Q:how long does the massage bars last? i got one as a gift and when i rub it on my skin it has an odd not pleasant smell.its still oily and i get no reaction but it does not smell like strawberries. it definitely does not have a sweet smell and i was thinking maybe it was left in a box too long like a month or so.Asked on 3/19/2015 by nina
A:Our massage bars have a 14 month shelf life. Depending on when you bought it determines how long you can have it, but we usually say a year and two months! They are naked and preservative free.Answered on 3/21/2015 by Alexander from LUSH Direct
Q:I have seen some reviews of people who say that this massage bar leaves a pink/red residue on your skin. Does it really?Asked on 9/1/2014 by piper from home sweet home
A:As long as you rub it in well and don't use excessive amounts where it can no longer sink in, it shouldn't leave any pink behind.Answered on 9/25/2014 by Kayla from LUSH DIRECT
A:I recently posted that it didn't leave a residue, but I need to retract that because it DOES leave one. The second time I used it I saw my spa towel had pink on it. Dunno, but that might stain some clothes/linens so be aware.Answered on 9/17/2014 by QueenieBee from Oklahoma
A:I have the whitest skin you'll ever see and there was no lingering color on me. Maybe they got a more heavily dyed batch, or maybe didn't rub it in enough. I even wiped off excess product onto a white spa towel to test this, but it was clean, so dunno what their issue was. SnowFairy on the other hand, did leave pink on me AND my towel. Forever stained the towel with blotches of hot pink...aggravations.Answered on 9/17/2014 by QueenieBee from Oklahoma
