I really wanted like this, and I heard such great things about I just went ahead and bought it online without even smelling it in the store. Unfortunately, to me this just smelled like medicine. It did smell a LITTLE bit better in the shower, but it still had that children's medicine type smell.

I tried this shower gel because I was curious what all the hype was to Lush's Snow Fairy scent, and I was kind of disappointed to find out that I don't like the scent at all. It's a very sugary, sweet, canned-pears kind of smell. I generally prefer more herbal/floral smells.
However, although I don't like the smell of Snow Fairy on its own, I think the scent mixes nicely with that of Dirty soap, which is one of my favorite Lush soaps.

I absolutely ADORE this product! I cant get enough of it! Its a bummer its a Christmas Only product but that just means, Stock up while you can!!!! Snow Fairy smells absolutely wonderful and leaves you feeling great!

Snow Fairy is an addictive, sweet-scented shower gel that can almost instantly lift my mood. Whenever I buy a bottle, it reminds me of Christmas. The smell is obviously very sweet and candy-like (almost identical to the Godmother soap that is a permanent product). I love the feel of this shower gel. The soaps can sometimes leave my skin feeling dry, but this definitely does not!!! It also has adorable purple glitter in it. I always feel like a little girl when I use this!

My one and only complaint is that this is a limited edition product. Every year I have to stock up on my Snow Fairies. LUSH, PLEASE make this a permanent product. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way!

This is a LUSH classic that is definitely worth trying. Grab some before it's gone! :'(

This is not my go to scent but I do love the smell! It's great for my kids though! It smells delicious and is very moisturizing!

I use this every day and have for several years. I buy enough during the holiday season (it's only available each year for a few months) to last me thru the year. I LOVE THIS product. My little dog also gets bathed in it so he smells like it all the time :-)

I absolutely love Snow Fairy! The scent is just like cotton candy with a hint of vanilla! I find myself just wanting to take a whiff even when I'm not in the shower! The only thing I don't like is that it's a limited edition, I am definitely stocking up on this one! Also, just a suggestion, why not make a moisturizer with this scent? Food for thought....

This has to be my favorite Lush product. When I smell it, it takes me back to the first time I bought Snow Fairy many years ago. I can't get enough of the smell. Lush should definitely make a perfume with this scent. The shower gel has iridescent sparkles that are barely noticeable, but super pretty in the bottle! I've already bought two large bottles since the Christmas items became available :] I have to make sure I buy enough to last all year!

I ordered this for my daughter because she had heard such good things about it and was so excited to get it. She was so upset when it finally arrived because of the smell. She thinks it smells like children's cough syrup while I think it smells exactly like liquid Amoxicillin I used to take as a child. Regardless we both thought it smelled like medicine. She tried it in the shower to be sure that the smell didn't change when actually using the product. Sadly it still smelled really bad to her. I sniffed her skin when she got out and yes still had the same medicinal smell. Otherwise she liked how it lathered and that it made her skin feel really soft. But overall only two stars and would never reorder this product.

I love this product. It smells like cotton candy a very sweet scent like bubblegum. one of my friends thinks it smells if cherry cough syrup but i dont think so. and anyway cherries smell lovely. otherall i love this and i think its the best lush product ever made.

This is AMAZING stuff. It smells so good, its really moisturizing, and... it smells SO GOOD!!! I use it every day in the morning and during our diving unit in P.E. I brought it along with my LUSH solid shampoo, and everyone wanted to use it!

I love love LOVE Lush and its products. Snow Fairy especially. I use it as hand wash, shampoo, body wash, bubble bath, heck, I've even used it as laundry detergent! So it KILLS me to see how expensive the large bottles have become. [$]???? UGH!!!!!!!!!!! [$] a bottle was ok, but that 5 dollar increase is just....too much. I save up my money to buy this stuff and in this time of extremely difficult finances, that's saying something. Sorry to say but I'm not buying it this year. Guess its MY loss :(

This is an amazing shower gel that makes you feel like a princess - from a sweet fruity smell to sparkle left on your skin.

I wish there was a body lotion and scrub in this unique scent.

I received Snow Fairy in a boxed set as a gift yesterday and just got out of the shower. I was really excited to use it because LUSHies seem to LOVE this product. However, when I smelled it from the bottle it smelled like a bubble-gum medicine from my childhood. I was disappointed because i wasn't sure if I'd like it. I gave it a shot anyway.
I love it! What a GREAT smell in the shower! I used a loofah to lather it up and the smell instantly mellowed out into a nice fruity, candy-like smell. It wasn't too overbearing at all. However I DO wish it was just a little stronger in the shower so I could fill the room with a nice LUSH scent. Also, it didn't stick to my skin too well. I can smell it faintly, but not enough to satisfy. That's where the -1 star comes in.
Overall, this product won me over.

I used this as my second ever product from lush. It smells so sweet and amazing and i literally needed about a dime size with my loofah and got more then enough. Best lather i've seen in a soap... ever. The only problem is the price :< the price is really high (which i get because its seasonal) but its kinda worth the price.

Ok, despite this stuff being rather pricey..it's totally worth it. I'm the only chick in my house and I have a husband as well as a stinky teenage boy, so, the shower has over powering manly smelling body washes like Old Spice and AXE (gag). When I saw that Snow Fairy was available again, I swooooned because I remember how awesome it was last year! (WHY IS THIS NOT AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND?!?) I snatched up several large bottles (yes, several) so I have a stash I can hopefully use sparingly to make it last a LONG time. It smells absolutely amazing like cotton candy, lathers VERY well and the smell sticks to me for most of the day since it's used as a body wash and shampoo. My husband teased me about it cause it's super girl due to it being bright pink with glitter, but he compliments on how much he enjoys the smell :) I definitely recommend this! BUT, if you have sensitive skin like I do...I only use it every other day (as a body wash), otherwise, it dries me out..especially my hands. And, a little goes a long way!

Also, I gotta say that LUSH reallllly needs to start shipping to APO's. You have A LOT of military peeps who love your stuff!
