I can't think of anything bad about this soap...maybe it doesn't last long...but it's soap...and knowing that I use it several times a day, I wouldn't expect it to last forever. I bought a giant block of it in LA...still have some left after a month. It smells amazing...not overly perfum-y, perfectly clean and fresh smelling. I only wish lush would make one of every product that smelled like this one. :)

It's creamy and smells nice, but isn't anything exceptional, imo. It's not THE best smelling soap that Lush has, it doesn't last very long/, the scent doesn't stay on your skin after you use it, and I'm not crazy about the pieces of fruit falling off into the shower (although it makes the soap look really pretty).
But there IS something really decadant about this soap that makes me want to try it again... perhaps in a tub and not my shower. I love invigorating smells, like citrus, so the creamy and subtle scent of Sultana wasn't that morning shower energizer that I need... this would be a good soap for a late night bath, I think.

My first real trip into Lush was like being in a candy store. I was greeted by the most helpful associate. She gave me the run down on the soaps. I started off with Alkmaar, but Then she handed me Sultana. I smelled it and I was like it does not move me. Gave it couple more whiffs and I was drawn in. She talked me In to it and I was so glad she did. Bathing in this soap makes me feel like I am at an exclusive Spa. It is soft and not overpowering. It's like bathing in flowers

When I was first introduced to this product at the store I was not impressed. The smell didn't really stick out to me as something I would want to use on my body but the lady at Lush swore if I tried a sample I would love it. Sure enough I did. The smell really grows on you and it has a really pretty scent that lingers after in your bathroom. It lathers really well along your body and you can see how creamy it gets too. Before buying a large soap bar I used my sample bar which was the size of a 1 inch cube. That seriously lasted me over a week. almost 2 weeks. Which shocked me because I thought the first time I would use it that it would be gone in just that first shower. I have a huge bar of the soap now which I cut down and its lasted me quite awhile. The other big pro to this soap bar is that it is so moisturizing. I live in a humid state so at night when I use this in the shower i can get in bed without putting on lotion and my body will feel soft and as if I did put lotion on. I grew up in Colorado which is a VERY dry state and whenever I visit my family and take ths soap along my skin is still moistuized and soft even in the dry weather over there. So overall this bar is amazing! Especially if your someone who deals with dry skin.
P.S. My husband LOVES this smell. He loves when I use this soap bar as well as when I use my Ro's argon body conditioner (not together). I love this smell too so the extra affection I get from him is a great bonus to the bar!

I started using this soap recently after my sexy peal ran out (I received sultana as a gift and hadn't even unwrapped it) and let me tell you, I was EXTREMELY surprised by how outstanding this soap is!! I have very sensitive skin and find that this soap leaves me smelling good, feeling smooth, and squeaky clean! I use it in the shower and it literally makes my bathroom smell great all day. My skin feels so good afterwards that I just can't stop rubbing my arms and legs! The only downside is that it seems to be disappearing pretty fast which is kind of disappointing but honestly, it's still worth it. I am going to have to buy a couple bars next time I'm in lush, because I am a changed woman! I can't wait until my next shower!!

Just got my Lush order in the mail and had to jump in the shower to try this soap out. I love the smell and the lather is wonderfully creamy. My skin feels very soft after! My only complain is that chunks of fruit come off of this soap, make sure you have a drain screen or it could clog your shower drain.

I can't get enough of this soap! I love the smell so much I wish Lush made a body cream and/or perfume that smelled like sultana - its THAT great! It leaves a light scent after being out of the shower. I have soft water and this is easy to wash off but is still moisturizing. The only downside to the soap is the fruit and nuts that falls off in the shower.

Out of all the Lush soaps that I've tried over the past few years, Sultana is by far my favorite soap! The scent lasts for hours after my shower. My skin feels so clean and soft. I will also use it as a hand soap as it makes my hands soft. I am not one that likes heavy scents because I have bad allergies to strong scents but this is very pleasant smelling. I'm back online to buy 2 more bars!

This is only my second Lush soap product that I have purchased. Like many other commenters have mentioned, the smell on this soap is AMAZING. It is incredibly relaxing. The smell reminds me a lot of a very clean luxury hotel room with fluffy sheets that you deserve after a long day of traveling!

If you want this soap (or any Lush soap) to last longer, "cure it". Take it out of it's package and just let it sit for at least two weeks. It won't be as creamy, but it will still be plenty creamy, and it will last and last.
Another way to get it to last longer is, rather than taking the entire bar into the shower or bath with you, cut off slices. (or slivers) If it's not getting wet, it's not losing little bits of itself.
It is the "sister" smell to the blackberry bath bomb, so if you want to have a truly decadent experience, use both the bomb and the soap. It's wonderful.
I bought a piece in November, and cured it. (it was just like around a ten to 12 dollar piece, I believe.) It's almost the same size now (in mid February) as it was then, and I've used it fairly extensively.
If you cure the creamy soaps, they'll last much longer.

I first heard of this soap in a youtube review, and I am so glad I decided to check it out. The smell is amazing. I basically had it glued to my nose the whole way home from my local Lush. I also love keeping my bathroom door open because Sultana leaves my whole bathroom smelling just as amazing.
I'm not usually used to the squeeky clean feeling this soap gives, and it's not usually something I like in soaps because once I get out of the shower, my skin feels tight and dry. But this is not the case here. It gives you the squeeky clean feeling in the shower, but once you're out and dry your skin is moisturized and smelling great.

Lush is pretty good about telling their buyers if their soaps can be used on faces as well as bodies. If it doesn't say for it to be used on your face, it probably isn't made with sensitive enough ingredients for it. As someone with acne prone skin, I would think this soap would be much too rich to use on my face, and the fragrances would be irritating.
