever, but it isnt necessarily a bad smell. Other than that I dont think this product could get much better!

this cream is the best thing lush sells. period. it feels amazing, softens perfectly & smells so good & faintly sweet, almost like cinnamon. and it's a natural product. can't find anything that comes remotely close to it. i STILL can't believe they discontinued it, choosing instead to keep products that smell like barnyards & feet, but i'm thankful it's offered in their retro section. even though it always seems to be out of stock. wake up, people at lush- shouldn't that tell you that it not only WORKS, but that customers LIKE it???

I just purchased this and used it for the first time today. The smell was much more natural and delicate than I expected, and it's still very pleasant— like marzipan or an almond cookie. I used it on my hands and the texture is very creamy and silky and a little does go a long way, however it absorbs really fast and well which is great! I ended up using it on my face as well and no greasiness or oiliness whatsoever! This is a wonderful product and I feel great using it as it's so natural and nutritious. Thanks Lush!

I love almond, and was so excited to get this, and SO disappointed at the smell. Didn't smell like almond to me at all - I smelled marigolds and some sort of weird chemically smell (very strange for a LUSH cream!) I wound up having to take a shower after using it, because the smell was giving me a nasty headache. It does seem like a great moisturizer, though - love the texture of it!

I got this in the My Fair Lady gift box. I'm really sad to discover that it's a discontinued product because I *REALLY* like it. I smells good, my hands are soft, and it absorbs fast. It's a bit on the oily side, but after it soaks in it's no issue. Hopefully they'll bring Smitten back because it's seriously wonderful.

I bought this at the same time as Dream Cream and this actually seems like a more emollient product. It also lasts longer on the skin. It is thicker. That does not necessarily mean it's better, but if you're looking for the oilier product, Smitten is it. It therefore would probably not be as good for eczema as Dream Cream is. The fragrance is definitely almond. It's not one of my favorite, but it's all right. It should not overwhelm any other scents you use. Like Dream Cream, it's not strong with perfumes.

I love this lotion and will continue to buy it and use it with my Snowcake soap (which I buy in bulk in December and keep in my fridge all year). I. LOVE. IT. The smell puts me in a good mood. That's how good I think it smells. It's my happy lotion. Occasionally, I use it on my face before bed so I can smell it all night.

Having said that, there are certain family members that think it smells like a diaper. No kidding. Bummer.

This is the best hand lotion I've used! I love, love, love it. LUSH, PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE IT!!!!!!!!!!! It smells wonderful and moisturizes really well. If you don't use too much it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave behind a residue. Works great for a cuticle moisturizer, too. This lotion turns my dry, cracking winter hands soft and supple. I keep a jar at home and at my desk at work so that I can apply it after I wash my hands through out the day. I've used Handy Gurgu, which I also like, but it takes longer to absorb and leaves a bit of a residue behind. This is my #1 go to hand lotion; so again, LUSH, PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE IT!! I won't die, but I'll be very, very, very sad!

This really is heaven in a jar. I'm really hoping you bring this product back!! Nothing, and i repeat nothing, works as fabulous as Smitten does! I love love the smell and the feel of it. This product worked miracles on my fingers. They cracked open and bled about everyday, but with using smitten, it stopped the cracking drastically. Please Please bring it back so my fingers feel like they were touched by angels again. Thanks so much

I got a chance to try smitten as a sample. It is FANTASTIC. The wonderful almond smell lingers and is heavenly. The moisturization lasts all day and feel so soft and keeps hands comfortable feeling. I work at place where I have to wash my hands often and this is a really great find!

I got this product in the small pump bottle form, and I don't know if the smell differs from the container version, but it just smells awful to me. Stale playdoh is about the closest thing I can liken the smell to. I tried really hard to imagine almond icing when smelling this, but it's just not happening. On the other hand it's very moisterizing and not too heavy on my skin. But I just can't get past the smell and honestly wouldn't want to walk around smelling like playdoh.
