I love this shampoo, i read a lot of reviews about the shampoo bars before i purchased them in my opinion they work way better then normal shampoo and with this soft shampoo bar it made my hair so soft and nice, although it does a lil get tangled when you brush your hair but i have been using a leave in conditioner instead of a conditioner in the shower that you rinse out because i feel like it stays silky on the ends of my hair better but i most definitely when i run out will be buying again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! if lush gets ride of this shampoo i might die. i have extremley soft water and with any other shampoo my hair feels coated, oily and just plain gross. Only shampoo i will ever use and i hope it stays around forever and ever!

I have thick hair, but it is very soft and fine, and using regular shampoos and conditioners left my hair flat. After just one use of this shampoo bar my hair had noticeable body and texture, and a little really does go a long way. I do wish the smell were more long-lasting/noticeable in my hair though. But overall I love it and will definitely continue to use it!

I Love This. Literally the only thing that cleans my hair since switching to soft water. I would recommend either switching it with a regular shampoo every few days or so, or using it with a minimal amount of conditioner on the ends, or with a de-tangler, because it makes my fine hair a little dry and hard to manage. Also, because its so crumbly it doesn't last as long as I'd like- a little over a month for me.

I love the way this leaves my hair, so clean! I hate the way it broke apart and crumbled so easily, also the smell is very light. I am using the chunks it broke into which is not making it easy to use. I wish they would reformulate this Shampoo bar a bit better because it cleans very well.

Ehh...not my favorite Lush product. It's so crumbly, it isn't going to last nearly as long as other Lush solid shampoos. Not crazy about the smell, either.

I'm loving soft.Ever since moving to the coast, I've had greasy "wash me everyday" hair. Now my hair can handle a day between washings, as the shampoo rinses clean. Yeah it's crumbly, but I just left mine in the tin (as another reviewer suggested) and use the tin bottom as a handle. please lush, find a way to make this with coco sulfate and keep this shampoo!

Amazing product! I live in an area with horribly soft water. My hair was never clean and looked awful. Soft has made my hair so incredibly "soft" again! I have my bounce and shine back and I look forward to washing my hair. I crumble a few pieces off of mine before I get in the shower, leave it outside the shower, and reach out to get the crumbled pieces when I'm ready. This helps keep the bar dry. I've ordered quite a few, and I truly hope this product stays in stock. I'm just so thrilled to find a product that actually works and makes me feel good about my hair again!

I just moved from a hard water area (which my hair seemed to like) to a very soft water area. I used to shampoo with Trichomania, but my hair seemed to be feel dirty more quickly and never come quite as clean as it used to. So I ordered a round of stronger solid shampoos, including Soft. Soft has a wonderful, very strong fragrance that complimented my regular conditioner, Veganese, nicely and left my hair feeling really wonderful afterwards. My only complaint is that, like everyone else's, my bar was so crumbly. I get the feeling that a good portion of the bar will have been fallen off and washed down the drain. I also didn't get as much lather as I have from other shampoo bars. I'd buy again, though.

Really dug this. I have thin, limp and (lately) dry hair. I used this with Veganese for a few days and noticed a slight increase in volume and a big increase in how soft my hair was. After about two weeks, though, my hair got bigger (and frizzy, which is something I'd never had before). I just need to use a heavier conditioner and I get thick silky hair.

My 2nd one wasn't as crumbly. 1 star off because I think it smells better in truckle form. This is really strong as the puck version. I like it though.

I LOVE this shampoo!! I had nice, full, bouncy hair until I got married and moved to a new town. Then my hair got lifeless, limp, and stringy and I couldn't figure out why. Since we have soft water, I decided to try this after discovering a Lush cosmetic counter in Macy's while out-of-town. I paired it with Jungle conditioner and holy cow...my hair is positively silky!! There is an unbelievable difference!
While this puck is crumbly, I just work the crumbles through my hair. I also noticed that it doesn't lather right away, so be patient and just work it for a minute. It does lather very nicely.
I will definitely be stocking up on this stuff before it disappears! I'm now a firm believer in solid shampoo!!

Based on the ingredients of this product and its short supply I'd recommend the BIG shampoo. It also has that delicious sea salt for volume and bounce. I kinda always thought of it as the liquid Soft. Who knows?! I recommend you give it a whirl though. I too am very sad about the loss of soft, I'm stocking up while I can!
